背景技术
目前，国内外通用的汽车高压共轨安全阀，采用连接螺套将共轨管组装成整体，阀体较大，连接螺套形状复杂，加工较困难；回油孔设在阀体的侧部，使阀体更大；回油接头套采用两个O型密封件，结构复杂，生产成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种共轨安全阀。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的：一种共轨安全阀，包括密封阀座、密封钢球、阀上座、定位座、O型密封圈、安全阀弹簧、压力调整垫、紧固螺套、密封垫圈、两个铜垫和回油螺钉，其中，所述密封垫圈套在密封阀座上，密封钢球和阀上座置于密封阀座的中孔中，密封阀座和阀上座通过密封钢球密封，压力调整垫圈、安全阀弹簧和定位座依次置于紧固螺套中，O型密封圈套在紧固螺套的O型密封圈槽中，两个铜垫套在回油螺钉上，回油螺钉与紧固螺套通过螺纹连接，密封阀座连接共轨管，紧固螺套与共轨管通过螺纹连接。
本实用新型的优点及有益效果是：产品改进思路科学合理，简化了安全阀的零部件数量，使产品加工更趋简单化，有效地降低了产品成本。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1所示，本实用新型一种共轨安全阀，包括：密封阀座2、密封钢球3、阀上座4、定位座5、O型密封圈6、安全阀弹簧7、压力调整垫8、紧固螺套9、密封垫圈10、两个铜垫11和回油螺钉12，其中，所述密封垫圈10套在密封阀座2上，密封钢球3和阀上座4置于密封阀座2的中孔中，密封阀座2和阀上座4通过密封钢球3密封，压力调整垫圈8、安全阀弹簧7和定位座5依次置于紧固螺套9中，O型密封圈6套在紧固螺套9的O型密封圈槽中，两个铜垫11套在回油螺钉12上，回油螺钉12与紧固螺套9通过螺纹连接，密封阀座2连接共轨管1，紧固螺套9与共轨管1通过螺纹连接。
通过紧固螺套9与共轨管1之间的螺纹连接将安全阀与共轨管1组成一体，高压密封是在共轨管1与密封阀座2之间设置了密封垫圈10，低压密封是在共轨管1和紧固螺套9之间设置了O型密封圈6。
本实用新型的安装过程为：将密封垫圈10套在密封阀座2上，装入共轨管1中，将密封钢球3和阀上座4依次放入密封阀座2的中孔中，将预先选定的安全阀弹簧7和压力调整垫圈8放入紧固螺套9中，再放入定位座5，将O型密封圈6套在紧固螺套9的O型密封圈槽中，然后再装入共轨管1中，通过螺纹扭紧，最后将两个铜垫11套在回油螺钉12上，将回油螺钉12扭入紧固螺套11尾部的螺纹孔中。
本实用新型运行机理为：安全阀在系统中起安全保护作用。当系统压力超过规定值时，安全阀打开，将系统中的一部分液体排出，使系统压力不超过允许值，从而保证系统不因压力过高而发生事故。本实用新型压力调整垫8是分级的，安全阀弹簧7与不同数量的压力调整垫8的匹配控制安全阀不同的开启压力。密封阀座2和阀上座4之间通过密封钢球3密封，安全阀弹簧7开启后，多余的油液通过密封阀座2的中孔，进入紧固螺套9中，最终通过回油螺钉12，返回油箱。
