技术背景
挤压机挤压装置包括机筒和螺杆，螺杆的作用为向前输送物料和剪切物料，并可将多种物料混合，由于螺杆、机筒与物料之间的挤压摩擦，物料温度升高，物料熔融，挤出膜口。挤压机机筒内的压力为产品质量的一个重要参数，如何使用简单的方法实现挤压机机筒内压力的控制，挤压出好的产品，是本实用新型所要解决的实际问题。

为解决以上技术问题，本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：一种挤压机挤压装置，包括机筒和螺杆，所述机筒设有加料筒和排气孔，在加料筒和排气孔之间的螺杆直径加粗，为粗螺杆，使螺杆与机筒内径之间空隙减小。 
进一步地，所述粗螺杆与细螺杆的衔接之处具有锥形面。 
进一步地，所述螺杆在排气孔与模口之间的螺杆也为粗螺杆，增加挤出压力。                                                                                                                                                                  本实用新型涉及的这种挤压机挤压装置，结构简单，通过控制各段螺杆的直径大小，实现机筒内压力的变化，实现产品质量的提高。

粗螺杆3与细螺杆的衔接之处具有锥形面。 
在排气孔与模口之间的螺杆也为粗螺杆6，增加挤出压力。
