本实用新型涉及一种薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置。
背景技术
现有的薄壁类零件缩口(也称“收口”)采用的工艺是一次性冲压成形,这种加式方式存在:收口不规则,变形大,运动件容易卡死等缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有加工方式的不足之处,而提供一种薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过如下措施来达到的:薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置,其特征在于它包括可夹持待收口零件的夹具,可横向运动的顶杆,位于夹具和顶杆之间的纵向移动板,所述的纵向移动板的一端固定有缩口滚轮。
在上述技术方案中,所述的纵向移动板上有纵向移动操纵杆。
在上述技术方案中,所述的可夹持待收口零件的夹具内有锁紧装置,所述的锁紧装置与锁紧操纵杆连接。
本实用新型薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置具有如下优点:采用旋转铆压方式,缩口规则,圆度好,运动件运行顺畅无卡滞现象发生。

参阅附图可知:本实用新型薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置,它包括可夹持待收口零件的夹具1,可横向运动的顶杆2,位于夹具1和顶杆2之间的纵向移动板3,所述的纵向移动板3的一端固定有缩口滚轮4;纵向移动板3上有纵向移动操纵杆5,可夹持待收口零件的夹具1内有锁紧装置,所述的锁紧装置与锁紧操纵杆6连接。
工作时,操作员将待缩口的零件(或称工件)放入主轴上的可旋转夹具1内,拉动锁紧操纵杆6,主轴夹头夹紧零件,操作员操纵可横向运动的顶杆2压紧零件前端,使待收回位置定位到相应处。
此时开机,主轴开始旋转,带动夹具1上的零件旋转,此时,操作员操纵纵向移动操纵杆5,使纵向移动板3前移,使滚轮4与零件薄壁收口处接触,滚轮4随零件同步转动。逐渐压紧纵向移动操纵杆5,零件薄壁开始变形收口,加工完成后,停止主轴旋转,松开顶杆2,松开锁紧操纵杆6,取出工件,一个加工循环结束。

1.薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置,其特征在于它包括可夹持待收口零件的夹具(1),可横向运动的顶杆(2),位于夹具(1)和顶杆(2)之间的纵向移动板(3),所述的纵向移动板(3)的一端固定有缩口滚轮(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置,其特征在于所述的纵向移动板(3)上有纵向移动操纵杆(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的薄壁类零件旋转缩口装置,其特征在于所述的可夹持待收口零件的夹具(1)内有锁紧装置,所述的锁紧装置与锁紧操纵杆(6)连接。
