Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种结构简单,可自动调节伞骨角度的伞骨角度调节装置,其结构包含本体,所述本体的侧边设置有凹槽,所述凹槽在伞骨受力时,可以作一定的变形,可以有效防止伞骨与伞骨槽挤压,该伞骨角度调节装置,伞骨角度可以自动调节,根据客户对遮阳面积的需求,随意调节伞的大小、角度,都无需更改伞巢模具,节约成本。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种遮阳伞,尤其涉及一种遮阳伞上用于调整伞骨角度的装置。
背景技术
传统的遮阳伞,如圆形伞或正方形伞,无论遮阳面积大小,伞骨的角度始终不变,都是均匀分布的,但对于长方形伞,应客户遮阳面积不同的需求,需调整伞骨的角度,每一次遮阳面积的调整,伞骨的角度就会不同,这样一来,为了配合伞骨的角度的调整,伞骨槽角度也就需要作相应的调整,这就需要重新增加伞巢模具,增加成本。如果不重新增加模具,参见图4,用伞骨槽均匀分布的伞巢,伞骨会强行扭到所需要的角度,而伞巢上的伞骨槽角度是固定的,这样会造成伞骨挤压伞巢,导致伞巢变形,降低强度,缩短寿命,影响美观。且由于伞骨强行扭到所需要的角度,这样会使开伞的力加大,不利于操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术中的不足,提供了一种结构简单,可自动调节伞骨角度的伞骨角度调节装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种伞骨角度调节装置,其结构包含本体,其要点是,所述本体的侧边设置有凹槽,所述凹槽在伞骨受力时,可以作一定的变形,可以有效防止伞骨与伞骨槽挤压。
上述技术方案中,所述本体的两侧边分别设置有凹槽。
上述技术方案中,所述凹槽为“U”字型槽。
上述技术方案中,所述凹槽的底部设置有一个圆孔,所述圆孔的直径大于凹槽的宽度,圆孔的作用,可以让凹槽变形更容易,其底部不容易损伤。
上述技术方案中,所述本体宽度与伞骨槽宽度相等,可以保证装配灵活,又能防止伞骨调节装置被卡死。
上述技术方案中,所述凹槽与本体底部的距离大于伞骨槽长度,其目的是,保证伞骨调节装置能变形,如果距离太短,不利于调节装置的变形。
有益效果:本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:伞骨角度可以自动调节,根据客户对遮阳面积的需求,随意调节伞的大小、角度,都无需更改伞巢模具,节约成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步详细描述:
实施例一:
参见图1、2,伞骨角度调节装置其结构包含本体4,所述本体4的侧边设置有凹槽2,所述凹槽2在伞骨1受力时,可以作一定的变形,可以有效防止伞骨1与伞骨槽挤压。优选的,所述凹槽2为“U”字型槽。
所述“U”字型槽2的底部设置有一个圆孔3,所述圆孔3的直径大于“U”字型槽2的宽度,所述圆孔3可以让“U”字型槽变形更容易,其底部不容易损伤。
所述本体4由高强度的弹性材料制成,可以多次弯曲不变形。所述本体4宽度与伞骨槽宽度相吻合,所述“U”字型槽2与本体4底部的距离大于伞骨槽长度。
实施例二:
参见图2、3,伞骨角度调节装置其结构包含本体4,所述本体4的侧边对称设置有“U”字型槽2,所述“U”字型槽在伞骨1受力时,可以作一定的变形,可以有效防止伞骨1与伞骨槽挤压。
所述“U”字型槽2的底部设置有一个圆孔3,所述圆孔3的直径大于“U”字型槽2的宽度,所述圆孔3可以让“U”字型槽变形更容易,其底部不容易损伤。
所述本体4由高强度的弹性材料制成,可以多次弯曲不变形。所述本体4宽度与伞骨槽宽度相吻合,所述“U”字型槽2与本体4底部的距离大于伞骨槽长度。
所述本体4与伞骨1可以浇注在一起,作为优选,将其分开设置,当本体4长时间挤压,出现损伤时,可更换本体4即可,节约成本。
所述本体4与伞骨1可以通过螺栓,销等联接,并不以此为限,作为优选,通过本体4内部设置槽,伞骨1伸入其槽内这种联接方式来实现,可以方便拆、装,简化生产工艺。
工作时:将伞骨角度调节装置伸入伞骨槽,另一侧套上伞骨1,根据受力情况,伞骨角度调节装置可作一定程度的变形,满足遮阳伞角度的实际需要。
虽然本实用新型已经通过优选实施例进行了描述,然而本实用新型并非局限于这里所描述的实施例,在不脱离本实用新型范围的情况下还包括所作出的各种改变以及变化。

1、一种伞骨角度调节装置,其结构包含本体(4),其特征在于,所述本体(4)的侧边设置有凹槽(2)。
2、如权利要求1所述的伞骨角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述本体(4)的两侧边分别设置有凹槽(2)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的伞骨角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)为“U”字型槽。
4、如权利要求1或2所述的伞骨角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)的底部设置有一个圆孔(3),所述圆孔(3)的直径大于凹槽(2)的宽度。
5、如权利要求1或2所述的伞骨角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述本体(4)宽度与伞骨槽宽度相等。
6、如权利要求1或2所述的伞骨角度调节装置,其特征在于,所述凹槽(2)与本体底部的距离大于伞骨槽长度。
