本实用新型涉及一种带减振器的拖车连接器，使用于汽车拖车或特殊用途的拖车，包括内、外支架，内、外支架之间装有缓冲机构，缓冲机构可以采用一套简式减振器，简式减振器的活塞杆固定在外支架上，简式减振器的贮液筒固定在内支架上。当刹车时，外支架相对内支架进行轴向移动，带动减振器活塞进行运动，活塞运动时受阻尼力的作用产生反用力和缓冲。上述技术方案可以避免在刹车时，连接器内、外支架产生冲击、撞击等刚性接触，以减少冲击感、撞击噪音和损坏部件。

本实用新型涉及一种拖车连接器，尤其涉及一种带减振器的拖车连接器，使用于汽车拖车或特殊用途的拖车。
背景技术
拖车联接器主要由内、外支架总成组成，当汽车制动时，利用所拖挂车辆惯性相对运动，推动联接器内制动主缸活塞，转变为制动液压，传递到制动轮缸，使拖/挂车制动。现有的拖车联接器无缓冲装置，在刹车时，拖车连接器内外支架有相对运动，导致同时性接触，易产生撞击噪音并易损坏部件，同时有冲击感。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种拖车连接器，该拖车连接器能避免在刹车时，连接器内、外支架产生冲击、撞击等刚性接触，以克服现有拖车连接器产品存在的缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：一种带减振器的拖车连接器，包括内、外支架，内、外支架之间装有缓冲机构，通过计算和调整阻尼力，使得制动时内、外支架的相对冲击转换到缓冲机构中，进行缓冲。
缓冲机构可以采用一套简式减振器，简式减振器的活塞杆固定在外支架上，简式减振器的贮液筒固定在内支架上。当刹车时，外支架相对内支架进行轴向移动，带动减振器活塞进行运动，活塞运动时受阻尼力的作用产生反用力和缓冲，利用成熟的简式减振器来完成。
采用上述技术方案可以避免在刹车时，连接器内、外支架产生冲击、撞击等刚性接触，以减少冲击感、撞击噪音和损坏部件。

具体实施方式
如图1所示实施例，包括外支架总成、内支架总成和一套简式减振器5，简式减振器的活塞杆3固定在外支架总成的外支架2上，简式减振器的贮液筒4固定在内支架总成的内支架1上。当刹车时，外支架相对内支架进行轴向移动，带动减振器活塞进行运动，活塞运动时受阻尼力的作用产生反用力和缓冲。

1、一种带减振器的拖车连接器，包括内支架和外支架，其特征是所述内、外支架之间装有缓冲机构。
2、根据权利要求1所述的带减振器的拖车连接器，其特征是所述缓冲机构为一套简式减振器，简式减振器的活塞杆固定在外支架上，简式减振器的贮液筒固定在内支架上。
