Abstract

一种泡沫泵,其包括有泵体、大活塞、大活塞杆、小活塞、小活塞杆、头帽、发泡网,其特征在于所述的大活塞杆中设置与大活塞气体空腔连通的单向阀,并且,单向阀主体采用弹性材料做成的呈套筒形状的阀片,阀片带有台阶面安装在大活塞杆的固定座上,并且,阀片上端采用直径逐渐增大的锥形密封面,与大活塞杆上的连通孔进行配合密封,连通孔连通大活塞杆中气液混合空腔和大活塞气体空腔。结构简单实用、单向进气效果好、容易组装使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种泡沫泵。
背景技术
随着人民生活水平的不断提高,日用化妆品、药品等场合广泛地使用到了泡沫泵,为此有科技人员不断地其做出新的技术改进。如专利号为200620109913.8的中国专利“泡沫泵”,它包括按头、设在按头出液管内的发泡网、上端一部分套设在按头内的并与之间隙配合的螺牙、上开口端与螺牙固定连接的本体及设在本体入液口的玻珠;其特征在于:还包括设在螺牙内的空心的上主柱,其断面呈凸字形,上开口端位于按头的出液管内并与之紧配合,其下开口端设有卡口;还包括设在螺牙与本体内的空心下主柱,其上开口端位于上主柱内并与之紧配合,其下开口端位于本体的入液管;还包括弹簧,其套设在下主柱外;还包括设在螺牙与本体内的气缸活塞,其上开口端设在上主柱的卡口内,下开口端的外壁与本体内壁接触并密封配合;还包括设在本体及下主柱内的副柱,其设在下主柱的下开口端,其可将下主柱的下开口端打开或关闭;还包括液体活塞,其套设在副柱外,其缺陷在于,进气是通过上主柱与下主柱之间的间隙配合实现的,所以,这种结构存在缺陷,在于如果间隙过大,则没有单向阀作用,如果间隙过小,则容易堵塞,造成进气不灵,使用效果不甚理想;压缩弹簧直接支撑在本体与下主柱之间,造成泡沫泵高度过高,不利于安装使用;发泡结构过于简单,泡沫效果不理想;活塞结构过于复杂,不利于制造使用,凡是这些,表明该类泡沫泵还需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单实用、单向进气效果好、容易组装使用的泡沫泵。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种泡沫泵,其包括有泵体、大活塞、大活塞杆、小活塞、小活塞杆、头帽、发泡网,其特征在于所述的大活塞杆中设置与大活塞气体空腔连通的单向阀,并且,单向阀主体采用弹性材料做成的呈套筒形状的阀片,阀片带有台阶面安装在大活塞杆的固定座上,并且,阀片上端采用直径逐渐增大的锥形密封面,与大活塞杆上的连通孔进行配合密封,连通孔连通大活塞杆中气液混合空腔和大活塞气体空腔。
作为改进,所述的连通孔是设置在阀片锥形密封面下面,呈现圆周均匀分布,便于进气。
进一步改进,所述的泵体下部成型出截面呈U形的环形槽,压缩弹簧设置在环形槽与小活塞杆端部支撑环之间,这样能缩短泡沫泵的高度,便于实际使用。
再改进,所述的大活塞杆中设置有发泡网座体,发泡网固定在发泡网座体中间位置,发泡网座体的左、右两侧部位分别为下进口和上出口。通过两个垂直的急转弯,大大提高发泡效果。
再进一步改进,所述的大活塞杆上端与头帽之间用隔离圈分别设置有上发泡网和下发泡网,也进一步提高发泡效果。
再改进,所述的头帽喷口里面成型带有喷口发泡孔,使发泡次数增加到4次,提高和改善发泡效果。
作为改进,所述的大活塞与大活塞杆之间有单向阀结构,大活塞里面瓣膜上端呈锥形密封面,与大活塞杆下端锥形口进行配合,连通孔的下端设置在锥形口里,大活塞里面瓣膜的里侧圆周面上成型有贯通槽将大活塞气体空腔与外界连通,结构简单实用。
