本实用新型的复合夹芯板成型模具是由模板、模座和模头构成。所述模板为直板状,其端面为“1”字形、“1”字形板的下端连接成一体的板座为扣盅形,板座之间夹有与盅口外沿相吻合的底块构成模座。在并列的模板之间构成的模腔中悬有芯板、在其上口有端面呈碗底形的模头。其优点是设计合理、由于将模板、模座和模头相互配合之后形成了模具具有可靠的定位和配合,由此制造的复合板的成品率可达90%以上,使复合板生产效率高。

本实用新型属于模具,特别是涉及到一种复合夹芯板成型模具。
背景技术
现有的复合板生产设备,由于使用手工操作及平铺模具的工艺条件在实际生产出现以下问题:(1)、料层薄厚不均:因是人工控制料层厚度,如第一、二层(底层)做厚了自然第三、四层料就得薄了(板厚是确定的)必定芯板偏中。造成产品抗压、抗弯强度下降。且厚度尺寸偏差难以保证。(2)、子母口及端面槽形成形不好:由于平铺模具,形成横向模腔灌料稍有过急,空气排不出,造成棱角不成形。(3)产品易翘曲变形及裂纹:浆料固化过程也是一个放热的过程。因底层料是夹在工作面与芯板之间,浆料固化放热过程无法散热而上层浆料暴露于空气中,可通风散热。由于浆料固化放热的固化放热峰值越高,则固化膨胀系数越大,这种底层与上层浆料的固化放热温度差,使产品产生了内应力。造成产品翘曲变形及裂纹。另外由于工艺条件所致,底层料与上层料配比不同,上层料还要压实压光,使底层与上层料密实度不同,上层料水份散失快,迷些情况都会造成底层、上层料固化时间前期强度失衡而形成内应力,也同样是产品易翘曲变形、裂纹的原因之所在。再由于横具设计不合理,又加上手工操作的人为因素,使产品的成品率和标准化率比较低,一般只有60%左右,由此造成了大量的浪费。因此提供一种新型复合夹芯板成型模具是十分必要的

本实用新型旨在于克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种复合夹芯板成型模具。
本实用新型的复合夹芯板成型模具是由模板、模座和模头构成。所述模板为直板状,其端面为“1”字形、“1”字形板的下端连接成一体的板座为扣盅形,板座之间夹有与盅口外沿相吻合的底块构成模座。在并列的模板之间构成的模腔中悬有芯板、在其上口有端面呈碗底形的模头。
作为本实用新型的进一步改进,所述模具是由一组以上的模板,模座、模头和底块并列组合构成。
本实用新型的复合夹芯板成型模具设计合理、由于将模板、模座和模头相互配合之后形成了模具具有可靠的定位和配合,由此制造的复合板的成品率可达90%以上,使复合板生产效率高。

1.复合夹芯板成型模具是由模板(1)、模座(2)和模头(3)构成,其特征在于模板(1)为直板状,其端面为“1”字形、“1”字形板的下端连接成一体的板座(4)为扣盅形,板座(4)之间夹有与盅口外沿相吻合的底块(5)构成模座(2),在并列的模板(1)之间构成的模腔中悬有芯板(6)、在其上口有端面呈碗底形的模头(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述复合夹芯板成型模具,其特征在于所述模具是由一组以上的模板(1),模座(2)、模头(3)和底块(5)并列组合构成。
