背景技术:
塑料原料通过挤压系统而塑化成均匀的熔体,并在这一过程中所建立压力下,物料被螺杆连续挤出机头。螺杆是塑料挤出机主机挤压系统的关键部件之一,它不仅起输送塑料的作用,同时对塑料的挤压、塑化、成型的难易也起着极其重要的作用,所以合理选用螺杆结构和参数是获得理想的产品质量和产量的重要环节。
现在挤出机工作过程中,固体相和熔体相在同一螺杆螺槽内向出料口移动,固体相越来越少,熔体相越来越多,这样的过程中需,要加热的固体相由于被熔体相包裹而得不到加热,而已经不需要再加热的熔体相却在被不断的加热,这样就容易形成熔融破碎和鱼眼(晶点)。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效中空螺杆,它能大幅度减少熔融破碎和晶点鱼眼,高效率、高速度,省去了原来混炼段的冷却装置,同时又节省了热能,节约钢材和挤出机造价。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本实用新型是采用以下技术方案:它包含螺杆本体1,它还包含中空腔体2和通孔3,螺杆本体1的挤出端内部水平同轴设置有中空腔体2,且螺杆本体1上均匀设置有数个与中空腔体2相通的通孔3。
