发明内容

发明概述

为了切削刀片的旋转固定的需要,通过在独立的锁定板上形成平面的或非圆的肩部表面,消除了所讨论的用以提供这些表面的难题。从而,独立锁定板可以快速和有效率的方式成批生产,同时基体的加工被极大地简化。从而所需要的用于接纳锁定板的空间可通过在基体上最简单的铣削加工出一狭缝而提供。在这种情况下,还产生了切削刀片的平面底面。另一个优点是切削刀片和基体之间的所有相配合的接触表面可被最优化地做大。从而,锁定板的肩部表面可具有与切削刀片的接合表面相同的高度,包括切削刀片的接合表面,切削刀片整体可靠在刀座的底面上(这是前面所述当切削刀片小且多时不能实现的)。此外,刀座的旋转固定功能与切削力承载任务分离,其中切削力完全地由刀座的底面和侧支撑面承载,而旋转固定功能由锁定板实现。因为所述锁定板相对于基体可具有特定的移动性,因而肩部尺寸精度的要求被显著地降低。额外的优点是锁定板可作为一安全部件,从而如果肩部表面由于例如磨损或过载而被损坏时,可容易地进行更换。
本发明可能的修改
本发明并不仅限于上文中描述且在附图中呈现的实施例。虽然本发明被具体化为铣刀形式的可旋转的刀具,但本发明也可应用于去屑加工的其它刀具,例如,车刀。本发明既不限于圆形的切削刀片,而是具有需要通过装置旋转固定的其它基体形状的刀片,所述装置不用于承载切削力而只承载试图转动切削刀片的力。此外,锁定板的旋转地固定肩部表面可作用在接合表面上,它们并未紧靠着切削刀片内侧定位。此外,锁定板的旋转固定肩部表面不一定必需是三个。从而,肩部表面的数目可从单独一个一直变化到与切削刀片的接合表面数相对应的数目。如果例如所述实例中的切削刀片包括六个接合表面,则相应地锁定板可具有相同数目的肩部表面,这些肩部表面被形成于锁定板的环形部分的内侧。在这种情况下,也可行的是,将锁定板制作为具有较薄的底部,切削刀片的底侧可抵靠在该底部上。对于本领域的技术人员来说,应当很明显的是,锁定板可用除管状销之外的其它元件固定,例如,螺钉,销钉或类似元件。就此而言,应当指出的是,锁定板不一定必须具有用于固定元件的通孔。从而,除孔之外,还可采用在边缘表面侧面地开放的凹槽或空腔。尽管所示实例中的切削刀片是通过螺钉固定的,但也可通过其它方式固定该切削刀片,例如,通过卡钳、楔或类似装置。总之,应当强调的是,概念“非圆”应当从广义上理解,并且因此应当被认为不仅包括平面的表面,而且包括可防止切削刀片旋转的任意非旋转对称的表面。

Claims (9)

1.用于去屑加工的刀具,包括基体(1)和可更换的切削刀片(5),该切削刀片具有顶侧(19),底侧(20)和在顶侧和底侧之间延伸的余隙面(18),并且该切削刀片可拆卸地安装在形成于基体内的刀座(4)中,并且该刀座(4)由底面(10)和至少一个侧支撑面(11)限定,所述切削刀片是圆的并包括非圆的接合表面(22),该非圆接合表面(22)被压靠在类似的非圆的肩部表面(29)上,以旋转地固定该切削刀片,该切削刀片(5)的余隙面(18)的上部由侧支撑面(11)支撑,其特征在于,切削刀片(5)的非圆接合表面(22)所压靠着的非圆的肩部表面(29)被包括于独立的锁定板(24)的前部中,该锁定板(24)的后部被插入并固定于狭缝(36)中,该狭缝(36)朝向刀座(4)开放并且定位在侧支撑面(11)和刀座(4)的底面(10)之间,以便锁定板(24)旋转地固定切削刀片的下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的刀具,其特征在于,所述锁定板借助于插入位于锁定板后部的空腔(34)中的阳型固定元件(35)而固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的刀具,其特征在于,所述固定元件(35)是管状销。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的刀具,其特征在于,所述狭缝(36)由两个彼此相互平行的平面的上下表面(37,38)、以及拱形的内边缘表面(39)限定,并且所述锁定板(24)包括拱形的后边缘表面(27)。
5.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的刀具,其特征在于,锁定板(24)的前部形成有两个或更多个肩部表面(29),它们成对地彼此形成至少90°的角。 
6.根据权利要求4所述的刀具,其特征在于,锁定板(24)的轮廓形状由拱形的后边缘表面(27)和两个直边缘表面(28)确定,所述两个直边缘表面(28)朝一共同区域延伸,在该共同区域中形成肩部表面(29)。
7.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的刀具,其特征在于,狭缝(36)的下表面(38)被定位在与刀座(4)的底面(10)相同的平面内,所述底面(10)和下表面(38)是单个的平面表面的一部分。
8.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的刀具,其特征在于,所述刀具是铣刀,其基体(1)可绕中心轴线(C)旋转,并且具有多个沿周向分离的刀座(4)以及与之相联的容屑槽(6),这些容屑槽(6)彼此由隔墙(9)隔开并且由隔墙的前侧(7)以及相邻隔墙的凹拱形后侧(8)各自限定,且所述锁定板(24)和用于该锁定板(24)的狭缝(36)被定位在每个容屑槽的前侧(7)下方,并且有横向孔(40)从所述前侧和后侧(7,8)中的至少一个延伸至所述狭缝。
9.根据权利要求8所述的刀具,其特征在于,切削刀片(5)在其下部具有多个平面的接合表面(22),并且锁定板(24)具有多个用于与所述切削刀片的接合表面(22)相配合的平面的肩部表面(29)。
