一种带有撒布装置的瓶子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带有撒布装置（dispensing device）的瓶子，其能够将瓶中一种待混合的物质与另一种物质分开。
背景技术
已知的日用品常为颗粒或粉末形态，如冷冻干燥产品，如茶、橙味软饮料、咖啡等，使用时将它们加入水中。
特别地，已知的装满水或其它液体的瓶子带有一撒布装置，该装置中包含加入水中得到即时饮料的颗粒或粉末形态的产品。
例如US 4,221,291公开了一种带有量盖（dispensing cap）的瓶子，其适合向瓶中释放颗粒或粉末形态的物质。
申请MI2008 U 0000156公开了一种带有螺纹颈部的瓶子，瓶颈上旋有一盖子，所述盖子限定了一空腔，其中插入一包含颗粒或粉末形态产品的中空活塞。
推动活塞撕开底部，这样中空活塞中的物质可以释放到瓶中。
但是，现在已知的技术方案具有一些缺点。
例如，发明申请MI2008 U 0000156公开的装置的缺点在于，上述盖子的底部有可能掉落到瓶子中，从而对饮用瓶子中的饮料的人带来一定的危险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种技术方案，其至少能部分解决在先技术中的缺陷，尤其是上述缺陷。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种技术方案，其能够容易地实施，可以用于市场上已有的瓶子，并且具有成本效益，同时便于最终用户的使用。
上述目的通过具有权利要求所述特征的瓶子实现，优选实施方案是从属权利的主题。
实现本发明目的的技术方案为：
一种瓶子，其有一螺纹颈部，带有用于向所述瓶子中释放产品的撒布装置，所述撒布装置包括：
a)     一盖子，其具有：
a1) 旋入所述瓶子的螺纹颈部的内螺纹；
a2) 基本和/或大致与内螺纹共轴的管状部件，具有一凸出至瓶子的颈部内的底端，所述底端被底面封闭；
a3) 通过撕拉环与所述管状部件的顶部结合的套环；
b)    插入管状部件的中空活塞：
b1) 该中空活塞有一打开的底端和一用于容纳所述套环的顶端；
b2) 套环和撕拉环移除后，中空活塞可以撕开所述盖子的所述底面；
b3) 中空活塞和所述大致管状的部件的所述底面一起限定了一空腔，其能容纳释放到所述瓶子中的产品； 
相对所述底面限定的平面，所述中空活塞的底端基本和/或大致为倾斜的形状；
设有部件，用于在完全拆下底面前中断所述中空活塞的行程，防止所述中空活塞在其行程末端旋转。

具体实施方式
附图标号2表示瓶子，其沿X轴轴向延伸，装有水或水基溶液。
瓶子2可以是常规的由PET制成的瓶子（或由其他材料制成的容器），带有螺纹颈部3，并带有撒布装置4、9，其用于将产品，如粉末产品释放到瓶子中。
螺纹颈部3可以是BPF/PCO型的，或者可以是3-螺纹端型（3-threading ends type）的，或者可以是其他常规使用的由PET制成的瓶子产品的标准类型，或者可以是任何其他的用于任意带螺纹颈部的瓶子的标准类型。
撒布装置4、9包括带内螺纹5的盖子4，其可以旋到瓶子2的颈部3上，并与瓶子2的延长轴共轴。
盖子4还包括大致为管状的部件6，基本和/或大致与内螺纹5共轴，该管状部件通过圆冠形状的连接部件45与内螺纹5连接。
管状部件6有一在内螺纹5中的底端61，其凸出至瓶子2的颈部3内，同时管状部件还有一从内螺纹5出来的顶端62。
管状部件6在其底端61有一底面7，其在一大致与X轴垂直的平面上延伸。
管状部件6的顶端62的端部有一套环14，其通过一撕拉环（tear-away ring）12与管状部件6结合。
还有一插入管状部件6的中空活塞9，该中空活塞9有一打开的底端91和一封闭的顶端92。
套环14有一与中空活塞9的顶端92匹配的内部轮廓，从而可以容纳活塞9的顶端92，防止其意外向前移动。
活塞的外表面上具有至少一个圆形突起95，适合用于与管状部件6的内表面上的至少一个圆形突起65相互作用，从而防止意外脱出。
中空活塞9和管状部件6的底面7一起限定了一空腔10，其能够容纳待释放到瓶中的产品，例如粉末形态、颗粒形态或液态的产品。
为此，中空活塞9可以撕开并穿过盖子4的管状部件6的底面7，从而将产品释放到瓶子2中。
为了推动活塞9同时撕开盖子4的底面7，首先需要撕开撕拉环12移除套环14以降低管状部件6的上边缘。
相对底面7限定的平面，中空活塞9的底端91基本和/或大致为倾斜的形状。这种特征能够连续地打开底面，类似于旋转门。
还设有部件69、99，用于中断中空活塞9的行程（在完全拆下底面7前），以防止活塞不仅有轴向运动还有旋转运动。
因此，通过一作为铰链的至少15度的圆形部件，底面7一直与盖子4的管状部件6的底端61保持相连。
中断中空活塞9的旋转可以防止没有经验的使用者在旋转活塞9时，由于将管状部件6的底面7整个拆下而使其掉落到瓶中。
在图示的实施例中，用于中断中空活塞9的部件69、99包括设置在中空活塞9的顶端92下面的环形凹槽99，该凹槽99被从管状部件6的上边缘凸出的齿69咬合。
齿69防止活塞9被提出，同时防止其旋转，从而防止底面7被整个拆下而掉落到瓶子2中。
底面7的外侧边缘可以有一薄的环形部件，以便于进行撕开操作。
活塞9的底端可以具有类似刀片的形状，以进一步便于撕开底面7。
产品释放到瓶子2中后，盖子4可以旋开，使用者可以将瓶子2中的物质倒入玻璃杯中。
盖子4的内螺纹5能够以可拆卸的方式与连接到瓶子2的颈部3的环15相连。
由于环15确保了瓶子2没有预先打开，它还具有防损封签（tamper-proof seal）的功用。

Claims (3)

1.一种瓶子，其具有一螺纹颈部（3），带有用于向所述瓶子（2）中释放产品的撒布装置，所述撒布装置包括：
a)一盖子（4），其具有：
a1)旋入所述瓶子（2）的螺纹颈部（3）的内螺纹（5）；
a2)与内螺纹（5）共轴的管状部件（6），具有一凸出至瓶子（2）的颈部（3）内的底端（61），所述底端被底面（7）封闭；
a3)通过撕拉环（12）与所述管状部件的顶部结合的套环（14）；
b)插入管状部件（6）的中空活塞（9）；
b1)该中空活塞有一打开的底端（91）和一用于容纳所述套环（14）的顶端（92）；
b2)套环（14）和撕拉环（12）移除后，中空活塞（9）可以撕开所述盖子（4）的所述底面（7）；
b3)中空活塞和所述管状的部件（6）的所述底面（7）一起限定了一空腔，其能容纳释放到所述瓶子中的产品；
其特征在于：
相对所述底面（7）限定的平面，所述中空活塞（9）的底端（91）为倾斜的形状；
设有部件，用于在完全拆下底面（7）前中断所述中空活塞（9）的行程，防止所述中空活塞（9）在其行程末端旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的瓶子，其中，所述用于中断活塞（9）的行程并用于防止中空活塞（9）在行程末端旋转的部件包括：
设置在中空活塞（9）的顶端（92）下面的环形凹槽（99）； 
从管状部件6的上边缘凸出的齿（69）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的瓶子，其中活塞（9）的底端（91）具有刀片的形状。
