本实用新型是一种轮毂单元,特别涉及一种带内轴承的轮毂单元,用于汽车的轮毂。
背景技术
现有技术中的轮毂单元结构相对复杂,而且装配精度较低,同时使用效果不出色。
中国专利200420119173.7  ,公开一种带轴承的轮毂单元,包括法兰盘,其特征是所述的法兰盘外设有轴承座,法兰盘与轴承座之间设有两个单列的圆锥轴承;法兰盘靠近小端面的轴颈外径处设有挡圈,挡圈端面压紧轴承一内圈的大端面;轴承座内径两侧设有密封圈,其外侧内径与法兰盘密封台阶接触,内侧内径与挡圈的外径接触。此结构相对复杂,而且使用效果较差,同时使用寿命较短。
发明内容
   本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,结构紧凑,同时安装精度高,延长使用寿命的带内轴承的轮毂单元。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的: 
一种带内轴承的轮毂单元,包括带有空腔的法兰盘,所述的空腔的头部中嵌入有滚针轴承,所述的空腔的尾部中嵌入有深沟球轴承,所述的法兰盘外设有相连续套接的窄内圈和宽内圈,所述的窄内圈和宽内圈外套有外圈,所述的窄内圈与外圈间、宽内圈与外圈间分别设有滚子,所述的滚子通过保持架相定位,所述的法兰盘外设有与之相啮合的齿轮,所述的齿轮与窄内圈相贴合,所述的窄内圈外套有齿圈,所述的外圈的侧壁插接有传感器。
此结构非常的紧凑,同时使得使用的效果更加的出色,密封强度高,提升产品安全性。
     作为优选,所述的滚针轴承的内壁设有与之相贴合的防尘罩,所述的深沟球轴承通过卡簧相卡接,所述的法兰盘上设有均匀分布的装配孔,所述的外圈上设有4个向外凸出的折角,所述的折角中设有螺栓定位孔。
   作为优选,所述的窄内圈与外圈间通过前密封圈相密封,所述的宽内圈与外圈间后密封圈相密封,所述的外圈外嵌入有O形圈。
   作为优选,所述的传感器与外圈呈倾斜状分布,所述的传感器头部的端面与齿圈外侧壁的端面相对应分布。
    因此,本实用新型提供的带内轴承的轮毂单元,结构紧凑,提高密封性,提升使用效果,装配精度高。

    实施例:如图1和图2所示,一种带内轴承的轮毂单元,包括带有空腔1 的法兰盘2,所述的空腔1的头部中嵌入有滚针轴承3,所述的空腔1的尾部中嵌入有深沟球轴承4,所述的法兰盘2外设有相连续套接的窄内圈5和宽内圈6,所述的窄内圈5和宽内圈6外套有外圈7,所述的窄内圈5与外圈7间、宽内圈6与外圈7间分别设有滚子8,所述的滚子8通过保持架9相定位,所述的法兰盘2外设有与之相啮合的齿轮10,所述的齿轮10与窄内圈5相贴合,所述的窄内圈5外套有齿圈11,所述的外圈7的侧壁插接有传感器12。所述的滚针轴承3的内壁设有与之相贴合的防尘罩13,所述的深沟球轴承4通过卡簧14相卡接,所述的法兰盘2上设有均匀分布的装配孔15,所述的外圈7上设有4个向外凸出的折角20,所述的折角20中设有螺栓定位孔16。所述的窄内圈5与外圈7间通过前密封圈17相密封,所述的宽内圈6与外圈7间后密封圈18相密封,所述的外圈7外嵌入有O形圈19。所述的传感器12与外圈7呈倾斜状分布,所述的传感器12头部的端面与齿圈11外侧壁的端面相对应分布。

1.一种带内轴承的轮毂单元,其特征在于:包括带有空腔(1)的法兰盘(2),所述的空腔(1)的头部中嵌入有滚针轴承(3),所述的空腔(1)的尾部中嵌入有深沟球轴承(4),所述的法兰盘(2)外设有相连续套接的窄内圈(5)和宽内圈(6),所述的窄内圈(5)和宽内圈(6)外套有外圈(7),所述的窄内圈(5)与外圈(7)间、宽内圈(6)与外圈(7)间分别设有滚子(8),所述的滚子(8)通过保持架(9)相定位,所述的法兰盘(2)外设有与之相啮合的齿轮(10),所述的齿轮(10)与窄内圈(5)相贴合,所述的窄内圈(5)外套有齿圈(11),所述的外圈(7)的侧壁插接有传感器(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带内轴承的轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的滚针轴承(3)的内壁设有与之相贴合的防尘罩(13),所述的深沟球轴承(4)通过卡簧(14)相卡接,所述的法兰盘(2)上设有均匀分布的装配孔(15),所述的外圈(7)上设有4个向外凸出的折角(20),所述的折角(20)中设有螺栓定位孔(16)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带内轴承的轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的窄内圈(5)与外圈(7)间通过前密封圈(17)相密封,所述的宽内圈(6)与外圈(7)间后密封圈(18)相密封,所述的外圈(7)外嵌入有O形圈(19)。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的带内轴承的轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的传感器(12)与外圈(7)呈倾斜状分布,所述的传感器(12)头部的端面与齿圈(11)外侧壁的端面相对应分布。
