Abstract

本发明提供了一种三壁波纹管生产设备及其生产方法,设备包括第一挤出机、第一成型模具、第一成型机、冷却牵引装置、电加热装置、第二挤出机和涂覆模具,所述第一挤出机依工序分别连接第一成型模具、第一成型机、冷却牵引装置和电加热装置,构成成型平滑内壁和波纹中间层的第一生产设备,所述第二挤出机和涂覆模具构成成型平滑外壁的第二生产设备,所述第二生产设备作为第一生产设备的后工序,与第一生产设备共同构成三壁波纹管的成型设备,所述成型设备的后工序还设置有真空定径装置。根据本发明的生产设备和方法所生产的三壁波纹管具有双壁波纹管和圆管优点的三壁波纹管。

Description

一种三壁波纹管生产设备及生产方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑料管材生产设备领域,特别是涉及一种三壁波纹管生产设备及生产方法。
背景技术
目前双壁波纹管以其优异的性能已经逐步应用于通信、建筑、市政和灌溉等领域。但现有的双壁波纹管端面均为圆弧波峰,当管材受力后,圆弧波峰的受力不均匀,使波纹管在一定的直径变形量内只能承受较小的外界压力,导致管材的整体环刚度较弱。而常见的实壁管,虽然环刚度较高,但是其耗费过多的材料,故而可结合双壁波纹管和实壁管的特点进行管材结构的改进,生产三壁波纹管。
目前国内生产单、双壁波纹管生产方式是原材料经过挤出机挤出后,经过模具和波纹管成型机生产出单壁或者双壁波纹管。如中国专利申请号为 200810302576.8的发明专利申请公开了一种螺旋式双壁波纹管一次成型装置,其特点是在芯模的外端依次套接有内模和外模,在芯模与内模之间有内壁溶料通道,在内模与外模之间有外壁溶料通道;在芯模的一端固定有内壁定型模,内壁定型模是套在旋转的内壁螺旋式定型模内,在内壁螺旋式定型模的内壁开有螺旋式凹槽;在内壁溶料通道与外壁溶料通道之间有进气孔或在内壁螺旋式定型模的凹槽有吸气孔,利用进气孔吹气或吸气孔吸气的作用形成双壁,通过外模、内模、芯模形成挤出双层的流道,芯模外端连接有内壁定型模,一次可以生成出螺旋式双壁波纹管。
但采用传统的生产方式制造不出三壁波纹管。
中国专利申请号为200420068778.8的实用新型专利公开了一种生产塑料三壁波纹管的模具,该模具包括模体、外流道、中流道、内流道以及两个气道,所述的两个气道,一个位于中流道与内流道之间,另一个位于中流道与外流道之间。该实用新型用作一次成型生产塑料三壁波纹管的模具,然而一方面该模具结构很复杂,给开模带来很大的难度,另一方面该实用新型并没有提供制备三壁波纹管的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种三壁波纹管生产设备及生产方法,其采用传统的波纹管生产方式与圆管涂覆的生产方式相结合,实现了三壁波纹管的连续生产方式,以生产出环刚度更高的内、外壁都光滑的三壁波纹管。
    为了实现上述发明目的,采用的技术方案如下。
一种三壁波纹管生产设备,包括第一挤出机、第一成型模具、第一成型机、冷却牵引装置、电加热装置、第二挤出机和涂覆模具,所述第一挤出机依工序分别连接第一成型模具、第一成型机、冷却牵引装置和电加热装置,构成成型平滑内壁和波纹中间层的第一生产设备,所述第二挤出机和涂覆模具构成成型平滑外壁的第二生产设备,所述第二生产设备作为第一生产设备的后工序,与第一生产设备共同构成三壁波纹管的成型设备,所述成型设备的后工序还设置有真空定径装置。
上述技术方案中,所述第一挤出机包括挤出用于成型中间波纹层原料的中壁挤出机和挤出用于成型平滑内壁原料的内壁挤出机。
作为另一种选择,所述第一挤出机、第一成型模具和第一成型机还可以采用成型双壁波纹管的一次成型装置。
本发明所述中空定径装置的后工序还分别设置有牵引机、切割机和收卷设备等辅助装置。
本发明所述第一挤出机和第二挤出机均采用单螺杆挤出机。
本发明提供的三壁波纹管生产方法,由第一挤出机、第一成型模具和第一成型机挤出成型双壁波纹管,然后通过冷却牵引装置进行冷却定型后牵引至适当位置,再通过电加热装置对该双壁波纹管的表层进行加热,加热后的双壁波纹管送入外壁涂覆模具内,并通过第二挤出机挤出成型涂覆在双壁波纹管外表面的平滑外壁,以初步成型三壁波纹管,初步成型的三壁波纹管通过真空定径装置冷却成型。
本发明的生产设备采用双壁波纹管成型机和圆管涂覆外层三壁管设备组成,方便设备的组装,根据本发明的生产设备和方法所生产的三壁波纹管具有双壁波纹管和圆管优点的三壁波纹管。经检测,所生产的三壁波纹管的环刚度达到29.1KN/m2以上,相比同等级的双壁波纹管的16.9 KN/m2的要求,该种管材的环刚度提高了72.1%以上,从而增强了管道对土壤负荷的抵抗力,使该种管材的使用场合更加广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
本发明的结构如附图1和2所示,包括中壁单螺杆挤出机1、内壁单螺杆挤出机2、双壁波纹管模具3、双壁波纹管成型机4、喷淋牵引装置5、电加热器6、外壁单螺杆挤出机7、外壁涂覆模具8和真空箱9,所述中壁单螺杆挤出机1、内壁单螺杆挤出机2、双壁波纹管模具3、双壁波纹管成型机4、喷淋牵引装置5和电加热器6构成第一生产设备,以制备双壁波纹管,并对管材外表面进行加热,所述外壁单螺杆挤出机7和外壁涂覆模具8构成第二生产设备,以制备涂覆在双壁波纹管外表面的外壁圆管,从而初步成型三壁波纹管,初步成型的三壁波纹管通过真空箱9冷却定型。
本发明的生产设备的辅助设备如附图3所示,包括牵引机10、切割机11、翻料架(或收卷机)12,其生产的三壁波纹管结构如附图4所示,包括内壁14、中壁15、外壁16。
本发明的生产过程包括:
双壁波纹管生产线(即第一生产设备):生产出双壁波纹管,通过真空上料器把原材料抽到主机料斗上,经过双壁波纹管挤出系统挤出,由两台单螺杆挤出机1和2组成,分别挤出环形波纹状的中壁15、平滑内壁14。原材料加热塑化后经过双壁波纹管模具3,经过双壁波纹管成型机4后成型,成型后的双壁波纹管通过喷淋牵引装置5的冷却喷淋部分充分冷却成型,喷淋牵引装置5的牵引部分提供牵引动力,在涂覆外壁16前,先要把双壁波纹管通过电加热器6进行外表面加热,其过程归纳为上料→塑化挤出→波纹管挤出模具→波纹管成型机成型→冷却→牵引→加热。
涂覆外层管的三壁管设备(即第二生产设备):双壁波纹管生产线生产出双壁波纹管后,继续通过电加热器6把充分冷却成型后双壁波纹管的表层加热,使该波纹管更好地与外壁粘合在一起,加热后的双壁波纹管进入外壁涂覆模具8,同时原材料经过外壁挤出系统7和外壁涂覆模具8挤出三壁波纹管的外壁16。初步成型的三壁波纹管进入真空定径装置9冷却成型。
冷却成型后可通过牵引机10提供牵引动力,三壁波纹管的生产长度达到设置值由行星切割机11切割管材,由翻料架12储存成品。
本发明的三壁波纹管连续生产方法的成套装备,该生产方式采用双壁波纹管成型机和圆管涂覆外层三壁管设备组成。
双壁波纹管由两台单螺杆挤出机、双壁波纹管挤出模具、双壁波纹管成型机、冷却喷淋箱组成。生产线上游生产出双壁波纹管。
圆管涂覆外层三壁管的设备由电加热器、单螺杆挤出机、外管涂覆模具、真空箱、牵引机、切割机、翻料架组成。将双壁波纹管进行外层涂覆,生产出三壁波纹管。
该种生产方式实现连续生产出具有双壁波纹管和圆管优点的三壁波纹管。

