背景技术
注塑机又名注射成型机或注射机，是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用塑料成型模具制成各种形状的塑料制品的主要成型设备，分为立式、卧式、全电式。注塑机通常由注射系统、合模系统、液压传动系统、电器控制系统、润滑系统、加热及冷却系统、安全监测系统等组成，合模系统的作用是保证模具闭合、开启及顶出制品，同时，在模具闭合后，供给模具足够的锁模力，以抵抗熔融塑料进入模腔产生的模腔压力，防止模具开缝，造成制品的不良现状。注塑模具的工作原理是借助螺杆或柱塞的推力，将已经塑化好的熔融状态的塑料注射入闭合好的模腔内，经固化定型后取得制品的工艺过程。而现有的注塑模具结构复杂，制造成本较高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供注塑模具合模机构，结构简单、制造简便，能够降低制造成本，同时能够保证模具的工作性能稳定。
为解决上述现有的技术问题，本实用新型采用如下方案：注塑模具合模机构，包括传动机构、设在传动机构一侧由传动机构带动操作的合模装置，所述合模装置包括第一支撑板、插接在第一支撑板上的注射管、设在注射管顶部的模具型腔。
作为优选，所述模具型腔下方位于注射管的顶部设有第二支撑板，避免了工作时产生的震动对注塑成型的过程产生影响，从而使注塑操作更加稳定，提高了产品的品质。
作为优选，所述第一支撑板上设有若干支撑柱，从而使设备结构更加稳定。
有益效果：
本实用新型采用上述技术方案提供的注塑模具合模机构，结构简单、制造简便，能够降低制造成本，同时能够保证模具的工作性能稳定。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，注塑模具合模机构，包括传动机构1、设在传动机构1一侧由传动机构1带动操作的合模装置2，所述合模装置2包括第一支撑板21、插接在第一支撑板21上的注射管22、设在注射管22顶部的模具型腔23，所述模具型腔23下方位于注射管22的顶部设有第二支撑板24，所述第一支撑板21上设有若干支撑柱3。
实际工作时，传动机构1带动压力机构加压，熔融的塑料经过强大的压力从注射管22进入模具型腔23，从而达到了稳定注塑的效果，同时保证了模具的结构简单和制造简便，降低了制造成本。

1.注塑模具合模机构，包括传动机构（1）、设在传动机构（1）一侧由传动机构（1）带动操作的合模装置（2），其特征在于：所述合模装置（2）包括第一支撑板（21）、插接在第一支撑板（21）上的注射管（22）、设在注射管（22）顶部的模具型腔（23）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑模具合模机构，其特征在于：所述模具型腔（23）下方位于注射管（22）的顶部设有第二支撑板（24）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑模具合模机构，其特征在于：所述第一支撑板（21）上设有若干支撑柱（3）。