非常有益的改进,所述的大活塞采用双瓣膜结构,里层瓣膜与外层瓣膜组成套筒形状,里层瓣膜与外层瓣膜截面连接成大体”h”形状,简化了活塞结构,活塞结实实用,不容易损坏,密封效果好。
最后,所述的泵体与大盖之间螺纹连接在一起。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于:大活塞杆中设置与大活塞气体空腔连通的单向阀,单向阀结构简单实用,单向进气效果好,容易组装使用,采用U形槽支撑弹簧,可以缩短高度,拓宽了使用范围,采用多次发泡结构,提高了发泡效果,简化了活塞结构,提高了实用性,整体结构更加合理,工作可靠,致泡效果好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图所示意,一种泡沫泵,其包括有泵体1、大活塞2、大活塞杆3、小活塞4、小活塞杆5、头帽6、发泡网等主要部件,泵体1下端是吸管,在吸管上方里面,安装有玻璃珠7,组成了单向阀,同时在泵体1中下部位成型出环形槽8,截面呈U形,压缩弹簧9设置在环形槽与小活塞杆端部支撑环10之间。而小活塞杆3下端通孔中插接连接小活塞座体11,小活塞座体11中部可滑动地套有小活塞4,小活塞4采用双瓣膜结构,里面的大瓣膜下端面与小活塞座11上的环形槽12进行配合,为了便于对接配合,环形槽12边缘带有锥面。小活塞座体11表面成型有将下面的液体腔14与上面的气液混合腔15连通的浅槽13。在小活塞杆支撑环10上表面套置有大活塞2,大活塞2也采用双瓣膜结构,里层瓣膜与外层瓣膜组成套筒形状,并且里层瓣膜与外层瓣膜截面连接成大体”h”形状。大活塞2里面瓣膜的里侧圆周面上成型有贯通槽16将大活塞气体空腔17与外界连通。并且大活塞2与大活塞杆5之间还形成了单向阀结构,就是大活塞2里面瓣膜上端做成锥形密封面18,与大活塞杆下端锥形口19进行配合,连通孔20的下端就设置在锥形口里。大活塞杆中气液混合空腔15与大活塞气体空腔之17间也设置有单向阀,并且,单向阀主体采用呈套筒形状的阀片21,用弹性材料做成如硅胶,阀片21带有台阶面22,通过台阶面,安装在大活塞杆的固定座23上,并且,阀片21上端的锥形密封面24直径是逐渐增大,而连通孔20是设置在阀片锥形密封面下面,个数可以是一个或多个,多个连通孔20是呈现圆周均匀分布,连通大活塞杆中气液混合空腔15和大活塞气体空腔17。这样,阀片上端的锥形密封面24就与大活塞杆上的连通孔20进行配合密封,构成了单向阀结构。发泡网座体25设置在大活塞杆中间部位,发泡网座体25中心垂直面位置为发泡网26,将发泡网座体分为左右两半,而发泡网座体的左、右两侧部位分别为下进口27和上出口28,使气流通过发泡网时发生急转弯,大大提高发泡网发泡效果。进一步,大活塞杆与头帽之间在发泡网座体上方用隔离圈29分别设置有上发泡网30和下发泡网31,以获得第二、三次发泡效果。头帽喷口里面成型带有喷口发泡孔32,从而获得第四次发泡效果。头帽6套在大活塞杆3上,头帽6下端伸缩式地插接在大盖33中心孔中,大盖33与泵体1是螺纹连接在一起,然后,再与喷雾器的外壳瓶口螺纹连接,组成带泡沫泵的包装容器,在大盖33上套设有透明罩34。
其工作原理和使用过程是这样的,当手按下头帽6时候,带动大活塞杆3向下运动,由于,大活塞2里面瓣膜上端的锥形密封面,与大活塞杆3下端锥形口进行配合,处于密封状态,同时,在大活塞杆3下端推动下,使大活塞2压缩气体空腔17,其气压增大,气体空腔17中的气体就通过大活塞贯通槽16和连通孔20,推开阀片21上端的锥形密封面,进入到大活塞杆中的气液混合空腔15,带动气液混合物,依次通过发泡网座体25、下发泡网30、上发泡网31和头帽中的喷口发泡孔32,经过四次发泡,从头帽的喷口发泡孔中喷出,小活塞杆5在大活塞杆3顶压下