技术领域
本发明涉及搬运及保管各种货物时使用的合成树脂制货盘(pallet),涉及能够用叉式升降车或码垛车(pallet truck)等搬运的合成树脂制货盘。
背景技术
通常,作为搬运及保管货物时使用的货盘,提供通过注射合成树脂而形成的合成树脂制货盘,使用从2方向将叉式升降车等的叉部插入的二方向插入的合成树脂制货盘或从4方向插入的四方向插入的合成树脂制货盘(例如,参照特开2001-72063号公报及特开2000-16430号公报)。
该种合成树脂制货盘由相互平行配置的上面板状部及下面板状部、和连结这些上面板状部及下面板状部的梁部构成。上面板状部和下面板状部由在两端及中间排列的梁部连结,在上面板状部和下面板状部之间形成有一对叉插入孔。即,在将上面板状部和下面板状部之间的外周部分围住的侧面部具备梁部和叉插入孔的开口部。

一直以来,在用绳固定合成树脂制货盘上的货物时,将绳插通于在合成树脂制货盘的侧面部设置的叉插入孔,并捆接上面板状部和货物。由于需要经由叉插入孔使绳通过货盘中,因此货物的固定作业中需要较多的时间和劳力。
另外,如上所述在将绳插通于叉插入孔时,有时绳在叉插入孔中活动,且绳因合成树脂制货盘的搬运中的振动而松动,从而存在货物倒塌之患。

发明内容
本发明正是鉴于该实际情况而做出的,其目的在于提供一种能够在不使用绳时将绳稳定地包管于钩挂用的钩部的合成树脂制货盘。
本发明提供一种合成树脂制货盘,其具有相互对置配置的上面板状部及下面板状部、和连结上面板状部及下面板状部的梁部,且在其侧面部形成有至少一对叉插入孔的开口部,该合成树脂制货盘的特征在于,
在所述侧面部形成有钩挂绳的钩部,
在所述上面板状部形成有可收容所述绳的收容凹部。
(发明效果)
根据本发明的合成树脂制货盘可知,由于设置有可收容钩挂于钩部上的绳的收容凹部,因此能够防止不使用时的绳被放置于地面上。因而,不存在用叉式升降车压住绳之患,从而能够将钩部的破损或绳的切断等麻烦防止于未然。
另外,由于能够在上面板状部的收容凹部收容绳,因此能够稳定地堆叠货盘,并且在并列载置了合成树脂制货盘时绳不垂下到侧面部,因此能够削减合成树脂制货盘的保管空间。
进而,由于绳不垂下到侧面部,因此能够简单地进行叉部向叉插入孔的插入。
于是,根据本发明可知,能够提供如下所述的合成树脂制货盘,即:能够用绳简单且可靠地固定合成树脂制货盘上的货物,并且在不使用绳时,即使将绳钩挂于钩挂用的钩部上,也能够稳定地保管。

