背景技术
挤出机是塑机行业中一种常用的设备,而机筒则是挤出机上的一个重要部件。在使用纯的原料时,挤出机能很好的工作,但是一旦作为回收废料使用时,由于废料的复杂性,如废料中含有木屑、医用塑料、工业用塑料、铁屑、橡胶等,即这类废料中含有非塑性材料和塑性材料,如果要将非塑性材料和塑性材料分开,那么普通的挤出机很难做到。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种可将复杂废料中的非塑性材料和塑性材料分开且将塑性材料正常挤出的机筒。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:一种机筒,包括进料段和挤出段,进料段的筒壁上设置有进料口,所述挤出段外形呈圆台形且挤出段外壁上设置有一圈圆筒形挡板,挡板与挤出段外壁之间形成一个腔体,挤出段筒壁上布满有连通机筒内部和腔体的通孔,通孔的直径为7~14mm,挡板的下筒壁上开设有出料孔,出料孔的直径为7~14mm。

下面结合附图,详细描述本实用新型的具体实施方案。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的机筒,包括进料段1和挤出段2,进料段1的筒壁上设置有进料口3,所述挤出段2外形呈圆台形且挤出段2外壁上设置有一圈圆筒形挡板4,挡板4与挤出段2外壁之间形成一个腔体5,挤出段2筒壁上布满有连通挤出段2内部和腔体5的通孔6,通孔6的直径为7~14mm,挡板4的下筒壁上开设有出料孔7,出料孔7的直径为7~14mm。通孔6和出料孔7的具体尺寸和数量根据实际生产要求设定。在实际生产时,为了加工方便,所述通孔6与出料孔7的直径相等。为了增加了废料进入机筒后与螺杆的摩擦力,使得废料不容易打滑,保证了废料前进的速度,从而不影响废料的塑化效果,所述进料段1的内壁上沿圆周方向上设置有若干条槽8。为了使废料快速进入进料段1混合,如图2所示,所述进料段1的进料口3在垂直方向上偏心。
如图3所示,挤出机包括螺杆9和上述机筒。机筒就不在重复介绍了。所述螺杆9呈锥形,且螺杆9上螺牙10的高度从螺杆9根部至螺杆9头部呈逐渐减小。
下面详细介绍下挤出机的工作原理:将加热后的废料从进料口3进入机筒中,螺杆9转动将废料向机筒的头部推动,由于非塑性材料和塑性材料的流动性不同,塑性材料的流动性好,非塑性材料的流动性差,非塑性材料在螺杆9的作用下无法从通孔6中进入腔体5中,只能被螺杆9直接挤出,而塑性材料则在螺杆9的作用下经通孔6被挤入腔体5中,随着腔体5中的塑性材料的增加,腔体5中的塑性材料随后经出料孔7被挤出,从而实现塑性材料和非塑性材料的分离,本挤出机可分离成分很复杂的废料,减少废料对环境的污染,能够起到很好的环保作用。如废料中含有木屑、医用塑料、工业用塑料、铁屑、橡胶等。

1.机筒,包括进料段和挤出段,进料段的筒壁上设置有进料口,其特征在于:所述挤出段外形呈圆台形且挤出段外壁上设置有一圈圆筒形挡板,挡板与挤出段外壁之间形成一个腔体,挤出段筒壁上布满有连通机筒内部和腔体的通孔,通孔的直径为7~14mm,挡板的下筒壁上开设有出料孔,出料孔的直径为7~14mm。
