示例性的,第一活动部30的一端套设于上筒体200内,第一活动部30在上筒体200内沿上筒体200的轴线方向滑动,第二活动部40的另一端套设于下筒体210,第二活动部40在下筒体210内沿下筒体210的轴线方向滑动。该泡沫泵头还包括密封件250。下筒体210的底部设置有通孔211,底座80的底部抵接密封件250,密封件250抵接通孔211,以使储液室220保持密封状态。
进一步地,通孔211处连接有管道212,管道212可伸入液体容器中吸取液体。管道212设置为软管。
在示例性的实施例中,通孔211设置为圆孔,密封件250为密封球,密封球的直径不小于通孔211的直径。
在示例性的实施例中,结合图1和图2,叶片50包括片本体500、第一软片体510以及第二软片体520,第一软片体510与第二软片体520连接于片本体500;第一活动部30设置有开口300,片本体500连接于第一活动部30, 第一软片体510位于片本体500和第一活动部30之间,第二软片体520位于片本体500与第二活动部40之间;第一软片体510用于抵住开口300,且第二软片体520用于抵住第二活动部40,以使气室230保持密封状态。
具体的,第二软片体520与第二活动部40抵接处为气室230的工作密封位。
在示例性的实施例中,第二活动部40设置有上腔体400和下腔体410,上腔体400连通下腔体410,上腔体400内设置有呈漏斗状的嵌位,拉杆60包括定位部600和杆体610,定位部600呈漏斗状,且定位部600用于嵌套于嵌位,以限制拉杆60在第二活动部40内的位置。
其中,拉杆60可在第二活动部40内沿拉杆60的轴线方向滑动。
进一步地,拉杆60的另一端设置有凸块620,凸块620滑动连接于底座80。底座80顶部设置有限位部800,以限制凸块620在底座80内的位置,进而防止拉杆60从底座80脱出。
在示例性的实施例中,按压部70包括上盖700和下盖710,上盖700套设于下盖710内,下盖710的第一盖体711套设在第一活动部30的外部,下盖710的第二盖体712滑动连接于泵头主体10。下盖710上设置有出液板740,且泵口720设置于上盖700,出液板740用于供泡沫从上盖700的泵口720挤出。进一步地,泵口720设置有多个。
具体的,第一活动部30设置有第一台阶310,下盖710的第一盖体711的底部抵接在第一台阶310上。第一活动部30设置有第二台阶320,第二活动部40的一端的顶部与第二台阶320抵接,以限制第二活动部40在第一活动部30内的位置。
在示例性的实施例中,第二盖体712与泵头主体10的连接处设置有夹扣100。泡沫泵头在不使用时,夹扣100夹紧第二盖体712与泵头主体10的连接处,使得按压部70不能够被按压,携带方便。
在示例性的实施例中,第一盖体711内设置有筛网件730,筛网件730位于输出通道713内。
具体工作过程:以按压部70朝向下筒体210的方向为第一方向,以下筒体210朝向按压部70的方向为第二方向。在使用该泡沫泵头时,取下夹扣100,按下按压部70,按压部70沿第一方向移动,下盖710的第二盖体712带动第一活动部30、第二活动部40、叶片50、拉杆60均在筒主体20内沿第一方向滑动,弹性件90被挤压,带动底座80抵住密封件250,密封件250抵住通孔211,以使储液室220呈密封状态。储液室220的容积变小,储液室220内的压强增大,储液室220内的压强将储液室220内的液体压入混合室330内。
同时,气室230的容积变小,气室230的压强增大,第二软片体520与第二活动部40的工作密封位打开,气室230内的气体从输气通道240进入到混合室330内,气体与液体在混合室330内混合形成泡沫。泡沫经由筛网件730从输出通道713输出,再经由出液板740从上盖700的泵口720泵出,以供用户使用。
当松开按压部70时,弹性件90释放弹性势能,弹性件90伸长,推动第一活动部30、第二活动部40、叶片50、拉杆60均在筒主体20内沿第二方向滑动,第一活动部30滑动至第一台阶310与第二盖体712抵接,第二活动部40的一端的顶部滑动至其与第二台阶320抵接,拉杆60的定位部600嵌套于嵌位中。储液室220的容积变大,储液室220内的压强减小,管道212从液体 容器中吸取液体,密封件250被管道212吸取的液体顶开,即密封件250与通孔211脱离接触,液体容器中的液体进入储液室220内。
同时,第二软片体520与第二活动部40的工作密封位闭合,防止气室230内的气体进入到混合室330内。并且气室230的容积变大,气室230的压强减小,第一软叶片50与开口300脱离接触,外部的空气从开口300进入气室230,补充气室230内的气体。按压部70恢复至初始位置。使用完毕后,再夹紧夹扣100即可。。
以上所述仅为本申请的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,可根据以上技术方案以及构思,做出其它各种等效的改变以及变形,而所有的这些改变和变形都应该属于本申请权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种泡沫泵头,包括:泵头主体、筒主体、第一活动部、第二活动部、叶片、拉杆、底座以及弹性件;
