技术领域
本发明涉及涡轮发动机部件的修补。更具体而言,本发明涉及用于修补涡轮发动机叶片的夹具。
背景技术
涡轮发动机叶片(包括风扇、压缩机和涡轮节叶片(turbinesection blade))常常会遭受磨损和损伤(例如外物损伤(F0D))。对这种损伤所进行的修补可包括去除涂层、对磨损/损伤部位进行机加工、和/或附接支架材料。该支架材料可以在外部进行附接、插入或原位成形。支架表面可限定出积聚在支架顶上的修补材料的外表面或内表面。典型的积聚可通过焊接(包括激光熔覆)、钎焊或沉积而实现。在修补过程中,叶片可被保持在夹具中。典型的夹具是一种被构造用以抓紧叶片翼面的压力侧表面和吸力侧表面的具有拔取工具的类似于虎钳的结构。
发明内容
本发明的一个方面涉及一种用于处理叶片的夹具。所述夹具具有第一和第二夹爪。所述第二夹爪相对于第一夹爪自脱开接合的位置是可移动的,用于接收叶根。所述叶片被接收在第一夹爪与第二夹爪之间的接收区域中。所述第二夹爪可移动至将叶片夹紧在第一夹爪与第二夹爪之间的接合位置处。气流通路从进口延伸至出口。所述出口被设置以在安装好叶片时将气体引至叶片进口。在其它实施方式中,可使用结构不同的夹爪拆卸和更换至少一个所述夹爪,从而允许所述夹具能够容纳结构不同的叶片。所述夹具可用于在叶片上进行积聚修补。在所述修补过程中,通过夹具可引入适当的不起反应的气体进而限制或避免支架元件、叶片母材和/或沉积材料发生有害反应(例如氧化)。

图1示出了用于处理(例如修补)涡轮机元件22(例如燃气轮发动机压缩机或涡轮节叶片)的工位20。叶片22被夹具24保持住。
对叶片进行的典型处理涉及加入材料(例如修补或修复工艺中的材料积聚)。所述处理也可以或另一种可选方式是,包括去除材料(例如初步加工或精加工)。可通过焊接工艺例如激光熔覆而实现典型的材料积聚。因此,为了施加材料,工位20可包括焊头30。为了相对于叶片22定位焊头30,焊头30和夹具24中的一个或两个可以是活动的。例如,夹具24可被装配到自动受控的校准器例如五轴线转台32上。典型的焊头是具有喷嘴34和金属粉末供给管线36的激光熔覆头。
图2示出了典型的叶片22和夹具24的进一步细节。叶片具有翼面40。翼面40从平台44处的内侧端部42延伸至外侧顶部46。在一种典型的修补情况下,所述顶部可能已经受到损伤且图中示出已经沿表面48进行机加工的叶片。回旋状的冷杉形附接叶根50自平台44的下侧下垂伸出。叶根50具有第一和第二纵向端部以及第一和第二周向侧面52和54。为进行参考,相对于在叶根50被安装在涡轮发动机轮盘上的互补槽中时叶片呈现的取向而定义“纵向”、“周向”和“径向”方向500、502和504。支架元件56具有位于表面48下面的延伸进入翼面上的通道或隔室中的第一部分。支架56具有自表面48中伸出的用于在沉积材料被施加到表面48和支架56顶部上时重新形成通道或隔室的端部部分的第二部分。典型的支架是一种基于难熔金属(例如钼)的芯部元件。
典型的夹具24包括用于将夹具装配到转台32上的基座60。典型的基座60成形为金属板(例如由铝合金或钢制成)。在典型的基座60中,一对金属(例如钢制)定位销62(图3)具有压配合进入基座中相关的孔隙64中的上部部分并且具有伸到基座下侧66下面的下部部分。定位销62可被转台中互补的孔或槽接收,从而相对于转台对齐所述夹具。所述夹具例如可通过夹钳(图中未示出)而被紧固到转台上。
典型基座60的上表面68承载着接合叶根的夹钳结构70。典型的夹钳结构70(图2)包括固定夹爪72和活动夹爪74。所述固定夹爪72和活动夹爪74相配合从而限定出用于接收叶根50的类似沟槽的接收区域76。
典型的固定夹爪72包括沿基座60的底部部分80和与活动夹爪74相对并远离基座60进行延伸的壁部部分82的整体组合件。通过对齐销84和螺丝86(图4),典型的固定夹爪被装配到基座上。
设置螺丝或其它装置用以紧固活动夹爪74。典型的螺丝组件90包括穿过夹爪74中的钻孔93并与固定夹爪72上的钻孔94形成螺纹啮合的螺纹轴92。典型的螺丝90进一步包括促动器96(例如旋钮)。典型的旋钮96具有接收螺丝外侧部分的钻孔98。紧固/松开旋钮96可实现所述轴相对于旋钮的紧固/松开或所述轴相对于螺丝固定的夹爪的紧固/松开中的一种或两种情况,从而使活动夹爪74朝向/远离啮合状态进行移动。
