Abstract
一种靴鞋冷定形机，其特点是在长方体的底箱内装有冷风循环装置，底箱上面装有纵向的传送带，传送带的上方装有箱状定形室，定形室的侧壁内留有空腔夹层，空腔夹层上开有多个与定形室相通的吹风口，定形室的侧壁内面上开有回风口，空腔夹层、回风口分别有送风管、回风管与冷风循环装置连通，传送带的下方配有电机。它解决了靴鞋加热整形后，靠自然降温时间长冷却慢，容易发生鞋面坍塌变形的问题，广泛适应于靴鞋生产加工使用。

本实用新型涉及靴鞋的生产加工机械领域，具体地说是一种用于对成品靴鞋进行降温定形处理的专用机械。
背景技术
在皮质靴鞋生产加工中，经过施胶粘合上楦加热整形后，需要尽快脱楦冷却，传统的方式都是靠自然降温完成的，由于降温时间长冷却慢，容易发生鞋面坍塌变形等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型为解决靴鞋加热整形后，靠自然降温时间长冷却慢，容易发生鞋面坍塌变形的问题，设计一种利用冷风将靴鞋迅速冷却定形的机械。
本实用新型的技术方案是，一种靴鞋冷定形机，其特殊之处是，在长方体的底箱内装有冷风循环装置，底箱上面装有纵向的传送带，传送带的上方装有箱状定形室，定形室的侧壁内留有空腔夹层，空腔夹层上开有多个与定形室相通的吹风口，定形室的侧壁内面上开有回风口，空腔夹层、回风口分别有送风管、回风管与冷风循环装置连通，传送带的下方配有电机。
工作时，先启动冷风循环装置、电机，电机带动传送带运动，将待冷却的靴鞋放到传送带上，由传送带送到定形室内；冷风循环装置将冷风通过送风管送到空腔夹层，由吹风口吹到定形室内为靴鞋降温冷却定形；冷风经定形室后进入回风口由回风管回到冷风循环装置以备再用。
本实用新型的技术效果是，采用上述的技术方案，可以实现一种对靴鞋降温冷去快，定形效果极为理想的机械。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例，对本实用新型进一步说明。
如图中所示，在长方体的底箱1内装有冷风循环装置2，底箱1上面装有纵向的传送带10，传送带10的上方装有箱状定形室3，定形室3的侧壁9内留有空腔夹层8，空腔夹层8上开有多个与定形室3相通的吹风口7，定形室3的侧壁9内面上开有回风口6，空腔夹层8、回风口6分别有送风管4、回风管5与冷风循环装置2连通，传送带10的下方配有电机11。
工作时，先启动冷风循环装置2和电机11，电机11带动传送带10运动，将待冷却的靴鞋放到传送带10上，由传送带10送到定形室3内；冷风循环装置2将冷风通过送风管4送到空腔夹层8，由吹风口7吹到定形室3内为靴鞋降温冷却定形；冷风经定形室3后进入回风口6由回风管5回到冷风循环装置2。
