一种共轨安全阀属于汽车零部件制造行业。针对目前共轨安全阀产品存在的问题,研发了一种新产品。它是由共轨管、阀座、阀上座、钢球、导向座各零部件构成,其特征是阀座通过紧固螺母直接安装在共轨管上;回油孔设置在回油螺钉内;螺套内设置的弹簧后部安装有回油螺钉,弹簧前部安装有导向座,导向座前部设有阀上座,阀上座的中心部位和阀座孔之间,设置有钢球;共轨管采用螺扣与螺套紧固成整体。本产品结构简单,设计科学合理;简化了生产工艺,降低了生产成本。可在汽车零部件生产行业中,广泛推广应用。

技术领域
本实用新型属于汽车零部件制造行业,具体说即为汽车用于高压共轨系统的一种安全阀。
背景技术
目前,国内外通用的汽车高压共轨安全阀,采用连接螺套将共轨管组装成整体,阀体较大,连接螺套形状复杂,加工较困难;回油孔设在阀体的侧部,使阀体更大;回油接头套采用两个“O”型密封件,结构复杂,生产成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对前述同类产品存在的问题,研发了一种新产品,它将阀座通过紧固螺母直接安装在共轨管上,省掉了连接螺套,简化了产品零部件数量,降低了产品成本。
一种共轨安全阀是由共轨管、阀座、阀上座、钢球、导向座和弹簧各部件构成,其特征是:
a)阀座通过紧固螺母直接安装在共轨管上,共轨管采用螺扣与螺套紧固成整体;
b)回油孔设置在回油螺钉内;
c)螺套内设置的弹簧后部安装有回油螺钉,弹簧前部安装有导向座,导向座前部设置的阀上座前部的中心部位设置有钢球,钢球对准阀座孔的出口部位。
本实用新型的积极效果是,产品改进思路科学合理;简化了安全阀的零部件数量,使产品加工更趋简单化,有效地降低了产品成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1
结合附图1,对本实用新型的结构和运行机理进一步描述如下。
组装本实用新型产品。首先,将设有阀座孔3的阀座2利用紧固螺母6固定在共轨管1上;接着,把钢球4安装到紧固螺母6中心部位的阀上座5与阀座孔3之间;同时,把设置有回油孔10的回油螺钉11装配到螺套9的后端部,并在回油螺钉11前端先后安装上弹簧8和导向座7;最后,将共轨管1和螺套9通过螺扣拧紧成整体。
产品运行机理说明。高压共轨管1内的高压柴油的压力值应保持在允许值以内,过高的压力值必然存在安全隐患。当共轨管1内的柴油压力超过允许值时,共轨管1内液体压力大于螺套9内弹簧8的弹力,钢球4离开阀座孔3的柴油出口,共轨管1内的超高压柴油通过阀座孔3导出,并通过阀上座和紧固螺母的间隙,以及导向座和螺套的间隙,由螺套后端的回油螺钉设置的回油孔导回柴油箱,共轨管内的柴油即可随时保持在允许的高压值范围以内,高压共轨系统的安全隐患即可消除。

1.一种共轨安全阀是由共轨管(1)、阀座(2)、阀上座(5)、钢球(4)、导向座(7)和弹簧(8)各部件构成,其特征是:
a)阀座(2)通过紧固螺母(6)直接安装在共轨管(1)上,共轨管(1)采用螺扣与螺套(9)紧固成整体;
b)回油孔(10)设置在回油螺钉(11)内;
c)螺套(9)内装配的弹簧(8)后部安装有回油螺钉(11),弹簧(8)前部安装有导向座(7),导向座(7)前部设置的阀上座(5)前端的中心部位设置有钢球(4),钢球(4)对准阀座(2)的阀座孔(3)的出口部位。