,克服压缩弹簧9的弹性力量,也向下运动,由于,小活塞与泵体内壁之间的阻力,小活塞4刚开始是滞后运动,与小活塞座11之间发生相对滑动,小活塞4下端与小活塞座上的环形槽12无法形成接触密封,并且,小活塞4向下运动,使泵体中的液体空腔14压力增大,玻璃珠7密封住吸管,使下面的液体无法进入,而液体空腔14中的液体在气流带动下通过小活塞座表面的浅槽13,进入到小活塞杆中的气液混合空腔15中,与气体空腔17过来的气体进行混合,形成气液混合物,为下一次做准备;,当手松开头帽6时候,小活塞杆5在压缩弹簧9的作用下向上运动,带动大活塞杆3向上运动,小活塞4与泵体内壁之间的阻力,小活塞4刚开始是滞后运动,与小活塞座11之间发生相对滑动,小活塞4下端与小活塞座上的环形槽12再次形成接触密封,并且,小活塞4向上运动,使泵体中的液体空腔14体积变大,压力减小,玻璃珠7无法密封住吸管,使下面的液体进入到液体空腔14中,而液体空腔中的液体无法通过小活塞座表面的浅槽13,进入到小活塞杆中的气液混合空腔15中,在小活塞杆5带动下,大活塞2也向上运动,使泵体中的气体空腔17体积变大,压力减小,使大活塞2里面瓣膜上端的锥形密封面无法与大活塞杆3下端锥形口进行配合,处于开启状态,使外界的空气通过大活塞上的贯通槽16,进入到气体空腔17中补充空气,为下一次做准备;依次循环动作就产生喷雾动作。

Claims (9)

1.一种泡沫泵,其包括有泵体、大活塞、大活塞杆、小活塞、小活塞杆、头帽、发泡网,其特征在于所述的大活塞杆中设置与大活塞气体空腔连通的单向阀,并且,单向阀主体采用弹性材料做成的呈套筒形状的阀片,阀片带有台阶面安装在大活塞杆的固定座上,并且,阀片上端采用直径逐渐增大的锥形密封面,与大活塞杆上的连通孔进行配合密封,连通孔连通大活塞杆中气液混合空腔和大活塞气体空腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的连通孔是设置在阀片锥形密封面下面,呈现圆周均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的泵体下部成型出截面呈U形的环形槽,压缩弹簧设置在环形槽与小活塞杆端部支撑环之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的大活塞杆中设置有发泡网座体,发泡网固定在发泡网座体中间位置,发泡网座体的左、右两侧部位分别为下进口和上出口。
5.根据权利要求4所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的大活塞杆上端与头帽之间用隔离圈分别设置有上发泡网和下发泡网。
6.根据权利要求5所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的头帽喷口里面成型带有喷口发泡孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的大活塞与大活塞杆之间有单向阀结构,大活塞里面瓣膜上端呈锥形密封面,与大活塞杆下端锥形口进行配合,连通孔的下端设置在锥形口里,大活塞里面瓣膜的里侧圆周面上成型有贯通槽将大活塞气体空腔与外界连通。
8.根据权利要求7所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的大活塞采用双瓣膜结构,里层瓣膜与外层瓣膜组成套筒形状,里层瓣膜与外层瓣膜截面连接成大体”h”形状。
9.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵,其特征在于所述的泵体与大盖之间螺纹连接在一起。