具体实施方式
在本发明的合成树脂制货盘中,优选所述收容凹部形成于经由所述侧面部与钩部相对的位置。若如此将收容凹部设置于钩部附近,则能够将绳容易地收容于收容凹部中。
另外,优选在所述收容凹部设置底部。若在收容凹部形成有底部,则在将绳收容于收容凹部时,绳不会在叉插入孔或地面上露出,从而能够可靠地收容绳。
另外,优选所述收容凹部由在所述上面板状部形成的多个肋、和与肋连接的底面部形成。在该结构的合成树脂制货盘中,绳不会在叉插入孔或地面等上露出,从而能够可靠地收容绳,除此之外,由于将在上面板状部形成的肋作为侧壁面,因此能够简单地设置收容凹部。
另外,优选所述收容凹部设置于所述梁部的内部。
另外,优选排水孔形成于构成所述收容凹部的肋及底面部中的任一个上。
进而,也优选所述收容部与所述钩部连通。
实施例
以下,参照添加的附图来说明本发明的实施例的合成树脂制货盘。
图1至图7表示作为本发明的实施例的合成树脂制货盘。
如图1所示,合成树脂制货盘作为整体形成为长方形的箱形,具有形成合成树脂制货盘11的上面的上面板状部12、形成下面的下面板状部13、和连结上面板状部12及下面板状部13的梁部14。如图1及图4所示,上面板状部12和下面板状部13大致平行地配置。
该合成树脂制货盘11例如由聚乙烯或聚丙烯等烯烃系树脂构成,将通过上面板状部12和梁部14一体成形而构成的上面型构件、和通过下面板状部13和梁部14一体成形而构成的下面型构件,在使这些上面型构件的梁部14和下面型构件的梁部14相互抵接的状态下热熔敷,由此将其成形。
或者,也可以将上面板状部12、下面板状部13和梁部14一体成形,成形合成树脂制货盘11。
在如此构成的合成树脂制货盘11的梁部14之间形成有2组用于使叉式升降车或码垛车的叉部插入的一对叉插入孔21、21及22、22。沿货盘11的长边方向延伸的叉插入孔21、21在短边侧的两侧面部15具有开口部21A、21A,沿短边方向延伸的叉插入孔22、22在长边侧的两侧面部15具有开口部22A、22A,从而形成为所谓四方向插入的合成树脂制货盘11。即,使通过梁部14和叉插入孔21及21的开口部21A及21A而构成的短边侧侧面部15、和通过梁部14和叉插入孔22及22的开口部22A、22A而构成的长边侧侧面部15接触配置,由此形成了合成树脂制货盘11的侧面部15。而且该侧面部15围住上面板状部12和下面板状部13的外周部分。
在下面板状部13的构成叉插入孔21及21的底部的区域、即梁部14和梁部14之间,设置有沿在叉式升降车或码垛车的叉部的插入方向上直行的方向,相互空有间隔地设置有多个栈部23及23。同样,在构成叉插入孔22及22的底部的区域、即梁部14和梁部14之间沿在叉部的插入方向上直行的方向,相互空有间隔地设置有栈部24及24。
在此,配置于在短边侧侧面部15设置有开口部21A及21A的叉插入孔21、21的底部的栈部23的高度设定为低于配置于在长边侧侧面部15设置有开口部22A及22A的叉插入孔22、22的底部的栈部24的高度。
另外,在下面板状部13的梁部14之间的区域,形成有与叉插入孔21及21连通的多个车轮用孔25。在将码垛车插入了叉插入孔21及21时,码垛车的车轮可经由车轮用孔25而接地。
还有,由于在本具体例的合成树脂货盘11中形成有4个车轮用孔25,因此下面板状部13通过栈部23及24而具有在中心形成有十字的四边形状。
另一方面,合成树脂制货盘11的上面、即上面板状部12的表面构成了用于装载各种货物的装载面,且以能够稳定的状态载置货物的方式平坦地形成。如图1所示,在该上面板状部12形成有多个用于加强梁部14之间的区域的格子状的肋16,通过这些格子状的肋16形成了大小多个矩形室部17。
另外,在该上面板状部12的四边的各缘部设置有突出到上方的突起部。另外,在重叠了货盘时,在与上面板状部12的突起部相对的下面板状部13的部分设置有能够收容突起部的槽。通过这样在上面板状部12的四边的各缘部设置向上方突出的突起部,并在下面板状部13设置能够将其收容的槽,能够在不使货盘的位置偏离的情况下稳定地将其重叠。
在位于将这些上面板状部12和下面板状部13的外周围住的侧面部15的梁部14部分,形成有用于钩挂绳R的钩部18。如图4所示,该钩部18由使侧面部15凹陷而形成的剖面大致四边形的凹部19、和从该凹部19的上面板状部12侧朝向下方侧垂直延伸的箭头部20构成。在该箭头部20的前端设置有防止绳R的脱落的键部。
该钩部18形成于合成树脂制货盘11的4个侧面部15的梁部14的部分的、对置的侧面部15彼此对称的位置。
而且,在所述上述板状部12形成有用于收容钩挂于钩部18上的绳R的收容凹部31。在本实施例的合成树脂制货盘中,收容凹部31形成于经由所述侧面部15与所述钩部18相对的位置,更具体地,梁部14的内侧。而且,该收容凹部31具有大致有底多边筒形状,例如,具有与没有底面部33的矩形室部17相同的剖面矩形状。如图5及图6所示,该收容凹部31由作为肋的4个侧壁面32、和该4个侧壁面的下端所接触的、与下面板状部13平行地配置的底面部33构成。在这些侧壁面32和底面部33上形成有排水孔34。
如上所述,在收容凹部31设置有底面部33,不过如图7所示,收容凹部31以外的矩形室部17只以从上面板状部12朝向下方延伸的方式、或从下面板状部13朝向上方延伸的方式形成右肋16,未设置底面部33。
如此构成的合成树脂制货盘11在使货物载置于上面板状部12的表面上的状态下,将叉式升降车或码垛车的叉部插入一对叉插入孔21、21或22、22,将每个合成树脂制货盘11载置于货车的车箱或仓库中,由此集中货物进行搬运及保管。
