本发明涉及一种合成纤维,具体是一种哑铃型涤纶长丝。
背景技术
涤纶作为合成纤维中的三大主力纤维之一,因其优良的物理和化学特性被广泛应用于服装面料以及其它非服装领域。涤沦产品自问世以来,也曾以其悬垂好、强度高、挺括、不易起皱而被下游用户当作主要纺织原料来织造各类纺织品。最早生产的涤纶其截面形状主要是以圆形为主,随着人们对纺织产品要求的变化,以及纤维技术的开发与进步,技术人员开发出具有功能性的各种各样异形截面纤维,最常见的有三角形、中空、一字形、十字形或这些形状的变异,其目的是改善涤纶的手感、光泽、吸湿性、蓬松性等等特性,使化学纤维在触摸时会给人以或干爽,或粗犷,或细腻,或滑柔的感觉,并具有吸湿排汗、防水、保暖等其它功能。
然而随着经济全球化,市场国际化,人们对化学纤维材料的性能要求越来越高。在织造玩具绒面料、地毯时,一字形的扁平纤维,已经不能满足人们对纤维性能的需求了,不仅仅要求光泽、手感了,还要要求纤维的毛高更高,并具有抗倒伏性能,使手感更加柔软。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种哑铃型涤纶长丝,用于生产毛高更高并且抗倒伏性能好的纤维,以满足人们的需求。

通过具体实施例进一步说明本实用新型的技术方案:
实施例一
生产75D/72F哑铃型涤纶低弹丝
聚酯熔体通过管道输送,经过纺丝箱体、计量泵、纺丝组件,从喷丝板的哑铃型喷丝孔的两个小圆孔中挤出形成熔体细流,熔体从喷丝板的喷丝孔的两个小圆孔中挤出,由于挤出膨胀效应而自动融合,形成哑铃型截面的异形纤维。经过环吹风冷却、拉伸、卷绕,制成预取向丝,再通过加弹机进行加捻,制成低弹丝。
低弹丝的横截面呈哑铃型,增加纤维的刚性,在织造地毯时毛直立性好,毛高比扁平纤维更高,抗倒伏性能更好,吸湿透气好、光泽优雅、易于染色、手感更加柔软等特点,产品附加值较高。玩具绒面料、

牵伸丝的横截面呈哑铃型,增加纤维的刚性,在织造玩具绒面料时毛直立性好,毛高比扁平纤维更高,抗倒伏性能更好,吸湿透气好、光泽优雅、易于染色、手感更加柔软等特点,产品附加值较高。
