Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种挠性面料,该面料特别用来覆盖车辆的内饰部分、并且至少局部地设置有印花,其中其可见的上表面由一个纺织层(1)构成,该纺织层不可压印或压印效果不好。为了产生一种挠性面料(尽管压印特性不好但该面料可以持久地压印)而提出的是,将纺织层(1)粘贴在一种真皮(7)上,并且与该真皮压印在一起。此外,还提出了一种相应的方法用以制造这种面料。

技术领域
背景技术
这类印花借助一个压印模被设置在装饰层的可视面上,有待压印的题材的负片被放置在该压印模的压印侧上。为此,取决于有待压印的材料,将该印压模加热到一个规定的温度,并且在一个规定的压力下在该材料上保持一个预定的持续时间。
已经显示出,这种方法不是对所有材料都同样适用的。例如,通常在车辆中用于内饰的欧缔兰(Alcantara)(一种微纤维无纺布)便不能或不能持久地压印。
为了克服这个缺点,在DE 10 2004 047 667 A1中已经提出,在印花区域内设置一个高频场,这样贴靠在欧缔兰背面的一层塑料基片被熔化。被熔化的材料渗入欧缔兰的纤维结构中,并且通过该压印模而被加固。借此可以实现耐久的压印。
所提出的该解决方案的缺点是,进行熔化的塑料基片在颜色上必须与欧缔兰的颜色协调一致,否则可能产生其他彩色图像。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:产生一种挠性面料,尽管压印特性不好但该面料可以被持久地压印;以及一种制造方法。
根据本实用新型,此目的通过下述1所述的特征得以实现。相应的方法从下述4的特征中得到。下述2-3以及5-11是本实用新型的优选实施方案。
1.一种挠性面料,该挠性面料特别用于覆盖车辆的内饰部分、并且至少局部地设置有印花,其中其可见的上表面由一个纺织层组成,该纺织层不可压印或压印效果不好,其中,该纺织层粘贴在一种真皮上并且与该真皮压印在一起。
2.根据前述1所述的挠性面料,其中,该纺织层通过切断而具有减少的厚度。
3.根据前述1或2所述的挠性面料,其中,在该纺织层粘贴到该真皮上之后,由此产生的复合材料通过切断在其厚度上是减少的。
4.用于压印挠性面料的方法,其特征在于以下方法步骤:
切断该纺织层;
将被切断的纺织层与一种真皮粘在一起形成一种复合材料;
压印该复合材料。
5.根据前述4所述的方法,其中,在将该被切断的纺织层与一种真皮粘在一起形成一种复合材料之后,该复合材料被切断。
6.根据前述4所述的方法,其中,使用一种双组份胶粘剂以便粘贴该被切断的纺织层。
7.根据前述4所述的方法,其中,该复合材料在压印之前被剪裁。
8.根据前述5所述的方法,其中,在剪裁之后该压印模被定位在该复合材料上。
9.根据前述4至8中任何一项所述的方法,其中,该压印模在15秒至180秒之间被压迫在该复合材料上。
10.根据前述4至9中任何一项所述的方法,其中,用于该压印模的压紧力处于在30kN至140kN之间的范围内。
11.根据前述4至10中任何一项所述的方法,其中,该压印模被加热到在70℃与130℃之间的范围内的一个温度。
本实用新型的核心理念的基础在于,待压印的纺织层(例如,欧缔兰)被粘贴在真皮上并且与其压印在一起。皮革是一种突出可压印的材料,并且同样优良地适合作为用于不易压印的纺织层的承载材料。
通过粘贴到真皮上之前就将纺织层切断,这一效果还可以得到加强。切断是指这样的过程,即纺织层在其整个表面上被拆分成两层。这就是说,纺织层在其厚度上被减小。纺织层在视觉上保留了其外观;负责压印行为的特性(如塑性形变性能以及弹性)失去了影响。真皮的特性在该复合材料中占优势,并且因此可在压印时更好地加以利用。
为了改善复合材料的可加工性,在纺织层粘贴到真皮上之后,由此产生的复合材料通过切断在其厚度上被进一步减少。
根据本实用新型的用来压印挠性面料的方法,其特征在于以下方法步骤:
切断该纺织层;
将该切断的纺织层与一种真皮粘贴在一起形成一种复合材料;
压印该复合材料。
在将切断的纺织层与真皮粘在一起形成一种复合材料之后,该复合材料可以在真皮的内部被切断,以便达到更好的可加工性能。
为了使纺织层与真皮之间的粘贴连接具有长的耐久性和良好的负荷能力,可以使用一种双组份胶粘剂。
获得的复合材料可以在压印之前被剪裁,以便将压印图案精确地放置在所希望的位置上。
为此,在剪裁之后,该压印模被定位在该复合材料上,并且紧接着在一个规定的温度、一个规定的压力以及保持时间下进行压印。
以下参数已证明是特别可实用的:
温度范围在70℃与130℃之间
压力范围在30kN至140kN之间
保持时间在15秒至180秒之间

具体实施方案
图1显示了一个纺织层1,该纺织层可以是例如欧缔兰。借助箭头2示意性地显示了如何完成该纺织层的切断。即在整个表面上,使得纺织层1分成一个上层3和一个下层4。通常,借助一种水平旋转的刀具(未显示)来实施此切断。纺织层1具有厚度d整个纺织层;上层3在切断之后具有厚度d切断后的纺织层。
上层3具有纺织层1的可视面5(也称为右面),并且被进一步加工。为此,上层3以其背面6按箭头方向8粘贴在一个真皮7上。将粘贴剂涂抹在真皮7的下表面9(也称为左面)的整个面上,该下表面在此实施例中位于上方。真皮7具有厚度D整个皮革。因为这两层的两个粗糙的下表面彼此粘在一起,所以粘贴剂最佳地进行黏合。
如图3所示,现在形成的复合材料10再次在标出的箭头11的方向上被切断,并且更准确地说是在皮革层的内部。真皮7留下了厚度D切断后的皮革。
至此,有待压印的复合材料S复合的厚度由纺织层1的上层3的厚度d切断后的纺织层并且由被切断的真皮7的厚度D切断后的皮革所产生。
之后对复合材料10进行剪裁,并且紧接着将其传输到压印装置11中。在图4中只示意性地显示了压印装置11,该压印装置具有一个压印模12、一个力传输机轴13以及一个支座14。支座14位于一个座板15上。借助机轴13,所希望的高达100kN的压力按箭头16的方向被施加在加热到80℃的压印模12上并且保持约60秒。随后,再次松开压印模12。此时,复合材料10可以被取下并且被进一步加工。
在本实施例中所选用的温度、压力和保持时间适用于由欧缔兰制成的纺织层。如果选用其他不可压印或不可持久压印的材料,则需相应地调整压印参数。
Claims (3)
1.一种挠性面料,该挠性面料用于覆盖车辆的内饰部分、并且至少局部地设置有印花,其中其可见的上表面由一个纺织层(1)组成,该纺织层不可压印或压印效果不好,其特征在于,该纺织层(1)粘贴在一种真皮(7)上并且与该真皮压印在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的挠性面料,其特征在于,该纺织层(1)通过切断而具有减少的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的挠性面料,其特征在于,在该纺织层(1)粘贴到该真皮(7)上之后,由此产生的复合材料(10)通过切断在其厚度上是减少的。