    所述筒主体的一端套设于所述泵头主体内,所述第一活动部的一端滑动套设于所述筒主体内,所述第一活动部的另一端活动设置于所述泵头主体内,所述第二活动部的一端滑动套设于所述第一活动部的一端内,所述第二活动部的另一端滑动套设于所述筒主体内,所述叶片设置于所述第一活动部和所述第二活动部之间,所述拉杆的一端滑动套设于所述第二活动部内,所述底座滑动套设于所述筒主体内,所述拉杆的另一端滑动连接于所述底座内,所述底座的底部置于所述筒主体的底部,所述弹性件套设于所述拉杆与所述底座上;
    所述第一活动部、叶片、第二活动部以及筒主体之间形成气室,所述第二活动部、拉杆以及筒主体之间形成储液室,所述第一活动部的另一端与所述第二活动部之间设置有混合室,所述第一活动部与所述第二活动部之间设置有输气通道,所述输气通道的一端连接所述气室,所述输气通道的另一端连接所述混合室;
    所述泵头主体上滑动连接有按压部,所述按压部内设置有输出通道,所述输出通道的一端连通所述混合室,所述输出通道的另一端连接有泵口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵头,所述泡沫泵头还包括密封件;所述筒主体包括上筒体和下筒体,所述上筒体连接所述下筒体,所述第一活动部的一端套设于所述上筒体内,所述第一活动部在所述上筒体内沿所述筒主体的轴线方向滑动,所述第二活动部的另一端套设于所述下筒体,所述第二活动部在所述下筒体内沿所述筒主体的轴线方向滑动,所述下筒体的底部设置有通孔, 所述底座的底部抵接所述密封件,所述密封件抵接所述通孔,以使所述储液室保持密封状态,所述通孔处连接有管道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵头,所述上筒体的轴线与下筒体的轴线共线设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的泡沫泵头,所述上筒体的轴线至上筒体内壁的距离大于下筒体的轴线至下筒体内壁的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵头,所述管道为软管。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵头,所述通孔为圆孔。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵头,所述密封件为密封球。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的泡沫泵头,所述密封球的直径不小于通孔的直径。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵头,所述上筒体顶部设置有翻边,所述翻边与所述泵头主体抵接,所述翻边上设置有垫片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的泡沫泵头,所述泵头主体与所述上筒体螺纹连接。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的泡沫泵头,所述叶片包括片本体、第一软片体以及第二软片体,所述第一软片体与第二软片体连接于所述片本体;所述第一活动部设置有开口,所述片本体连接于所述第一活动部,所述第一软片体位于所述片本体和所述第一活动部之间,所述第二软片体位于所述片本体与所述第二活动部之间;所述第一软片体用于抵住所述开口,且所述第二软片体用于抵住所述第二活动部,以使所述气室保持密封状态。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的泡沫泵头,所述按压部包括下盖,所述下盖的第一盖体套设在所述第一活动部的外部,所述下盖的第二盖体滑动连接于所 述泵头主体,所述第一活动部设置有第一台阶,所述下盖的第一盖体的底部抵接在所述第一台阶上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的泡沫泵头,所述按压部还包括上盖,所述上盖套设于下盖内。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的泡沫泵头,所述第一活动部设置有第二台阶,所述第二活动部的一端的顶部与所述第二台阶抵接,以限制所述第二活动部在所述第一活动部内的位置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的泡沫泵头,所述第二活动部设置有上腔体和下腔体,所述上腔体连通所述下腔体,所述上腔体内设置有呈漏斗状的嵌位,所述拉杆包括定位部和杆体,所述定位部呈漏斗状,且所述定位部用于嵌套于所述嵌位,以限制所述拉杆在所述第二活动部内的位置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的泡沫泵头,所述第二盖体与所述泵头主体的连接处设置有夹扣。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的泡沫泵头,所述第一盖体内设置有筛网件,所述筛网件位于所述输出通道内。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的泡沫泵头,所述拉杆上设置有凸块,所述凸块滑动连接于所述底座。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的泡沫泵头,所述底座顶部设置有限位部,以限制所述凸块在所述底座内的位置。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的泡沫泵头,所述弹性件为弹簧。
