本实用新型公开了一种多级双螺杆挤塑机,包括前加热套筒,加热套筒一端连接挤出模头,另一端连接传动装置,套筒内有螺杆,其特征是:其中套筒包括前套筒和后套筒,前套筒和后套筒通过耦合内环(11)和耦合外环(41)连接,套筒内分别设有前螺杆(7)和后螺杆(9),前螺杆(7)和后螺杆(9)通过轮滑轴承(8)连接,其中轮滑轴承(8)的外环套在耦合内环(11)的内壁,轮滑轴承(8)的内环套在两螺杆连接处的外表面,通过多级螺杆连接的方式增大的塑料挤出压力,这样提高了塑料挤出质量,再在挤出机内设置双螺杆,是整台塑料挤出机的挤压两和挤出速递明显加快,降低了生产成本。

本实用新型涉及塑料挤出机,尤其涉及多级双螺杆的挤塑机。
背景技术
目前传统的挤塑机结构单一,多为单杆挤塑,或悬臂式挤塑机,塑料挤出速度慢,效果和质量部高,特别是涉及高压高强的塑料挤管,多塑料挤出机挤出压力提出了更高的要求,传统的塑料挤塑机往往很难达到这样的要求,为了加快工厂的资金周转速度,需要快速而高效的生产塑料,单杆挤塑机挤出速度慢,很难满足目前市场的需求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种利用双螺杆多级方式对塑料进行挤出。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一下技术方案:它包括前加热套筒,加热套筒一端连接挤出模头,另一端连接传动装置,套筒内有螺杆,其特征是:其中套筒包括前套筒和后套筒,前套筒和后套筒通过耦合内环和耦合外环连接,套筒内分别设有前螺杆和后螺杆,前螺杆和后螺杆通过轮滑轴承连接,其中轮滑轴承的外环套在耦合内环的内壁,轮滑轴承的内环套在两螺杆连接处的外表面,
所述前加热套筒包括前外壁、前内壁,两内外壁形成加热容器,容器内填有加热液,后加热套筒包括后外壁、后内壁,两内被壁形成加热容器,容器内填有加热液。
所述加热套筒内有两根螺杆,两根螺杆并列布置,相互逆向旋转,两个螺杆的主杆连接处有若干个连接凸头,与下一节螺杆连接耦合。
本实用新型通过多级螺杆连接的方式增大的塑料挤出压力,这样提高了塑料挤出质量,再在挤出机内设置双螺杆,是整台塑料挤出机的挤压两和挤出速递明显加快,降低了生产成本。本实用新型结构合理,所生产的产品质量比原有传统设备生产的产品质量有所改善。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,包括前加热套筒,加热套筒一端连接挤出模头,另一端连接传动装置,套筒内有螺杆,其中套筒包括前套筒和后套筒,前套筒和后套筒通过耦合内环11和耦合外环41连接,套筒内分别设有前螺杆7和后螺杆9,前螺杆7和后螺杆9通过轮滑轴承8连接,其中轮滑轴承8的外环套在耦合内环11的内壁,轮滑轴承8的内环套在两螺杆连接处的外表面,
前加热套筒包括前外壁1、前内壁3,两内外壁形成加热容器,容器内填有加热液2,后加热套筒包括后外壁4、后内壁5,两内被壁形成加热容器,容器内填有加热液2。
图2所示,加热套筒内有两根螺杆,两根螺杆并列布置,相互逆向旋转,两个螺杆的主杆72连接处有若干个连接凸头73,与下一节螺杆连接耦合。

1.多级双螺杆挤塑机,包括前加热套筒,加热套筒一端连接挤出模头,另一端连接传动装置,套筒内有螺杆,其特征是:其中套筒包括前套筒和后套筒,前套筒和后套筒通过耦合内环(11)和耦合外环(41)连接,套筒内分别设有前螺杆(7)和后螺杆(9),前螺杆(7)和后螺杆(9)通过轮滑轴承(8)连接,其中轮滑轴承(8)的外环套在耦合内环(11)的内壁,轮滑轴承(8)的内环套在两螺杆连接处的外表面,
