本实用新型的目的在于提供了一种汽车前钢板弹簧总成，该弹簧总成结构简单，通过中间垫片增加阻尼效果，防止车体大幅度震动。
本实用新型是这样来实现的，它包括钢板、平直夹板、卡箍、中间垫片、降噪片，其特征是三片钢板组合叠加形成钢板组，钢板组中间通过平直夹板固定连接，钢板组的两侧分别通过卡箍和铆钉配合固定连接，平直夹板内的钢板之间连有中间垫片，卡箍与钢板组的卷耳之间设有降噪片，卷耳内设有粉末冶金衬套。