Claims (6)

1.一种三壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于包括第一挤出机、第一成型模具(3)、第一成型机(4)、冷却牵引装置(5)、电加热装置(6)、第二挤出机(7)和涂覆模具(8),所述第一挤出机依工序分别连接第一成型模具(3)、第一成型机(4)、冷却牵引装置(5)和电加热装置(6),构成成型平滑内壁和波纹中间层的第一生产设备,所述第二挤出机(7)和涂覆模具(8)构成成型平滑外壁的第二生产设备,所述第二生产设备作为第一生产设备的后工序,与第一生产设备共同构成三壁波纹管的成型设备,所述成型设备的后工序还设置有真空定径装置(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的三壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于所述第一挤出机包括挤出用于成型中间波纹层原料的中壁挤出机(1)和挤出用于成型平滑内壁原料的内壁挤出机(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的三壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于所述第一挤出机、第一成型模具(3)和第一成型机(4)采用成型双壁波纹管的一次成型装置。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的三壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于所述中空定径装置(9)的后工序还分别设置有牵引机(10)、切割机(11)和收卷设备(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的三壁波纹管生产设备,其特征在于所述第一挤出机和第二挤出机(7)均采用单螺杆挤出机。
6.一种三壁波纹管生产方法,其特征在于由第一挤出机、第一成型模具(3)和第一成型机(4)挤出成型双壁波纹管,然后通过冷却牵引装置(5)进行冷却定型后牵引至适当位置,再通过电加热装置(6)对该双壁波纹管的表层进行加热,加热后的双壁波纹管送入外壁涂覆模具(8)内,并通过第二挤出机(7)挤出成型涂覆在双壁波纹管外表面的平滑外壁,以初步成型三壁波纹管,初步成型的三壁波纹管通过真空定径装置(9)冷却成型。
