本实用新型属于生产复合板装置,特别是涉及到一种复合夹芯板芯板定位装置。
背景技术
现有的复合板生产设备,由于使用手工操作及平铺模具的工艺条件,无芯板定位设备,在实际生产出现以下问题:(1)、料层薄厚不均:因是人工控制料层厚度,如第一、二层(底层)做厚了自然第三、四层料就得薄了(板厚是确定的)必定芯板偏中。造成产品抗压、抗弯强度下降。且厚度尺寸偏差难以保证。(2)、子母口及端面槽形成形不好:由于平铺模具,形成横向模腔灌料稍有过急,空气排不出,造成棱角不成形。(3)产品易翘曲变形及裂纹:浆料固化过程也是一个放热的过程。因底层料是夹在工作面与芯板之间,浆料固化放热过程无法散热而上层浆料暴露于空气中,可通风散热。由于浆料固化放热的固化放热峰值越高,则固化膨胀系数越大,这种底层与上层浆料的固化放热温度差,使产品产生了内应力。造成产品翘曲变形及裂纹。另外由于工艺条件所致,底层料与上层料配比不同,上层料还要压实压光,使底层与上层料密实度不同,上层料水份散失快,迷些情况都会造成底层、上层料固化时间前期强度失衡而形成内应力,也同样是产品易翘曲变形、裂纹。因此要实现复合夹芯板自动生产装置,提供一种复合夹芯板芯板定位装置是十分必要的。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种复合夹芯板芯板定位装置。
本实用新型的复合夹芯板芯板定位装置由矩形框架和楔条构成,在矩形框架的长边上垂向间隔固定连接了楔条。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述的楔条的下端为扁锥形。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的复合夹芯板芯板定位装置,其特征是在矩形框架(1)的两长边上均垂向间隔固定连接了锥头向下的一个以上的楔条(2)。
