[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种用于抓取物料的装置,特别是用于抓取带有通孔的筒状类物料的装置。
背景技术
[0002] 目前国内用于筒状容器的抓取装置绝大部分均采用钩状机构来钩取物料,或用吸盘来吸取物料。采用钩状机构来钩取物料需要物料精确定位或用手工定位,无法适应大规模生产。而采用吸盘吸取则对物料表面有严格要求,且吸取物料的重量有限,若要提取较重的物料则成本较高。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种抓取物料时无需物料精确定位、且能提取较重物料、成本低廉、操作方便的物料抓取装置。
[0004] 本实用新型的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
[0005] 一种物料抓取装置,包括装有可上下运动的推杆的驱动机构,至少三个等角度均勻布置且顶端铰接于推杆底端的拐角向外的拐型连杆,至少三个等角度均勻布置并且分别与各个拐型连杆下端铰接的转臂,各个转臂等角度均勻布置并分别通过转轴安装于卡盘座上,驱动机构通过推杆驱动连杆运动,进而带动转臂沿各自的转轴转动。
[0006] 本实用新型所述转臂为拐角向内的拐型转臂,拐型转臂上端带有竖直的延长段。
[0007] 采用本实用新型,当需要抓取物料时,将本实用新型的转臂置于竖立状态后整体向下运动,从物料中间的通孔伸至物料底部,然后驱动机构动作,通过推杆驱动连杆运动, 连杆的运动带动转臂转动,当转臂转动到外端面与卡盘座的水平盘面接触处于横卧位置时,转臂的外端延伸出筒状物料的底面,将筒状物料托住,之后即可通过搬运设备的运动实现物料的搬运。
[0008] 本实用新型可实现对较重的筒状物料的稳定抓取,其结构简单,使用时无需对物料精确定位,操作简便。

具体实施方式
[0013] 如图1,图2所示,本物料抓取装置包括装有可上下运动的推杆2的驱动机构1,至少三个等角度均勻布置且顶端铰接于推杆底端的拐角向外的拐型连杆3,至少三个等角度均勻布置并且分别与各个拐型连杆下端铰接的转臂4,各个转臂等角度均勻布置并分别通过转轴5安装于卡盘座6上,驱动机构1通过推杆2驱动连杆3运动,进而带动转臂4沿各自的转轴5转动。转臂4可为直臂,但最佳方式是采用如图所示的拐角向内的拐型转臂,在拐型转臂上端设置竖直的延长段如。
[0014] 当需要抓取物料时,将本实用新型置于带中间通孔的筒状物料7上方,将转臂置于如图1所示的竖立状态后整体穿过通孔向下运动至物料底部,然后在驱动机构1和推杆 2的作用下推动连杆3向下运动,从而推动转臂4分别沿各自的转轴5转动,当转臂4转动至如图2所示的横卧位置时,转臂4的外端面与卡盘座6的水平盘面接触,被卡盘座制动, 转臂延长段如的外端延伸至筒状物料的底面,将筒状物料托住,完成抓取物料的动作。然后通过搬运设备的作用实现物料的搬运。
[0015] 需要放下物料时,将本装置整体向下运动一段距离,然后回收推杆2,转臂回到竖直状态,如图1所示状态,将整个抓取装置从通孔中取出即可。

1. 一种物料抓取装置,其特征在于,包括装有可上下运动的推杆(2)的驱动机构(1), 至少三个等角度均勻布置且顶端铰接于推杆底端的拐角向外的拐型连杆(3),至少三个等角度均勻布置并且分别与各个拐型连杆下端铰接的转臂(4),各个转臂等角度均勻布置并分别通过转轴(5)安装于卡盘座(6)上,驱动机构(1)通过推杆(2)驱动连杆(3)运动,进而带动转臂(4 )沿各自的转轴(5 )转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种物料抓取装置,其特征在于,所述转臂(4)为拐角向内的拐型转臂,拐型转臂上端带有竖直的延长段(4a)。
