本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构合理，生产出的轮胎质量好、使用寿命长的工程车轮胎外胎模具。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种工程车轮胎外胎模具，其特征是：包括盘状模具本体，模具本体的外周壁上设置凹凸花纹，凹凸花纹的中间部位为两个平行四边形，凹凸花纹的边缘部位为短突形式。
每个短突的长度为模具本体外周壁宽度的1/20~1/10。
本实用新型结构合理，生产出的轮胎质量好，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
一种工程车轮胎外胎模具，包括盘状模具本体1，模具本体的外周壁上设置凹凸花纹，凹凸花纹的中间部位为两个平行四边形2，凹凸花纹的边缘部位为短突3形式。
每个短突的长度为模具本体外周壁宽度的1/20~1/10。
模具制作时，在毛坯精磨、粗车、精车后，通过编程设计出花纹形式，经雕刻机雕刻后再进行电火花打花纹。

2. 根据权利要求1所述的工程车轮胎外胎模具，其特征是：每个短突的长度为模具本体外周壁宽度的1/20~1/10。
