Description Automatic Tool Feeding and Retracting Device for Grinder Technical Field of the Invention The invention relates to an automatic tool feeding and retracting device for a grinder. Background of the Invention When a grinder is used for processing a workpiece, first, a tool needs to be retracted via a tool feeding handle, then the tool is fed via the tool feeding handle after one workpiece is well clamped, and finally the tool is retracted again after this workpiece is completely processed. Such steps will be repeated to process multiple workpieces. However, in the prior art, the tool feeding and retracting operation is often performed by manually, resulting in problems of time and labor consuming for the tool feeding and retracting operation, and low working efficiency. Summary of the Invention The purpose of the invention is to provide an automatic tool feeding and retracting device for a grinder, which saves time and labor for the tool feeding and retracting operation and has high working efficiency. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly achieved with the technical solution as follows: an automatic tool feeding and retracting device for a grinder is provided, comprising a rotating wheel connected with a tool feeding handle of the grinder; the rotating wheel is provided with a connecting rod extending in a radial direction of the rotating wheel and being circumferentially fixed with the rotating wheel, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder, and a main body of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged and fixed. The protrusion of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder may push the rotating wheel to rotate clockwise in order to drive the tool feeding handle of the grinder for tool feeding or retracting, while the retraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder may push the rotating wheel to rotate counterclockwise in order to drive the tool feeding handle of the grinder for tool retracting or feeding, that is, the reciprocating rotation of the rotating wheel controls the feeding and grinding of a grinding wheel of the grinder without manual operation of the tool feeding handle, so that the tool feeding and retracting operation of the grinder is both time and labor saving, and the machining efficiency of the grinder is improved. Preferably, the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a controller for controlling periodical protrusion and retraction of the piston rod. Therefore, the invention is characterized in time and labor saving for the tool feeding and retracting operation and high working efficiency. Detailed Description of the Invention The technical solutions of the invention will be further described in details as below by embodiments with reference to drawings. Embodiment 1 As shown in Fig. 1, an automatic tool feeding and retracting device for a grinder is provided, comprising a rotating wheel 1 connected with a tool feeding handle of the grinder (not shown). The rotating wheel 1 is provided with a connecting rod 2 extending in a radial direction of the rotating wheel 1 and being circumferentially fixed with the rotating wheel 1, one end of the connecting rod 2 is hinged with a piston rod 4 of a hydraulic cylinder 3, a main body of the hydraulic cylinder 3 is hinged and fixed, and the hydraulic cylinder 3 is connected to a controller 5 for controlling periodical the protrusion and retraction of the piston rod 3. As shown in a direction of the arrow in Fig. 1, the controller controls the periodical protrusion and retraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder, the protrusion of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder may push the rotating wheel to rotate clockwise in order to drive the tool feeding handle of the grinder for tool feeding or retracting, while the retraction of the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder may push the rotating wheel to rotate counterclockwise in order to drive the tool feeding handle of the grinder for tool retracting or feeding, that is, the reciprocating rotation of the rotating wheel controls the feeding and grinding of a grinding wheel of the grinder.

Claims (2)

1. An automatic tool feeding and retracting device for a grinder, comprising a rotating wheel connected with a tool feeding handle of the grinder, characterized in that the rotating wheel is provided with a connecting rod extending in a radial direction of the rotating wheel and being circumferentially fixed with the rotating wheel, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder, and a main body of the hydraulic cylinder is hinged and fixed.
2. The automatic tool feeding and retracting device for a grinder according to claim 1, characterized in that the hydraulic cylinder is connected with a controller for controlling periodical protrusion and retraction of the piston rod.
