技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车轮毂轴承单元,尤其是涉及一种第三代新型卷边结构的圆锥轮毂轴承单元,并带主动式传感器。
背景技术
汽车轮毂轴承单元一般包括外圈、两只内圈、法兰盘,内圈与法兰盘之间通过过盈配合压装在一起,同时轴承也带有传感器,但一般采用被动式传感器,轴承锁紧结构多采用螺母方式。这种结构,导致轴承零件多,内圈易松旷,材料消耗多,同时被动式传感器的信号不稳定、不可靠。目前,轮毂轴承单元也有采用卷边结构的,但这种卷边结构的加工工艺比较不可靠,特别是卷边质量和卷边裂纹问题,导致其产品安全隐患多。
发明内容
本实用新型是提供一种新型卷边工艺加工的第三代卷边结构圆锥轮毂轴承单元,其带有主动式传感器。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
第三代卷边结构圆锥轮毂轴承单元,其包括外圈、内圈、法兰盘、滚子、保持架、密封圈A  、密封圈B 、防尘盖、传感器、齿圈、螺栓、螺钉、卷边部位,法兰盘通过内圈固定在卷边上,法兰盘上有螺栓,轴承内部有滚子和保持架,在法兰盘上内置有齿圈,外圈上有主动式传感器安装,轴承外侧有密封圈A,内侧有密封圈B和防尘盖组件,传感器用螺钉固定。
本实用新型将一只内圈与法兰盘集成,保留一只内圈,采用第三代轮毂轴承单元结构,减少零件。法兰盘与内圈间采用卷边结构固定,采用新型旋铆工艺,保证卷边质量及可靠性,大幅降低卷边裂纹发生率。采用主动式传感器,内置式齿圈,代替被动式传感器,是ABS信号输出更稳定、更可靠。采用四唇结构组合式密封圈,增加密封性能。
本实用新型主要解决现有轮毂轴承单元零件多,占用体积大,同时内圈固定不可靠,被动式传感器信号不稳定、不可靠。

本实用新型的一种新型卷边结构第三代圆锥轮毂轴承单元,有一个外圈1,有一个内圈2,法兰盘3通过新型旋铆工艺将内圈2卷边13固定,法兰盘3上有螺栓11,轴承内部有滚子4和保持架5,在法兰盘3上内置有齿圈10,外圈1上有主动式传感器9安装,轴承外侧有密封圈A 6,内侧有密封圈B 7和防尘盖8组件,传感器9用螺钉12固定。
使用时,将轮毂单元总成装入汽车中,采用螺栓固定即可,并将传感器9插口连接。

1.一种第三代卷边结构圆锥轮毂轴承单元,其特征在于:包括外圈、内圈、法兰盘、滚子、保持架、密封圈A  、密封圈B 、防尘盖、传感器、齿圈、螺栓、螺钉、卷边部位,法兰盘通过内圈固定在卷边上,法兰盘上有螺栓,轴承内部有滚子和保持架,在法兰盘上内置有齿圈,外圈上有主动式传感器安装,轴承外侧有密封圈A,内侧有密封圈B和防尘盖组件,传感器用螺钉固定。
