Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种减振的工具夹具(或工具夹持装置)。
背景技术
制造机器中的工具夹具在使用时有振动和引起噪音的趋势,由于对结果的精度有负面影响,所以这种振动干扰了工作过程。振动还引起使制造机器的周围环境变坏的讨厌的干扰噪音。
理想的制造机器不会引起任何振动,且全部能量都会传给待实施的处理。实际上,当机器的各种部件紧靠着彼此工作时总是会发生振动,当机器变得越来越旧时,其动态特性会发生变化。这意味着在机器使用期限的不同时期可能发生新类型的振动。振动可能导致工件的不良表面加工,进一步导致机器和工具上的磨损,结果,在最坏的情况下,导致不能恢复的损坏。
在金属材料的加工过程中,也会出现因加工的振动引起的高水平噪音和机器的噪音所引起的问题。直到目前为止已经使用的工具没有固有的或后来增加的阻尼布置,所述阻尼布置是这样一种类型的,其使得声音和振动的充分衰减是可能的。重要的是能消除对于人耳不舒服的频率间隔内的较大部分的振动噪音,所希望的是将噪音水平减小到80dB以下的水平。
通过专利文件US2426359预先知道了将减振材料布置在工具夹具上的纵向轨道上,其目标是完全阻尼振动,或至少使振动相当大地减小。
通过专利文件WO02/45892A1(图14)预先知道了一种带有阻尼元件的工具夹具,阻尼元件和工具主体之间的距离使得在加工过程中允许工具主体和阻尼元件之间的相对运动。
通过专利文件US33340A预先知道了一种用于几个工具的工具夹具,在每个工具和工具夹具之间的连接表面中存在有孔,且在该孔中布置有“阻尼夹层结构”构造。该设计由交替的钢层和粘弹性材料层组成。认为该设计减小了噪音。
因此,先前解决振动问题的尝试一直包含着在工具夹具的空腔中带有平衡块和流体的复杂解决方案,平衡块和流体试图用来相对于不希望有的振动以相反的相位振荡,并以这种方式抵消这些不希望有的振动。其它的解决方案展示了布置在工具夹具表面上的材料,所述材料以同样的方式利用相反的相位振荡用来抵消振动。这些解决方案通常在找到正确的材料和性质之前涉及麻烦的确定尺度程序和测试程序,即使其完全是可能的。
因此,本发明的一个方面是要实现一种工具夹具,其具有以较简单的方式阻尼振动所需的条件。
发明内容
因此,本发明展示了轴,其用来布置在制造机器中的工具夹具中,头部,切削工具将布置在该头部上,和粘弹性材料,其布置成使得切削工具只通过粘弹性材料与制造机器接触。至少在所述轴的表面上的用来与所述制造机器接触的那些部分设有所述粘弹性材料,且所述粘弹性材料装接在接附于所述轴的包封表面的支承材料上。
在根据本发明的工具夹具的另一个实施例中,粘弹性材料包围轴的表面。
在根据本发明的工具夹具的另一个实施例中,粘弹性材料分成许多被螺纹拧到轴上且彼此相邻布置的板。
在根据本发明的工具夹具的另一个实施例中,外部地布置着与粘弹性材料同轴的金属管,其用来在安装过程中吸收压力和使压力均匀。
在根据本发明的工具夹具的另一个实施例中,粘弹性材料具有隆起部,隆起部布置在轴的表面上且沿着轴的纵向轴线延伸的轨道中。
在根据本发明的工具夹具的另一个实施例中,板被穿出孔。
在根据本发明的工具夹具的一个可选实施例中,轴和头部是通过粘弹性材料结合的两个单独的部件。
在另一个实施例中,通过胶粘将粘弹性材料装接到轴和头部。
在另一个实施例中,轴设有空腔。
在另一个实施例中,以圆筒的形式钻出空腔。
与传统的工具夹具相比,很显然,用根据本发明的工具夹具能获得500到600%的减小。

具体实施方式
