背景技术
汽车轮边制造现在普遍是采用模具浇铸铁水成型，由于在浇铸中铁水的凝固性不稳定，所以采用在砂箱的内腔先包裹一层符合模具结构的沙层，然后再往砂箱内浇铸铁水，等铁水冷却凝固后，将砂箱去除，浇铸后的铁件外的沙层自动掉落，完成铸造轮边的工序。现有的砂箱普遍为上砂箱和下砂箱组合而成方形砂箱，其上砂箱和下砂箱分别覆砂后然后组装在一起，但是这种砂箱的上砂箱和下砂箱合拢处存在这间隙，密封不严，而且方形砂箱体积重、成本高。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种轮边铁模覆砂砂箱，解决现有砂箱密封不严、体积重的问题。

轮边铁模覆砂砂箱，包括上砂箱和下砂箱，所述的上砂箱和下砂箱均为桶状结构，上砂箱的顶端开有射砂孔，下砂箱的底端位于外壁上设置有一圈限位板，所述的下砂箱套装于上砂箱内且上砂箱的内壁和下砂箱的外壁之间形成一腔室。
所述的下砂箱的底端开设有射砂孔。
所述的上砂箱的外侧壁上设置有第一起吊孔；所述的限位板上设置有第二起吊孔。
所述的上砂箱的侧壁和底端，下砂箱的侧壁和顶端均设置有排气孔。
本实用新型的上砂箱和下砂箱均为桶状结构，其完全依照轮边的形状制造，其制造成本低、体积相对原有方形砂箱重量减轻，且上砂箱和下砂箱的密封性好。

见图1、图2，轮边铁模覆砂砂箱，包括桶状结构的上砂箱1和下砂箱2，下砂箱2的底端位于外壁上设置有一圈限位板3, 下砂箱2套装于上砂箱1内且上砂箱1的内壁和下砂箱2的外壁之间形成一腔室，上砂箱1的顶端和下砂箱2的底端均开有射砂孔4，上砂箱1的侧壁和底端、下砂箱2的侧壁和顶端均设置有排气孔5，上砂箱1的外侧壁上设置有第一起吊孔6，限位板3上设置有第二起吊孔7。
