Abstract

本发明提供了一种带有弯曲接头的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构。根据本发明,在具有弯曲接头,使得直线进入阀体内部变得困难的曲轴箱压力控制阀的阀体上,形成有以后由堵塞密封的加工孔,因此允许通过使用滑动型芯金属模制的相对简单的方法在阀体内精确地形成旁通孔。

技术领域
本发明总体上涉及带有弯曲接头的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,且更具体地涉及一种曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,其中由于与阀体整体形成单一结构的弯曲接头,使得直线地进入阀体内部存在困难。
背景技术
曲轴箱压力控制阀(CCPCV)安装在通气软管与进气软管之间,在产生过度的进气负压时,起到抑制吹漏气经通气软管向进气软管的流动的作用。
在CCPCV的阀体上分别设置有连接到通气软管和进气软管上的接头。在阀体内设置有隔膜片,其由弹簧支撑,用以控制在连接到通气软管上的接头与连接到进气软管上的接头之间流动的吹漏气(blow-by gas)。
节流凸管(throttle boss)设置在围绕与进气软管连接的接头的位置上,并与隔膜片配合阻碍吹漏气的流动。
当进气负压突然增加时,隔膜片使弹簧变形并被拉向与进气软管连接的接头,因此关闭节流凸管上的节流孔,所以可以防止气缸盖罩和曲轴箱内的压力的突然降低。
在节流凸管上形成有旁通孔,以绕行可由隔膜片完全打开或关闭的节流孔。旁通孔可以防止隔膜片在共振时突然移动。
同时,连接到通气软管上的接头可与阀体一体形成。在此情况下,考虑到发动机室和其它外围部件的布局,接头可具有弯曲结构。该弯曲结构使直线地进入阀体内部变得困难。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了一种具有弯曲接头的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,该弯曲接头的形成考虑到了发动机室和其它外围部件的布局但使直线地进入阀体内部变得困难,本发明的实施例提供的结构使得,可在具有弯曲接头的曲轴箱压力控制阀的阀体中简单地形成旁通孔。
根据本发明的一个实施例的带有弯曲接头的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,包括具有上部开口的碗状阀体。盖板(cap)封闭阀体的上部。隔膜片安装在盖板的下部。进气软管接头从阀体的下部向下伸出,并连接到进气软管上。节流凸管从阀体的内部向上伸出并与进气软管接头连通,其中节流凸管的突出端形成朝向隔膜片的下部开口的节流孔。弯曲接头的形状为从阀体的侧壁向上倾斜延伸,并连接到通气软管上。旁通孔形成在节流凸管的侧壁上。加工孔形成于阀体的侧壁上,从而允许从阀体的外部直线地进入旁通孔内。堵塞将加工孔封闭。

具体实施方式
以下,将参考附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明。
参考图1和图2,根据本发明的曲轴箱压力控制阀,包括具有碗状的阀体1,其在上部开口。盖板3封闭阀体1的上部。隔膜片5安装在盖板3的下部。进气软管接头7设置在阀体1的下部,从阀体1向下伸出并连接到进气软管上。节流凸管11从阀体1的内部向上伸出,并与进气软管接头7相连通。节流凸管11的突出端形成朝向隔膜片5的下部开口的节流孔9。弯曲接头13以按一定角度向上延伸的方式设置在阀体1的侧表面上,并连接到通气软管上。旁通孔15形成在节流凸管11的侧壁上。在阀体1的侧壁上形成有加工孔17,以使外部工具能够沿直线进入旁通孔15内。堵塞19将加工孔17封闭。
此外,在隔膜片5与阀体1之间设置有盘簧21,使得盘簧21的内周与节流凸管11相接触。在图1中省略了盘簧21。
堵塞19通过熔接固定在阀体1上。
在如上所述构造的CCPCV中,弯曲接头13连接到从发动机的气缸盖罩延伸的通气软管上,且进气软管接头7连接到进气软管上。因此CCPCV控制,由进气软管中产生的负压引起的,从气缸盖罩的内部流经进气软管到燃烧室的吹漏气的流动。
在CCPCV中,阀体1与进气软管接头7和弯曲接头13整体形成。节流凸管11的旁通孔15是由通过加工孔17安装的滑动型芯形成的。
由于旁通孔15非常小,因此通过使用滑动型芯的方法以外的其它方法难以形成旁通孔15。
也就是说,加工孔17用于,使用滑动型芯来形成旁通孔15。
以此方式,在阀体1形成以后,将堵塞19装配到加工孔17内并熔合,从而将加工孔17封闭。
盖板3单独制成,在将盘簧21和隔膜片5安装在阀体1内之后,将盖板3连接到阀体1上以封闭阀体1的上部。
由上述显见,在具有弯曲接头,使得直线进入阀体内部变得困难的曲轴箱压力控制阀的阀体上,形成有以后由堵塞密封的加工孔,因此允许通过使用滑动型芯金属模制的相对简单的方法在阀体内精确地形成旁通孔。

Claims (3)

1.一种带有弯曲接头的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,包括:
具有碗状的阀体,其在上部开口;
盖板,封闭所述阀体的上部;
隔膜片,安装在所述盖板的下部;
进气软管接头,从所述阀体的下部向下伸出,并连接到进气软管上;
节流凸管,从所述阀体的内部向上伸出,并与所述进气软管接头连通,其中所述节流凸管的突出端形成朝向所述隔膜片的下部开口的节流孔;
弯曲接头,其形状为从所述阀体的侧壁向上倾斜延伸,并连接到通气软管上;
旁通孔,形成在所述节流凸管的侧壁上;
加工孔,形成在所述阀体的侧壁上,以便允许从阀体的外部直线地进入所述旁通孔内;和
堵塞,将所述加工孔封闭。
2.如权利要求1所述的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,其中在所述隔膜片与所述阀体之间设置有盘簧,所述盘簧的内周配合在所述节流凸管上。
3.如权利要求2所述的曲轴箱压力控制阀的结构,其中所述堵塞通过熔接固定在所述阀体上。
