本实用新型公开了一种三轮车制动器总成,包括制动盘,一对制动蹄片总成相对安装在制动盘的正面,所述制动蹄片总成的一端设有中心套,另一端设定位板,在两个制动蹄片总成的定位板之间的制动盘上设有刹车轴,所述两定位板背面的制动盘上设有刹车轴套,所述刹车轴的轴柄位于两制动蹄片总成的两个定位板之间,其轴杆的右端伸出刹车轴套外,所述中心套通过刹车销固定在制动盘上,所述刹车销右端穿过制动蹄片总成的中心套和制动盘后与螺母配合锁紧,所述刹车销的左端和中心套之间设有上导正片,所述制动盘和螺母之间的刹车销上设有下导正片和弹簧垫,所述刹车销的靠近其左端的位置设有环形限位槽,在该环形限位槽上设有刹车销限位卡簧。

本实用新型涉及一种三轮车制动部件,特别的说涉及一种三轮车鼓式制动器总成。 
背景技术
三轮车的制动器总成包括制,一对制动蹄片总成相对安装在制动盘的正面,该一对制动蹄片总成的一端设有中心套,另一端设定位为板,在制动蹄片总成的两个定位板之间的制动盘上设有刹车轴,所述两定位板之间的制动盘的背面设有刹车轴套,所述刹车轴的轴柄位于两制动蹄片总成的两个定位板之间,其轴杆的下端穿过制动盘后伸出刹车轴套,在制动盘的背面对应中心套的位置焊接有一个定位轴套,刹车销穿过中心套和定位轴套后与螺帽锁紧定位。这种固定方式就需要刹车销的长度很长,成本高、且固定不牢固;另一方面,还需要在制动盘的下表面焊接定位轴套,使得制动盘的加工工艺变得复杂,且焊接会产生辐射,不利于保护工人健康,能耗也高。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种成本低、可靠的三轮车制动器总成。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种三轮车制动器总成,一种三轮车制动器总成,包括制动盘,一对制动蹄片总成相对安装在制动盘的正面,所述制动蹄片总成的一端设有中心套,另一端设定位板,在两个制动蹄片总成的定位板之间的制动盘上设有刹车轴,所述两定位板背面的制动盘上设有刹车轴套,所述刹车轴的轴柄位于两制动蹄片总成的两个定位板之间,其轴杆的右端伸出刹车轴套外,所述中心套通过刹车销固定在制动盘上,所述刹车销右端穿过制动蹄片总成的中心套和制动盘后与螺母配合锁紧,所述刹车销的左端和中心套之间设有上导正片,所述制动盘和螺母之间的刹车销上设有下导正片和弹簧垫,所述刹车销的靠近其左端的位置设有环形限位槽,在该环形限位槽上设有刹车销限位卡簧。 
采用上述技术方案,不需要在制动盘的背面焊接定位轴套,且本实用新型的刹车销的长度较短,节省材料,且简化了加工工序。另一方面,本实用新型用上导正片和下导正片以及弹簧垫来辅助螺母锁紧,使得制动蹄片总成固定得更牢固,稳定,在紧急刹车的时候,更安全可靠。所述刹车销的靠近其左端的位置设有环形限位槽,在该环形限位槽上设有刹车销限位卡簧,避免中心套从刹车销的左端脱落。 
在上述技术方案中,为了辅助制动蹄片总成回位:两制动蹄片总成的内蹄筋之间连接有回位弹簧。 
有益效果:本实用新型设计合理、结构简单、实施容易,使用方便,安装可靠,制动可靠性强。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明: 
如图1-3所示,本实用新型由制动盘1、一对制动蹄片总成2、刹车轴套7、刹车轴、限位卡簧8、回位弹簧9、刹车销5组成。
所述制动蹄片总成2包括制动蹄片,在制动蹄片的外表面粘贴有摩擦片,制动蹄片的内表面上安装有内蹄筋2a,制动蹄片的两端分别设有定位板4和用于将制动蹄片总成2固定在制动盘1上的中心套3。 
所述刹车销5靠近其左端的位置设有环形限位槽8。 
  所述刹车轴由轴柄6a和轴杆6b组成。 
一对制动蹄片总成2相对安装在制动盘1的正面,刹车销5的右端穿过中心套3和制动盘1后与螺母14锁紧定位,所述刹车销5的左端和中心套3之间设有上导正片10,所述制动盘1和螺母14之间的刹车销5上设有下导正片11和弹簧垫12,所述弹簧垫12位于靠近螺母14的位置,刹车销5的环形限位槽8中装有刹车销限位卡簧13,避免中心套3从刹车销5的左端脱落,刹车销限位卡簧13位于上导正片10的左方。在制动蹄片2的两个定位板4之间的制动盘1上设有刹车轴,所述两定位板4之间的制动盘1的背面设有刹车轴套7,所刹车轴的轴柄6a位于两制动蹄片总成2的两个定位板4之间,刹车轴的轴杆6b右端伸出制动盘1背面的刹车轴套7外与刹车臂连接。为了辅助制动蹄片总成2回位,两制动蹄片总成2的内蹄筋2a之间连接有回位弹簧9。

1.一种三轮车制动器总成,包括制动盘(1),一对制动蹄片总成(2)相对安装在制动盘(1)的正面,所述制动蹄片总成(2)的一端设有中心套(3),另一端设定位板(4),在两个制动蹄片总成(2)的定位板(4)之间的制动盘(1)上设有刹车轴,所述两定位板(4)背面的制动盘(1)上设有刹车轴套(7),所述刹车轴的轴柄(6a)位于两制动蹄片总成(2)的两个定位板(4)之间,其轴杆(6b)的右端伸出刹车轴套(7)外,所述中心套(3)通过刹车销(5)固定在制动盘(1)上,其特征在于:所述刹车销(5)的右端穿过制动蹄片总成(2)的中心套(3)和制动盘(1)后与螺母(14)配合锁紧,所述刹车销(5)的左端和中心套(3)之间设有上导正片(10),所述制动盘(1)和螺母(14)之间的刹车销(5)上设有下导正片(11)和弹簧垫(12),所述刹车销(5)靠近其左端的位置设有环形限位槽(8),在该环形限位槽(8)上设有刹车销限位卡簧(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述三轮车制动器总成,其特征在于:所述两个制动蹄片总成(2)的内蹄筋(2a)之间连接有回位弹簧(9)。
