本实用新型属于注塑机的改进,特别是二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,包括在机筒内配合安装的由动力传动的螺杆,在一阶机筒与二阶机筒之间通过锥形机筒连接在一起构成复合机筒,在一阶机筒的后部安装着进料斗,在复合机筒内配合安装着由一阶螺杆段、锥形螺杆段、二阶螺杆段相互连为一体的挤出螺杆,其中挤出螺杆的一阶螺杆段与一阶机筒相配合,锥形螺杆段与锥形机筒相配合,具有依次增大的螺距的二阶螺杆段与二阶机筒相配合,在一阶机筒均化段筒壁上通过连接管连接着液态气注入装置。本实用新型可以在高分子熔融料中定量注入液态气,并且能够将液态气均匀分散在高分子熔融料中,控制气泡的成长,生产出微孔结构材料制品。

本实用新型属于塑料挤出机的改进,特别是二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机。
背景技术
现有的单螺杆挤出机由电气控制系统、塑化挤出系统、加热冷却系统、机架等组成。这种挤出机自动化程度高,生产效率高,生产出的产品质量好。但是该注塑机没有液态定量注入装置,不能将液态气均匀分散在塑料中形成微孔,无法生产微孔结构材料的制品,使生产的产品功能比较单一。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,可以在高分子熔融料中定量注入液态气,并且能够将液态气均匀分散在高分子熔融料中,控制气泡的成长,生产出微孔结构材料制品。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,包括在机筒内配合安装的由动力传动的螺杆,在一阶机筒与二阶机筒之间通过锥形机筒连接在一起构成复合机筒,在一阶机筒的后部安装着进料斗,在复合机筒内配合安装着由一阶螺杆段、锥形螺杆段、二阶螺杆段相互连为一体的挤出螺杆,其中挤出螺杆的一阶螺杆段与一阶机筒相配合,锥形螺杆段与锥形机筒相配合,具有依次增大的螺距的二阶螺杆段与二阶机筒相配合,在一阶机筒筒壁上通过连接管连接着液态气注入装置。
本实用新型挤出机工作时,将原料、成核剂母料、加工助剂加入一阶机筒的进料斗中,物料进入一阶机筒后被加热塑化,安装在一阶机筒上的液态气注入装置通过连接管向一阶机筒内的熔融物料中均匀定量地注入液态气,旋转的挤出螺杆的一阶螺杆段将液态气剪切成细小的液滴,使其均匀分散在高分子熔融料中,混匀的高分子熔融料在一阶螺杆段的推动下通过锥形机筒被进入二阶机筒内继续塑化,由于二阶螺杆的螺距依次增大,使高分子熔融料中的气泡具有一定的成长空间,使气泡成长,并受到控制,转动的挤出螺杆将均匀分布微小气孔的高分子熔融料连续挤出成型。本实用新型在高分子熔融料中定量注入液态气,并且将液态气均匀分散在高分子熔融料中,控制气泡的成长。本实用新型生产出的微孔结构材料的制品,其泡孔极其微小致密,泡直径为0.1-10微米,具有抗冲击、耐疲劳、隔热、隔音和吸振的功能,比高聚合物中原有的缺陷或微裂纹更小,能使高聚合物中的微细裂纹尖端钝化。因此改善了高聚合物的力学性能,提高了抗冲击、耐疲劳、隔热、隔音和吸振等功能。

具体实施方式
一种二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,如附图所示,包括在机筒内配合安装的由动力传动的螺杆,在一阶机筒3与二阶机筒8之间通过锥形机筒7连接在一起。一阶机筒3和二阶机筒8的连接端分别设置有连接法兰,两端具有连接法兰的锥形机筒7通过法兰连接将一阶机筒3和二阶机筒8连接在一起,构成复合机筒。在一阶机筒3的后部安装着进料斗1,在复合机筒内配合安装着由一阶螺杆段2、锥形螺杆段6、二阶螺杆段9相互连为一体的挤出螺杆,其中挤出螺杆的一阶螺杆段2与一阶机筒3相配合,锥形螺杆段6与锥形机筒7相配合,二阶螺杆段9与二阶机筒8相配合,在一阶机筒3均化段筒壁上通过连接管4连接着液态气注入装置5。一阶螺杆段2的螺槽为等距不等深,其螺矩相等,螺杆基柱为圆锥形柱,螺杆基柱前端直径大于其后端的直径。这样使一阶机筒3与一阶螺杆段2构成的空间从后部到前部逐渐减小。二阶螺杆段9的螺槽为等深不等距,二阶螺杆段9的螺距从后部到前部依次增大,起到控制高分子熔融料中气泡成长的作用。螺距的计算公式如下:Sn=S1+S1Y(n-1),其中:S1为第一个螺距,Sn为第n个螺距,Y为螺距扩展系数。二阶螺杆段9的螺距从后部到前部依次增大,给高分子熔融料中均布的液态气提供了气泡成长的空间,并受到控制,转动的挤出螺杆将混匀具有微发泡的高分子熔融料连续挤出成型。二阶螺杆段9的直径大于或等于一阶螺杆段2的直径;二阶螺杆段9的长径比小于或等于一阶螺杆段2的长径比。

Claims (6)

1、一种二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,包括在机筒内配合安装的由动力传动的螺杆,其特征是:在一阶机筒(3)与二阶机筒(8)之间通过锥形机筒(7)连接在一起构成复合机筒,在一阶机筒(3)的后部安装着进料斗(1),在复合机筒内配合安装着由一阶螺杆段(2)、锥形螺杆段(6)、二阶螺杆段(9)相互连为一体的挤出螺杆,其中挤出螺杆的一阶螺杆段(2)与一阶机筒(3)相配合,锥形螺杆段(6)与锥形机筒(7)相配合,具有依次增大螺距的二阶螺杆段(9)与二阶机筒(8)相配合,在一阶机筒(3)均化段筒壁上通过连接管(4)连接着液态气注入装置(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,其特征是:一阶螺杆段(2)的螺槽为等距不等深,其螺矩相等,螺杆基柱为圆锥形柱,螺杆基柱前端直径大于其后端的直径。
3、根据权利要求1所述的二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,其特征是:二阶螺杆段(9)的螺槽为等深不等距,二阶螺杆段(9)的螺距从后部到前部依次增大。
4、根据权利要求1所述的二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,其特征是:锥形机筒(7)通过法兰连接将一阶机筒(3)和二阶机筒(8)连接在一起。
5、根据权利要求1所述的二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,其特征是:二阶螺杆段(9)的直径大于或等于一阶螺杆段(2)的直径。
6、根据权利要求1所述的二阶式单螺杆微发泡挤出机,其特征是:二阶螺杆段(9)的长径比小于或等于一阶螺杆段(2)的长径比。
