背景技术
现有技术中的轮毂单元结构相对复杂,而且装配精度较低,同时使用效果不出色。
中国专利200420119173.7 ,公开一种带轴承的轮毂单元,包括法兰盘,其特征是所述的法兰盘外设有轴承座,法兰盘与轴承座之间设有两个单列的圆锥轴承;法兰盘靠近小端面的轴颈外径处设有挡圈,挡圈端面压紧轴承一内圈的大端面;轴承座内径两侧设有密封圈,其外侧内径与法兰盘密封台阶接触,内侧内径与挡圈的外径接触。此结构相对复杂,而且使用效果较差,同时使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,结构紧凑,同时安装精度高,延长使用寿命的对称式轮毂单元。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种对称式轮毂单元,包括带有装配腔的法兰盘,所述的法兰盘外分别套有窄内圈和宽内圈,所述的窄内圈和宽内圈呈阶梯分布,所述的窄内圈和宽内圈外套有外圈,所述的窄内圈与外圈间、宽内圈与外圈间分别设有滚子,所述的滚子通过保持架相定位,所述的宽内圈上套有齿圈,所述的外圈插接有与之相垂直分布的传感器,所述的传感器的底部延伸出外圈。
此结构适配性强,同时装配精度高。
作为优选,所述的窄内圈与外圈间通过前密封圈相密封,所述的宽内圈与外圈间通过后密封圈相密封,所述的后密封圈包覆住外圈的尾部,所述的传感器与外圈通过O型圈相密封。
作为优选,所述的传感器的头部端面与齿圈的外壁端面呈直线状分布。
作为优选,所述的法兰盘上设有均匀分布的紧固螺栓,所述的外圈上设有三个装配折角,所述的装配折角中设有装配螺栓。
因此,本实用新型提供的一种对称式轮毂单元,结构紧凑,提高装配精度,提升使用寿命。

实施例:如图1和图2所示,一种对称式轮毂单元,包括带有装配腔1的法兰盘2,所述的法兰盘2外分别套有窄内圈3和宽内圈4,所述的窄内圈3和宽内圈4呈阶梯分布,所述的窄内圈3和宽内圈4外套有外圈5,所述的窄内圈3与外圈5间、宽内圈4与外圈5间分别设有滚子6,所述的滚子6通过保持架7相定位,所述的宽内圈4上套有齿圈8,所述的外圈5插接有与之相垂直分布的传感器9,所述的传感器9的底部延伸出外圈。所述的窄内圈3与外圈5间通过前密封圈10相密封,所述的宽内圈4与外圈5间通过后密封圈11相密封,所述的后密封圈11包覆住外圈5的尾部,所述的传感器9与外圈5通过O型圈12相密封。所述的传感器9的头部端面与齿圈8的外壁端面呈直线状分布。所述的法兰盘2上设有均匀分布的紧固螺栓13,所述的外圈5上设有三个装配折角14,所述的装配折角14中设有装配螺栓15。

1.一种对称式轮毂单元,其特征在于:包括带有装配腔(1)的法兰盘(2),所述的法兰盘(2)外分别套有窄内圈(3)和宽内圈(4),所述的窄内圈(3)和宽内圈(4)呈阶梯分布,所述的窄内圈(3)和宽内圈(4)外套有外圈(5),所述的窄内圈(3)与外圈(5)间、宽内圈(4)与外圈(5)间分别设有滚子(6),所述的滚子(6)通过保持架(7)相定位,所述的宽内圈(4)上套有齿圈(8),所述的外圈(5)插接有与之相垂直分布的传感器(9),所述的传感器(9)的底部延伸出外圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种对称式轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的窄内圈(3)与外圈(5)间通过前密封圈(10)相密封,所述的宽内圈(4)与外圈(5)间通过后密封圈(11)相密封,所述的后密封圈(11)包覆住外圈(5)的尾部,所述的传感器(9)与外圈(5)通过O型圈(12)相密封。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种对称式轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的传感器(9)的头部端面与齿圈(8)的外壁端面呈直线状分布。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种对称式轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的法兰盘(2)上设有均匀分布的紧固螺栓(13),所述的外圈(5)上设有三个装配折角(14),所述的装配折角(14)中设有装配螺栓(15)。
