本实用新型公开了一种模具挤出机,由三个挤出机本体组成,所述挤出机本体包括油缸,推杆,料斗,加热器,搅拌轴,搅拌叶,出料口,机头口模,观察窗,加热层,冷却系统和阀门,在挤出机本体一侧设置液压油缸,油缸连接推杆,推杆设置在挤出机心脏内,推杆另一端连接出料口,在挤出机本体中间部位设置有料斗,塑料经过料斗进入挤出机本体内,料斗内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设置有搅拌叶,在挤出机本体靠近出口处设置有加热器,对物料进行加热,本实用新型结构简单,能同时挤出多股挤出物,性能稳定,大大提高了工作效率。

背景技术
普通模具挤出机一般由三大系统组成:传动系统,挤压系统和加热冷却系统,传动系统负责给挤出机传动动力,一般由电动机和减速机组成,挤压系统一般包括料斗,上料装置,料筒和螺杆,料筒是挤压系统主要部件,料筒内承受高温高压,所以制造料筒材料很重要,螺杆是挤出机的输送塑料工具,使融体均匀地从机头流道挤出,加热系统是一般由加热电阻组成。
挤出机是制砖过程中常用的机械,市面上的挤出机多为单轴或者双轴搅拌和挤出,效率低,叶片负荷大,容易折断,叶片通常和轴为一体结构,折断后不容易焊接,影响生产效率。

   本实用新型主要解决的技术问题是提供一种模具挤出机,能大幅提高工作效率,加快模具制品效率。
     一种模具挤出机,由三个挤出机本体组成,所述挤出机本体采用优质钢板焊接而成,结构紧凑,挤出压力大,真空度高,坚固耐用,所述挤出机本体包括油缸,推杆,料斗,加热器,搅拌轴,搅拌叶,出料口,机头口模,观察窗,加热层,冷却系统和阀门,在挤出机本体一侧设置液压油缸,油缸连接推杆,推杆设置在挤出机心脏内,推杆另一端连接出料口,在挤出机本体中间部位设置有料斗,塑料经过料斗进入挤出机本体内,料斗内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设置有搅拌叶,物料经过搅拌轴不停搅拌进入挤出机本体,在挤出机本体靠近出口处设置有加热器,对物料进行加热,使其转换为熔融物料,力推液压油缸,产生对挤出机本体的压力,本体内压力增大,熔融物料在挤出机本体内通过出料口挤出,同时在靠近出料口处设置有观察窗,能清除观察物料流动情况,本实用新型采用三个本体,物料流量大,从而提高了工作效率,物料经过汇集在流经阀门处进入机头口模内,从而挤压成型。
本实用新型机头口模和挤出机本体为分离设置,从而维修方便,机头口模内设置有冷却系统,熔融物料在机头口模内冷却成型,从而完成制品制作过程。
 一种优选技术方案,所述阀门可以设置流量调节装置,通过调节所述流量调节装置,以达到调节挤出物的压力和速度。
本实用新型结构简单,能同时挤出多股挤出物,性能稳定,大大提高了工作效率。

一种模具挤出机,由三个挤出机本体组成,所述挤出机本体采用优质钢板焊接而成,结构紧凑,挤出压力大,真空度高,坚固耐用,所述挤出机本体包括油缸,推杆,料斗,加热器,搅拌轴,搅拌叶,出料口,机头口模,观察窗,加热层,冷却系统和阀门,在挤出机本体一侧设置液压油缸1,油缸1连接推杆2,推杆2设置在挤出机心脏内,推杆2另一端连接出料口7,在挤出机本体中间部位设置有料斗3,塑料经过料斗3进入挤出机本体内,料斗3内设置有搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5上设置有搅拌叶6,物料经过搅拌轴5不停搅拌进入挤出机本体,在挤出机本体靠近出料口7处设置有加热器4,对物料进行加热,使其转换为熔融物料,力推液压油缸1,产生对挤出机本体的压力,本体内压力增大,熔融物料在挤出机本体内通过出料口7挤出,同时在靠近出料口处设置有观察窗9,能清除观察物料流动情况,本实用新型采用三个本体,物料流量大,从而提高了工作效率,物料经过汇集在流经阀门处进入机头口模内,从而挤压成型。

1.一种模具挤出机,其特征在于,所述模具挤出机由三个挤出机本体组成,所述挤出机本体包括油缸,推杆,料斗,加热器,搅拌轴,搅拌叶,出料口,机头口模,观察窗,加热层,冷却系统和阀门,在挤出机本体一侧设置液压油缸,油缸连接推杆,推杆设置在挤出机心脏内,推杆另一端连接出料口,在挤出机本体中间部位设置有料斗,塑料经过料斗进入挤出机本体内,料斗内设置有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上设置有搅拌叶,在挤出机本体靠近出口处设置有加热器,同时在靠近出料口处设置有观察窗,能清除观察物料流动情况,在机头口模内设置有冷却系统。
