经调研发现,国内现有的电动轿车底盘均为高尔夫球车或常规燃油轿车底盘改型而成,而最轻的轿车底盘平台为奥拓底盘,整车整备质量为645Kg,其重量远远超出超微型纯电动轿车的要求,使用这样底盘的电动汽车往往存在续航里程短、动力性差、操稳性和平顺性差等缺点。因此,开发一种性能良好的轻型底盘将极大地推动超微型纯电动轿车的发展。

针对现有技术中存在的问题,本实用新型的目的在于设计提供一种超微型低速纯电动轿车用的轻量化的底盘的技术方案,使用该底盘的电动汽车能够达到续航里程长、动力性好、操稳性和平顺性强等优点。

前桥布置:前桥中的前支柱总成2包括减振器及上支柱总成,前支柱总成2通过上支柱总成和车架主体1连接,前支柱总成2下端直接插入铝质合金材料转向节4的安装孔中,并通过锁紧螺栓固定;转向节4下端通过球销锥度配合与下摆臂5连接,下摆臂5为A字形下摆臂,转向节4的节臂处同样通过锥销与转向机3固定,转向节4上端还固定设置了前制动卡钳6,前轮辋连接法兰7通过设置在转向节4中的前轮毂轴承13支撑在转向节4中,前轮辋连接法兰7外侧用开槽螺母,前轮辋连接法兰7通过其上设置的螺钉固定连接轮辋与前轮;转向机3的输出轴上通过花键依次配合方向传动轴9与方向管柱10连接,方向管柱10上端安装有组合开关11和方向盘12,方向管柱10、转向机3和下摆臂5都通过锁紧螺栓固定在车架主体1上。

本实用新型提供了双电机后置后驱的布置方案。该方案前悬架采用改进型的麦弗逊悬架,包括:A字型下摆臂代替纵向和横向推力杆,铝质合金材料转向节,优化尺寸设计的前支柱总成。后悬架采用拖曳臂式,包括铝质合金材料的纵摆臂和横向推力杆、经过尺寸优化的后桥壳、一体式弹簧减振器。制动系统采用4碟刹设计,由于超微型纯电动轿车的整备质量小,速度低,无需采用传统轿车用制动系统,本实用新型重新设计匹配了结构更加简单的制动系统,包括:铝质合金材料的制动卡钳,高摩擦系数的摩擦片,厚度减薄的制动盘。转向系统包括:转向机、方向传动轴、铝质合金材料转向管柱和小直径方向盘。控制器采用软硬件结合方式。动力传动总成均采用双电机加行星减速器形式,后置后驱布置时,动力总成通过法兰连接直接支撑在轴套管上,动力经半轴直接输送到轮胎。

8.如权利要求7所述的一种超微型低速纯电动轿车后置后驱底盘,其特征在于所述的轴套(15)上设置有横向推力杆支座(31)、后减振器支座(26)和纵摆臂支座(28),横向推力杆支座(31)、后减振器支座(26)和纵摆臂支座(28)分别通过螺栓连接横向推力杆(33)、后支柱总成(27)和纵摆臂(24)。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种超微型低速纯电动轿车后置后驱底盘,其特征在于所述的横向推力杆(33)、后支柱总成(27)和纵摆臂(24)的一端分别连接横向推力杆支座(31)、后减振器支座(26)和纵摆臂支座(28),另一端通过螺栓连接车架主体(1)。
10.如权利要求8所述的一种超微型低速纯电动轿车后置后驱底盘,其特征在于所述的纵摆臂(24)由铝质合金材料构成。
