本实用新型涉及挤出机领域，具体是挤出机的合流芯。
背景技术
合流芯位于塑料挤出机的出料口末端，是承接双螺杆双孔出料至单孔料口进模具的极其重要的转换器。PVC-C地埋式电力套管时使用的是无锡康达塑胶机械影响公司提供的SJSZ-80锥形双螺杆挤出机，其合流芯内孔直径原为32mm。在多年的生产实践中，我们感觉到这种内孔合流芯在生产时，机械阻、压力大，出料慢，产量低。为解决这些问题，我公司科技人员经过多次试验，将原合流芯内孔径扩大33％后，机械阻压力降荷46％，出料速度提高20％，单位产量增加18％以上，单位产量内电力消耗降低6％。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种挤出机的合流芯，将两个螺杆进料口合并于合流芯内，塑料产品密度进一步增加，结构简单，制造方便。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：
挤出机的合流芯，合流芯一端设有两个螺杆进料口，另一端设有出料口；合流芯中开设有合流通道，合流通道一端与两个螺杆进料口相连通，另一端与出料口相连通。