参考图1,本发明的第一实施例由工具夹具1构成,其包括轴2和头部3。切削工具用来布置在头部3上。工具夹具1的轴2在其表面5周围设有粘弹性材料4,在本实施例中的粘弹性材料4呈具有十分之几毫米厚度的薄片或带的形式,其卷绕在支承材料如铝板的周围,支承材料卷绕在表面5周围且借助于粘胶或类似物质接附到该表面。非必要的铁管6围绕在粘弹性材料4布置,以在将工具夹具1安装到制造机器上时使安装力更均匀地分布。轴2的半径可以小于头部3的半径,且支承材料和薄片连同钢管6的厚度可以大于或与该差值相等,因此这确保了钢管的外表面与头部3的表面接触。也能将它们安装到传统设计的工具夹具的轴上。此外,粘弹性材料可以包围工具夹具的尽可能大的一部分,已经证明这能产生更有利的阻尼作用。
现在参考图2,本发明的第二实施例由工具夹具1构成。工具夹具1的轴2在其表面5上设有粘弹性材料4,将本实施例中的粘弹性材料4设计为许多螺纹拧到轴2上且彼此相邻布置的板7。板7接附到支承材料如铝板上,支承材料围绕表面5卷绕且借助于粘胶或类似物接附到该表面上。钢管6可以布置或不布置在板7周围,用来在将工具夹具1安装到制造机器中时使安装力更均匀地分布。轴2的半径以与图1的实施例中相同的方式小于头部3的半径,以使得钢管6的外表面与头部3的表面接触。
参考图3,显示了一种变型,其既适合于图1的实施例也适合于图2的实施例。在该实例中,粘弹性材料4设有纵向花键形式的隆起部8,隆起部8具有在轴的表面5上的相等的纵向轨道9。隆起部8粘贴到轨道9中。可以有一个或几个隆起部。图3中的变型示出了3个隆起部,可以将这看作合适的数量。隆起部8用来防止粘弹性材料/板4/7在工作过程中绕轴2旋转。
现在参考图4,本发明的第三实施例由工具夹具1构成。工具夹具被物理地分成两个部分,用来容纳切削工具的前面的头部3和用来安装到制造机器中的后面的轴2。轴2和头部3通过粘弹性材料4彼此分开,粘弹性材料4通过胶粘接附到两个部分2、3中的每一个上,粘弹性材料4可以布置在切削工具于在工具夹具的前端的安装处和打算安装到制造机器中的区域之间的工具夹具上的任何位置。优选地,粘弹性材料4以图4中所示的方式布置在前端。在本实施例中,粘弹性材料4可以呈具有十分之几毫米厚度的薄片或带的形式,且也可以将它装接到支承材料如铝板上,支承材料借助于粘胶或类似物安装到部分2、3之一上。然后将粘弹性材料装接到另一个部分2、3上。
业已证明,如果工具夹具的轴设有优选地呈钻出的圆筒形式的空腔,则能进一步改善阻尼性质。
通过以合适的方式设计粘弹性材料,可以消除振动。
Claims (5)
1.一种工具夹具(1),它包括:
轴(2),其用来安装到制造机器中;和
头部(3),切削工具将布置在所述头部上;
其特征在于,所述工具夹具还包括粘弹性材料(4),其布置成使得所述工具夹具只通过该粘弹性材料(4)与所述制造机器接触,其中,至少在所述轴(2)的表面(5)上的用来与所述制造机器接触的那些部分设有所述粘弹性材料,
所述粘弹性材料(4)以所述粘弹性材料(4)包围所述轴(2)的所述表面(5)的方式装接在所述轴(2)的所述表面(5)上;
所述粘弹性材料(4)装接在接附于所述轴(2)的所述表面(5)的支承材料上;并且
金属管(6)同轴地布置在所述粘弹性材料(4)外部,用来在安装到所述制造机器中的过程中吸收压力和使压力均匀;
其中所述粘弹性材料(4)具有隆起部(8),所述隆起部布置在所述轴(2)的所述表面(5)中且沿其纵向轴线延伸的轨道(9)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的工具夹具,其特征在于,所述粘弹性材料(4)分成许多被螺纹拧到所述轴(2)上且彼此相邻布置的板(7)。
3.如权利要求2所述的工具夹具,其特征在于,所述板(7)被穿出孔。
4.如前述权利要求1所述的工具夹具,其特征在于,所述轴(2)设有空腔。
5.如权利要求4所述的工具夹具,其特征在于,所述空腔是钻出的圆筒。
