本实用新型涉及一种减振皮带轮,特别是一种用于发动机曲轴的减振皮带轮。
背景技术
现有曲轴减振皮带轮的内轮毂、外圈(惯性盘)均采用铸件切削加工制成,由于铸件的工艺特性,容易出现气孔、沙孔等缺陷,特别是随零件尺寸的增大,缺陷更加严重。而铸件的这些缺陷只有在加工时才能发现,从而造成工序时间的浪费,同时由于内轮毂和外圈均需切削加工,所以能源消耗较大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有曲轴减振皮带轮的缺陷而提供一种复合曲轴减振皮带轮。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的解决方案是:该曲轴减振皮带轮包括外圈、内轮毂和减振橡胶圈,减振橡胶圈安装于外圈和内轮毂之间,外圈为旋压成型件。
上述内轮毂与减振橡胶圈之间根据固有频率的不同必要时还安装有惯性矩调整钢圈。
本实用新型是基于这样一个思路:曲轴减振皮带轮用于力矩的输出,重量大影响发动机的效率,重量过轻又无法满足皮带轮本身的惯性矩要求。针对发动机曲轴减振皮带轮的这一特殊要求,本实用新型将外圈(惯性盘)由铸件改为钢板旋压一次成型,既保证了与发动机匹配需要的惯性矩,又解决了铸件的缺陷问题。
本实用新型具有如下效果:(1)外圈(惯性盘)无需切削加工,可缩短工序时间,降低能源消耗;(2)有效降低了组件质量,有利于发动机的节能、降耗。

如图2所示,本实用新型由外圈1、减振橡胶圈2、内轮毂3和惯性矩调整钢圈4组成,外圈1为旋压外圈,减振橡胶圈2安装于旋压外圈1内轮毂3之间,惯性矩调整钢圈4安装于内轮毂3与减振橡胶圈2之间。

1.一种复合曲轴减振皮带轮,其特征在于:包括外圈(1)、内轮毂(3)和减振橡胶圈(2),减振橡胶圈(2)安装于外圈(1)和内轮毂(3)之间,外圈(1)为旋压成型件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合曲轴减振皮带轮,其特征在于:在内轮毂(3)与减振橡胶圈(2)之间还安装有惯性矩调整钢圈(4)。
