背景技术
现有的活塞环割片机均采用仪表车床，人工装夹和手工进刀和退刀，一人操作一台机器，劳动强度较大，劳动效率较低。 
发明内容
  本实用新型的目的是提供一种自动进刀、退刀、气动装夹的活塞环割片机。 
   实现上述目的的技术方案：一种活塞环割片机，包括床身，其特征在于：床身的一侧设有用于固定工件的气动卡盘，气动卡盘和气缸输出端相连，气缸的输入端和电机的主轴相连；床身上设有丝杆，丝杆的一端和步进电机相连，丝杆上设有螺母，螺母朝向气动卡盘的一端连接有刀具支架。 
本实用新型采用气动卡盘，实现了自动进刀、退刀、气动装夹，操作工人劳动强度大大降低，每个操作工可操作三台以上的机床，提高了劳动效率。

   如图1所示，一种活塞环割片机，包括床身1，床身1的一侧设有用于固定工件的气动卡盘6，气动卡盘6和气缸7输出端相连，气缸7的输入端和电机8的主轴相连；床身1上设有丝杆4，丝杆4的一端和步进电机3相连，丝杆4上设有螺母2，螺母2朝向气动卡盘的一端连接有刀具支架5。
