本实用新型的复合夹芯板浇注料斗,是由料斗、斗架和导流板构成。卧桶状的料斗的圆心轴动配合固定于斗架上,在料斗上口的外沿上有折边外延形的溢料口、在溢料口迎面有与不小于溢料口宽度的弧形导流板联接固定在斗架上,在斗架的四角有带滑轮的吊杆。其优点是设计合理、结构简单、浇注均匀,减小了工人的劳动强度,自动化程度高。

本实用新型属于浇注装置,特别是涉及一种复合夹芯板浇注料斗。
背景技术
现有的复合板生产设备,由于使用手工操作及平铺模具,在实际生产出现以下问题:(1)、由于是人工往模具里注入料,使得料层薄厚不均:因是人工控制料层厚度,如第一、二层(底层)做厚了自然第三、四层料就得薄了(板厚是确定的)必定芯板偏中。造成产品抗压、抗弯强度下降。且厚度尺寸偏差难以保证。(2)、子母口及端面槽形成形不好:由于平铺模具,形成横向模腔灌料稍有过急,空气排不出,造成棱角不成形。(3)产品易翘曲变形及裂纹:浆料固化过程也是一个放热的过程。因底层料是夹在工作面与芯板之间,浆料固化放热过程无法散热而上层浆料暴露于空气中,可通风散热。由于浆料固化放热的固化放热峰值越高,则固化膨胀系数越大,这种底层与上层浆料的固化放热温度差,使产品产生了内应力。造成产品翘曲变形及裂纹。另外由于工艺条件所致,底层料与上层料配比不同,上层料还要压实压光,使底层与上层料密实度不同,上层料水份散失快,迷些情况都会造成底层、上层料固化时间前期强度失衡而形成内应力,也同样是产品易翘曲变形、裂纹的原因之所在。因此要实现复合夹芯板浇注生产装置,提一种自动化浇注料斗是十分必要的。

本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种复合夹芯板浇注料斗。
