本实用新型属于角磨机技术领域，特别是一种带有限位结构的角磨机砂轮罩。
背景技术
为了防止角磨机在磨削作业时所产生的磨削粉尘及颗粒物等向角磨机操作者一侧飞溅，角磨机上的砂轮罩的背部应朝向角磨机操作者固定。现有的角磨机上的砂轮罩一般是通过抱箍结构，将砂轮罩固定在角磨机的机头圆筒突出处。由于在现有的角磨机砂轮罩上未设有限位结构，在使用中角磨机砂轮罩在外力作用下易发生转动，当角磨机砂轮罩开口朝操作者一侧露出较大的角度时，磨削作业时所产生的磨削粉尘及颗粒物等会向操作者一侧飞溅。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有的角磨机砂轮罩上未设有限位结构，在使用中角磨机砂轮罩在外力作用下易发生转动的不足之处，提供一种在使用中角磨机砂轮罩在外力作用下不会发生转动的带有限位结构的角磨机砂轮罩。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是通过如下方式完成的：一种带有限位结构的角磨机砂轮罩包括角磨机机头和砂轮罩总成，砂轮罩总成包括砂轮罩和抱箍总成，角磨机机头的头部设有圆筒突出处，角磨机机头的尾部设有与角磨机机身相配合的连接座；砂轮罩上设有半圆形的安装折边；抱箍总成包括抱箍、摇臂、连杆、螺母、安装耳、螺栓和限位体，安装耳上设有与螺栓相配合的螺孔，限位体上设有与螺栓相配合的螺孔，抱箍与砂轮罩上的安装折边固定在一起，摇臂的头部与抱箍一端铰链连接在一起，连杆的一端与摇臂铰链连接在一起，连杆的另一端与螺母铰链连接在一起，安装耳固定在抱箍另一端，限位体设在安装耳上，螺栓依次穿过限位体上的螺孔二和安装耳上的螺孔一与螺母连接在一起，砂轮罩通过抱箍总成固定在角磨机机头的头部的圆筒突出处，抱箍总成上的限位体的顶部抵在角磨机机头的连接座外端面上。
在上述一种带有限位结构的角磨机砂轮罩上，安装耳上设有限位槽，限位体设在安装耳的限位槽内。
在上述一种带有限位结构的角磨机砂轮罩上，限位体呈L形。
采用本实用新型，由于抱箍总成上的限位体的顶部抵在角磨机机头的连接座外端面上，故能避免在使用中角磨机砂轮罩在外力作用下发生转动，有效防止了在磨削作业时所产生的磨削粉尘及颗粒物等向操作者一侧飞溅。

1.一种带有限位结构的角磨机砂轮罩，该角磨机砂轮罩包括角磨机机头和砂轮罩总成，砂轮罩总成包括砂轮罩和抱箍总成，角磨机机头的头部设有圆筒突出处，角磨机机头的尾部设有与角磨机机身相配合的连接座，其特征在于在所述的砂轮罩上设有半圆形的安装折边；抱箍总成包括抱箍、摇臂、连杆、螺母、安装耳、螺栓和限位体，安装耳上设有与螺栓相配合的螺孔，限位体上设有与螺栓相配合的螺孔，抱箍与砂轮罩上的安装折边固定在一起，摇臂的头部与抱箍一端铰链连接在一起，连杆的一端与摇臂铰链连接在一起，连杆的另一端与螺母铰链连接在一起，安装耳固定在抱箍另一端，限位体设在安装耳上，螺栓依次穿过限位体上的螺孔二和安装耳上的螺孔一与螺母连接在一起，砂轮罩通过抱箍总成固定在角磨机机头的头部的圆筒突出处，抱箍总成上的限位体的顶部抵在角磨机机头的连接座外端面上。
