Abstract

一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备包括挤出机头、供油设备;挤出机头包括机头本体、口模、中模、芯棒、油刷、导油管;机头本体的内部中空;口模安装在机头本体的后端,口模内部中空;中模安装在口模内部,中模的内部中空;口模、中模之间形成一条成型通道;芯棒安装在中模的内部,芯棒与中模之间形成有导油通道;油刷套设安装在芯棒的后端外部;油刷与中模的末端之间留有空隙,空隙将导油通道和成型通道导通;导油管穿过机头本体后,连通导油通道;供油设备包括用油管依次连接的移动油泵、油水过滤器、油箱、溢流阀、节流阀、压力表,溢流阀和移动油泵之间还安装有流量计。本实用新型设备可实现连续化生产,省却了使用第二挤出机的设备成本。

一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备
技术领域
[0001 ] 本实用新型涉及一种自动化设备,尤其涉及一种管内壁硅油涂覆机械装置。
背景技术
[0002] 近年来对于双壁热缩套管的生产均采用共挤工艺,用两台挤出机共用同一个挤出机头,同时也应用于实现硅脂膏和硅油等粘度较小的在常温下为液态或者膏状的材料在热缩套管内壁涂覆,所述的这种设备为CN101989476A所公示。在现有工艺中,可量化的工艺参数还不全面,只能控制挤出、牵引速度和温度,而硅油等原料的流量和加工压力则不能调节和记录;此外第二共挤机的使用也会增加设备成本和生产能耗。这两方面都有改善的空间。其它生产工艺中也有采用分段进行人工或机器辅助涂覆的方式,也可降低设备成本和能耗,但是不能连续化生产,生产效率低。

[0003] 本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于:克服现有技术的管内壁硅油涂覆机械装置必须用两台共挤机,成本高,能耗大,生产效率低的缺陷,提出一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备,其可实现连续化生产,省却了使用第二挤出机的设备成本,同时实现了在硅油流量与压力上的数据化。
[0004] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提出以下技术方案:一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备,其包括一挤出机头、一供油设备;

[0046] 该溢流阀57用于平衡稳定整套供油设备5的硅油流量,使超过额定流量的硅油流回油箱55。
[0047] 该节流阀59、压力表61提供硅油注入的压力监控与调节。

[0049] 该热缩套管熔料经图1中B端进入挤出机头1,到达分流梭15时被分割挤压成型,经口模17与中模23中间的成型通道231流动到机头D端,经冷却定型成为挤出热缩套管。
[0050] 硅油在图2中的油箱55内,经移动油泵51增压,在节流阀59调节下将适当压力显示在压力表61上,然后经E出口导出,进入图1上的C 口经导油管31压入挤出机头I。
[0051] 硅油在压力下沿着芯棒25与中模23之间的导油通道251向D端运动,到达油刷27与中模23之间的空隙271时,硅油开始与热缩套管的内壁接触,并随着热缩套管的移动,在油刷27的控制下均匀涂覆在热缩套管内壁。
[0052] 本实用新型具有如下有益效果:本实用新型设备可以在热缩套管冷却定型前在内壁实现硅油的涂覆,可实现连续化生产,省却了使用第二挤出机的设备成本,同时实现了在硅油流量与压力上的数据化。

1.一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备,其特征在于,其包括一挤出机头、一供油设备; 该挤出机头包括一机头本体、一 口模、一中模、一芯棒、一油刷、一导油管; 该机头本体的内部中空; 该口模安装在该机头本体的后端,该口模内部中空; 该中模安装在该口模内部,该中模的内部中空; 该口模、中模之间形成成型通道; 该芯棒安装在该中模的内部,该芯棒与该中模之间形成有导油通道; 该油刷套设安装在该芯棒的后端外部; 该油刷与该中模的末端之间留有空隙,该空隙将该导油通道和成型通道导通; 该导油管穿过该机头本体后,连通该导油通道; 该供油设备包括用油管依次连接的移动油泵、油水过滤器、油箱、溢流阀、节流阀、压力表,该溢流阀和移动油泵之间还安装有流量计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备,其特征在于,该挤出机头包括一顶紧套、一分流梭;该顶紧套安装在该机头本体的内部前端,该分流梭安装在该机头本体内部位于该顶紧套的后侧,该中模的前端安装连接该分流梭的后端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种热缩套管的自动化硅油涂覆设备,其特征在于,该挤出机头包括一锁紧套,该锁紧套套设在该口模的前端外部,并安装固定在该机头本体的后端,从而将该口模安装固定在该机头本体上。
