现有技术中的轮毂单元结构相对复杂,而且装配精度较低,同时使用效果不出色。
中国专利200420119173.7 ,公开一种带轴承的轮毂单元,包括法兰盘,其特征是所述的法兰盘外设有轴承座,法兰盘与轴承座之间设有两个单列的圆锥轴承;法兰盘靠近小端面的轴颈外径处设有挡圈,挡圈端面压紧轴承一内圈的大端面;轴承座内径两侧设有密封圈,其外侧内径与法兰盘密封台阶接触,内侧内径与挡圈的外径接触。此结构相对复杂,而且使用效果较差,同时使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本实用新型主要是解决现有技术中存在的不足,结构紧凑,同时安装精度高,延长使用寿命的带凸边外圈的轮毂单元。
本实用新型的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种带凸边外圈的轮毂单元,包括法兰盘,所述的法兰盘外分别依次套有窄内圈和宽内圈,所述的窄内圈的外端部延伸出法兰盘,所述的窄内圈与宽内圈外套有外圈,所述的窄内圈与外圈间、宽内圈与外圈间分别设有滚子,所述的滚子通过保持架相定位,所述的窄内圈的内端部套有齿圈,所述的外圈穿接有传感器,所述的传感器的头部端面与齿圈的外端面相对应分布,所述的外圈上设有三个均匀分布的装配折角,所述的装配折角间设有凸边,所述的传感器通过螺钉与外圈相定位。
作为优选,所述的窄内圈与外圈间、宽内圈与外圈间分别通过密封圈相密封,所述的传感器与外圈相倾斜分布,所述的传感器与外圈通过O形圈相密封。
作为优选,所述的法兰盘上设有6个装配孔,所述的装配折角中设有定位孔。
因此,本实用新型提供的带凸边外圈的轮毂单元,结构紧凑,提高装配精度,提升使用寿命。

实施例:如图1和图2所示,一种带凸边外圈的轮毂单元,包括法兰盘1,所述的法兰盘1外分别依次套有窄内圈2和宽内圈3,所述的窄内圈2的外端部延伸出法兰盘1,所述的窄内圈2与宽内圈3外套有外圈4,所述的窄内圈2与外圈4间、宽内圈3与外圈4间分别设有滚子5,所述的滚子5通过保持架6相定位,所述的窄内圈2的内端部套有齿圈7,所述的外圈4穿接有传感器8,所述的传感器8的头部端面与齿圈7的外端面相对应分布,所述的外圈4上设有三个均匀分布的装配折角9,所述的装配折角9间设有凸边10,所述的传感器8通过螺钉11与外圈4相定位。所述的窄内圈2与外圈4间、宽内圈3与外圈4间分别通过密封圈12相密封,所述的传感器8与外圈4相倾斜分布,所述的传感器8与外圈4通过O形圈13相密封。所述的法兰盘1上设有6个装配孔14,所述的装配折角9中设有定位孔15。

1.一种带凸边外圈的轮毂单元,其特征在于:包括法兰盘(1),所述的法兰盘(1)外分别依次套有窄内圈(2)和宽内圈(3),所述的窄内圈(2)的外端部延伸出法兰盘(1),所述的窄内圈(2)与宽内圈(3)外套有外圈(4),所述的窄内圈(2)与外圈(4)间、宽内圈(3)与外圈(4)间分别设有滚子(5),所述的滚子(5)通过保持架(6)相定位,所述的窄内圈(2)的内端部套有齿圈(7),所述的外圈(4)穿接有传感器(8),所述的传感器(8)的头部端面与齿圈(7)的外端面相对应分布,所述的外圈(4)上设有三个均匀分布的装配折角(9),所述的装配折角(9)间设有凸边(10),所述的传感器(8)通过螺钉(11)与外圈(4)相定位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带凸边外圈的轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的窄内圈(2)与外圈(4)间、宽内圈(3)与外圈(4)间分别通过密封圈(12)相密封,所述的传感器(8)与外圈(4)相倾斜分布,所述的传感器(8)与外圈(4)通过O形圈(13)相密封。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的带凸边外圈的轮毂单元,其特征在于:所述的法兰盘(1)上设有6个装配孔(14),所述的装配折角(9)中设有定位孔(15)。
