背景技术
[0002] 煤焦油加工生产废水具有高氨氮、高含油、高毒性、低B/C比特点,属于高难度工业废水。目前,国内此类废水的处理方法主要采用A/0和ΑΑ/0工艺,这些工艺针对油类物质主要采用重力分离法、吸附法,油类物质去除率仅为20-30%,处理效果不甚理想,为后续生化处理带来了极大的困难。由于生化系统自身抗冲击负荷能力较脆弱、传统脱氮反应机理的局限性,再加上预处理阶段带来的压力,使得系统出水COD降解不完全、氨氮转化不彻底,处理后出水只能维持在《污水综合排放标准》二级标准,即主要指标为COD ( 150mg/L,·氨氮彡25mg/L。
[0003] 有些企业采用加大稀释焦油废水的方法,使得系统污染物浓度大幅下降,从而出水可以达到《污水综合排放标准》一级排放标准,即主要指标为COD ( 100mg/L,氨氮(15mg/L。但是大量的稀释废水增加了生化站的处理负荷,无形中增加了污水处理的能耗和费用,使企业承受了巨大的经济负担,违背了清洁生产的原则。

[0004] 本实用新型的目的是提供一种煤焦油加工废水处理回用的装置,克服现有技术的不足,采用包含预处理、生物处理和后处理的组合工艺,降低煤焦油加工废水中的COD及氨氮值,使出水水质达到国家一级排放标准并可回收再利用。

[0012] 与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:1)这是针对煤焦油加工废水的一种新的组合工艺。2)通过在调节池内完成水解酸化,提高了废水的生化性,达到了“调节水解”的双效功能。3)将短程硝化池、厌氧氨氧化池与好氧生物炭池有效组合,利用了好氧生物炭池的吸附降解功能,强化了生化处理;4)后处理中采用砂滤-活性炭滤-精滤的方式对经混凝沉淀处理后的污水作进一步处理,既解决了煤焦油加工废水出水达标难的问题,又达到了回用的目的。

[0017] I)预处理部分I中,处理设备为隔油池I、气浮池3和水解酸化调节池4依次连接而成,煤焦油加工废水A经管网进入隔油池I,池底重油B收集后外运,隔油池I的出水经废水提升泵Pl送至气浮池3,气浮浮渣C收集后外运,气浮加药系统2将配置好的药剂加入气浮池3,气浮池3出水进入水解酸化调节池4,经过隔油池I与气浮池3先将废水中的重油、轻油、乳化油、SS (悬浮物)及部分色度去除,再经过水解酸化调节池4进行水质水量调节,利用水解酸化功能来提高来水的生化性,使废水中环状、长链状的大分子有机物水解成小分子有机物,降低其毒性及难降解性,预处理出水的含油〈10mg/L、SS〈30mg/L、色度〈200倍;
[0018] 水解酸化调节池4池底设有潜水搅拌机,池内投加水解和产酸菌,控制池内水力停留时间(HRT)为8-9小时,温度为30〜35°C,用来提高废水的生化性能。