在此,在长边侧具有开口部22A、22A的叉插入孔22、22使叉式升降车的叉部插入,搬运合成树脂制货盘11。
另一方面,在短边侧具有开口部21A、21A的叉插入孔21、21如前所述设置有高度较低的栈部23。因此,即使是在叉部的前端附近设置有车轮等的码垛车,前端部附近的车轮等也能够容易地越过栈部23。由此,码垛车的车轮能够经由车轮用孔25与地面接地,用码垛车搬运货盘。
即,在长边侧开口的叉插入孔22、22优选利用叉式升降车进行搬运,在短边侧开口的叉插入孔21、21优选利用叉式升降车及码垛车进行搬运,尤其优选利用码垛车进行搬运。
接着,说明用绳R固定该合成树脂制货盘11上的货物的作业。图8表示用绳R固定了合成树脂制货盘11上的货物的状态。
首先,例如以将在绳R的一端侧形成的环插入凹部19,且将箭头部20配置于环中的方式,将绳R钩挂于在侧面部15设置的钩部18上。
在此使用的绳R形成为剖面大致呈平板状的带状,不过当然剖面是圆形也同样可以使用。
使一端钩挂于钩部18上的绳R通过合成树脂制货盘11上的货物上,并使另一端与在对置的侧面部15形成的钩部18挂合,将绳R拉出到上方,用未图示的卡止构件卡止绳R的其余部分,并将绳R形成为拉伸状态。
而且在卸货后的合成树脂制货盘11的所述上面板状部件12形成有收容凹部31。更具体地,在经由所述侧面部15而与所述钩部18相对的位置形成有收容部,即,所述钩部18和收容凹部31接近设置。尤其收容凹部31形成于梁部14的内侧。因此,由于能够将一端钩挂于钩部18上的绳R揉成拳头大的圆形而收容于收容凹部31中,因此能够防止绳R被放置于地面上的情况。因而,能够将放置于地面上的绳R被叉式升降车压住从而堆叠的合成树脂制货盘11倒塌,或钩部18破损,或绳R切断等麻烦防止于未然。
尤其,在所述钩部18和收容凹部31连通时,能够从钩部18的凹部19压入绳R而收容于收容凹部31。因而在重叠了多个合成树脂制货盘11之后,即使是重叠于最上层以外的合成树脂制货盘11,也能够将绳R收容于合成树脂制货盘11内部。
进而,由于能够在合成树脂制货盘11内部收容绳R,因此在堆叠或并列了合成树脂制货盘11时绳不妨碍载置,从而能够削减合成树脂制货盘11的保管空间。尤其,在绳R是扁平的情况下,能够更稳定地堆叠合成树脂制货盘,且能够进一步削减保管空间。
另外,由于在收容凹部31形成有底面部33,因此在将绳R收容于收容凹部31中时,绳R不在叉插入孔21、21或22、22或地面露出,能够可靠地收容绳R。
另外,由于收容凹部31设置于梁部14,且形成到下面板状部13附近,因此能够确保容量,即使是比较长的绳R也能够可靠地收容。
由于在收容凹部31的底面部33及侧壁设置有排水孔34,因此水不滞留于收容凹部31中,从而能够防止绳R浸泡于水中,在货物的固定中手打滑的情况。
以上,说明了本发明的实施例的合成树脂制货盘,不过本发明不限定于所述实施例,能够在不脱离其中心意思的范围内进行适当变更。
例如,说明了收容凹部31是剖面矩形状的例,不过不限定于此,也可以是剖面三角形或五边形、或剖面圆形等。
另外,说明了叉插入孔从2方向贯通合成树脂制货盘从而能够从4方向插入叉部的所谓四方向插入的合成树脂制货盘。但是,不限定于此,也可以是叉插入孔只从1方向贯通合成树脂制货盘从而能够从2方向插入叉部的所谓二方向插入的合成树脂制货盘。
(工业上的可利用性)
根据本发明的合成树脂制货盘可知,由于设置有能够收容钩挂于钩部上的绳的收容凹部,因此能够防止不使用时的绳被放置于地面上的情况。因而,不存在绳被叉式升降车压住之患,从而能够将钩部的破损或绳R的切断等麻烦防止为未然。
另外,由于能够在上面板状部的收容凹部收容绳,因此能够稳定地堆叠货盘,并且在并列地载置了合成树脂制货盘时绳不干涉。因而,能够削减合成树脂制货盘的保管空间。
进而,由于绳不垂下到侧面部,因此能够简单地进行钩部向叉插入孔的插入。
于是,根据本发明,能够提供一种如下的合成树脂制货盘:能够用绳简单且可靠地固定合成树脂制货盘上的货物,并且能够在不使用绳时以将绳钩挂于钩挂用的钩部上的状态稳定地保管。

Claims (7)

1.一种合成树脂制货盘,其具有相互对置配置的上面板状部及下面板状部、和连结上面板状部及下面板状部的梁部,且在其侧面部形成有至少一对叉插入孔的开口部,该合成树脂制货盘的特征在于,
在所述侧面部形成有钩挂绳的钩部,
在所述上面板状部形成有可收容所述绳的收容凹部。
2.如权利要求1所述的合成树脂制货盘,其中,所述收容凹部形成于经由所述侧面部与钩部相对的位置。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制货盘,其中,在所述收容凹部设置有底部。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制货盘,其中,所述收容凹部由在所述上面板状部形成的多个肋、和在肋上设置的底面部形成。
5.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制货盘,其中,所述收容凹部设置于所述梁部的内部。
6.如权利要求4所述的合成树脂制货盘,其中,排水孔形成于所述肋及所述底面部中的任一个上。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的合成树脂制货盘,其中,所述收容凹部与所述钩部连通。