典型的螺丝组件90具有偏离基底下侧66的平行方向θ角的旋转中心轴线510。典型的θ角为5-30°。由于径向方向504大体上正交于下侧66,因此轴线510偏离正交于径向的方向θ角。典型的底部部分80具有正交于轴线510取向的前端面120。固定夹爪底部部分80具有基本上水平的上表面122。在安装好叶片且夹爪处于啮合状态时,叶根的下侧124接触底部部分的上表面122。固定夹爪壁部部分82的肩部130接合叶根相邻侧面的相关颈部区域132。活动夹爪74的后上缘部分140接合叶根相邻侧面的颈部部分142。轴线510的水平方向偏离角有助于致使活动夹爪74在叶根上施加一个向下的作用力,将叶根夹紧到固定夹爪壁部部分82和底部部分80上。
典型的夹具包括其它用于相对于所述夹具精确对齐叶片的装置。典型的对齐装置包括至少部分地被截留在叶片的孔隙中的凸出部。在如图所示的实施例中,由销150的上端部形成所述凸出部(图3和5)。典型的销150(例如钢制)具有从固定夹爪底部部分80的上表面122伸出的销上部部分和以压配合方式被接收在固定夹爪底部部分80的相关钻孔中的销下部部分。
沟槽160(图5)形成在固定夹爪底部部分的上表面122中。典型的沟槽160在叶片纵向方向500(即横向于轴线510)上延伸伸长。典型的沟槽160是扁圆形的且可通过铣削而形成。镗孔的端口162自沟槽的底部164向下延伸。该端口遇到来自固定夹爪背面174上的进口172的横向钻孔170(例如大体上在叶片周向方向502上进行延伸的)。钻孔170可包括用于啮合一个配件(图中未示出)从而将夹具连接至惰性气体(例如氩气或其它稀有气体或在焊接工艺过程中基本上不发生反应的气体)气源180(图1)的管螺纹。例如,要不然,用于支架元件的所需材料可能受到氧化或其它化学降解。这些可包括用于形成/重新形成内部通道的基于难熔金属的芯子。所述气体可有效地将这种降解限制达到可容许的一定量或基本上消除所述降解反应。

Claims (17)
1、一种用于处理叶片的夹具,包括:
第一夹爪;
第二夹爪,所述第二夹爪相对于第一夹爪自脱开接合的位置是可移动的,用于接收叶根,所述叶片被接收在第一夹爪与第二夹爪之间的接收区域中,所述第二夹爪可移动至将叶片夹紧在第一夹爪与第二夹爪之间的接合位置处;和
从进口延伸至出口的气流通路,所述出口被设置以在安装好叶片时将气体引至叶片进口。
2、根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其中所述第一夹爪与所述接收区域的底部部分整体成形或相对于所述接收区域的底部部分被紧固住。
3、根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其中所述出口成形在所述第一夹爪的根部部分。
4、根据权利要求1所述的夹具,进一步包括:
具有限定出装配平面的装配表面的基座;和
用于将所述第二夹爪紧固到叶根上的螺丝,所述螺丝具有偏离平行于装配平面的方向5-30°的螺轴。
5、与所述叶片组合在一起的根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其中:
所述第一夹爪和所述第二夹爪分别接合所述叶根的第一和第二侧面。
6、与焊接工位组合在一起的根据权利要求5所述的组合件,其中:
所述夹具被装配在焊接工位的转台上。
7、与焊接工位组合在一起的根据权利要求1所述的夹具,其中:
所述夹具被装配在焊接工位的转台上。
8、根据权利要求7所述的组合件,其中:
所述进口被连接至基本上为惰性气体的气源。
9、一种用于处理涡轮发动机叶片的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
将叶根放置在夹具的接收区域中;
将夹具的夹紧部分紧固到所述叶根上;
通过叶根上的端口输送气体通过所述夹具和叶片;以及
将材料添加到叶片上的一定部位。
10、根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:
在所述添加步骤的至少一部分过程中,所述气体通过位于所述部位的至少一个第一出口排出。
11、根据权利要求10所述的方法,其中所述添加步骤关闭了所述第一出口。
12、根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述紧固步骤包括围绕偏离正交于叶根中心径向平面5-30°的轴线旋转促动构件。
13、根据权利要求9所述的方法,进一步包括:
将所述夹具装配到自动转台上。
14、根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中:
所述添加步骤包括焊接。
15、一种用于处理叶片的设备,包括:
用于接收和夹持叶根的装置;和
用于将气体引至叶片进口的装置。
16、根据权利要求15所述的设备,进一步包括:
用于焊接到所述叶片上的装置。
17、根据权利要求15所述的设备,进一步包括:
在被用于接收的装置夹持住时用于移动所述叶片的装置。
