技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种转换管材厚度的挤出模具，尤其涉及管材在线挤出成型时转换管材厚度的挤出芯棒装置。
背景技术
塑料管材挤出成型生产技术在我国已经很成熟，塑料管材的模具设计开发技术得到了快速发展，技术也在不断更新提升中。但对于管材线实现壁厚调整技术还没有得到突破。目前生产工艺技术中，如需要转换管材厚度，还是使用传统的技术，停机换模，然后再开机，这样既费时间，又耗电，且停机再开机造成大量的废料，大大的增加了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可在线快速转换管材厚度，提高工作效率，便捷实用，省时省力的一种在线转换管材厚度的挤出模具。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种在线转换管材厚度的挤出模具，包括芯棒、转接头和口模，芯棒的外形呈圆锥状，芯棒前端面的中心设有螺栓孔，转接头一端为平直面，另一端设有外螺纹接头，外螺纹接头与芯棒上的螺栓孔相配合，口模为中空的圆柱形结构。
所述的转接头有多种外径尺寸结构。
本实用新型的有益效果为：可在线快速转换管材厚度，无需拆除管材模具，不停机，安装工序简单，操作便捷，节省时间，废料少，耗电量少，大大节约成本，提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种在线转换管材厚度的挤出模具，包括芯棒1、转接头2和口模3，芯棒1的外形呈圆锥状，芯棒1前端面的中心设有螺栓孔4，转接头2一端为平直面，另一端设有外螺纹接头5，外螺纹接头5与芯棒1上的螺栓孔4相配合，口模3为中空的圆柱形结构。
所述的转接头2有多种外径尺寸结构。
如图2、3所示，使用时根据生产的管材的口径选择对应外径尺寸结构的转接头2，通过更换转接头2实现不同管材厚度的在线连续生产，不需要拆卸其它配件，安装简单，操作便捷，实现成功率100%，节约成本，提高工作效率。

1.一种在线转换管材厚度的挤出模具，其特征在于：包括芯棒（1）、转接头（2）和口模（3），芯棒（1）的外形呈圆锥状，芯棒（1）前端面的中心设有螺栓孔（4），转接头（2）一端为平直面，另一端设有外螺纹接头（5），外螺纹接头（5）与芯棒（1）上的螺栓孔（4）相配合，口模（3）为中空的圆柱形结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种在线转换管材厚度的挤出模具，其特征在于：转接头（2）有多种外径尺寸结构。
