技术领域
本发明涉及一种包括成像设备的成像系统和一种用于控制成像系统的操作的系统控制方法。
背景技术
日本专利公开号2004-193819提出一种成像系统,其中成像设备被安装在诸如主题公园的设施中的特定点处以便对客人成像,通过对客人成像所获得的图像数据例如被打印出来,并且随后能够将所打印的图像分发给客人。
发明内容
本发明还被应用于成像系统,以用于向客人分发图像,其中所述图像是通过借助于安装在诸如主题公园的设施中的成像设备对客人成像所获得的。需要一种能够为客人提供更多娱乐的成像系统。
出于对此需要的考虑,根据本发明的一个实施例的成像系统被如下配置:
首先,该实施例的成像系统至少包括提供给各个移动目标的终端、成像设备和管理设备。
该管理设备包括:管理装置,用于管理在该管理设备内的成组的多个特定终端;第一通信装置,用于在短距离物理通信覆盖区之内、在该成像设备和各组中的至少一个终端之间实施具有方向性的无线通信;第二通信装置,用于在各终端和该管理设备之间实施无线通信;第三通信装置,用于在该成像设备和该管理设备之间实施无线通信;执行成像操作的成像装置,通过该成像操作,在该成像设备和终端之间能够通过第一通信装置进行通信的状态下,该成像设备能够在对应于第一通信装置的通信范围的成像视场中获得摄影图像数据;以及通知装置,用于使目标终端和非目标终端二者(或者仅仅使预定的非目标终端)通知该成像装置将要执行成像操作和/或已经执行了成像操作,其中该目标终端充当能够通过第一通信装置与该成像设备进行通信的终端,该非目标终端充当与该目标终端属于同一组的除了该目标终端以外的预定的一个或多个终端。
在这个配置中,向属于同一组的非目标终端通知所述成像设备将要在所述终端(目标终端)上执行成像操作和/或已经执行了成像操作。
因为非目标终端如此被通知,所以与例如仅仅通知目标终端的情况相比较,使用该成像系统能够增加乐趣和便利性。

具体实施方式
下面将详细说明用于实施本发明的优选实施例(在下文中也称为实施例)。
图1图示了根据本实施例的成像系统的系统配置。在该例中,本实施例的成像系统被用在娱乐设施中,例如主题公园和游乐园。
如图1所示,本实施例的成像系统主要包括便携终端1、设施摄影机2以及包括服务器4的管理中心3。便携终端1对应于本发明的终端,设施摄影机2对应于本发明的成像设备,管理中心3中的服务器4对应于本发明的管理设备。
便携终端1由娱乐设施中的每个客人(目标)携带。例如,可以从娱乐设施的管理处租用便携终端1。图1示出客人A、B和C,他们分别携带便携终端1-1、1-2和1-3。租用便携终端1主要是为了能够通过将在后面描述的设施摄影机2来对客人成像。
设施摄影机2是被适当地安装在娱乐设施中的优选地对客人进行摄影的地点处的成像设备。例如,设施摄影机2能够在成像视场内对客人进行成像,其中所述成像视场包括对应于安装状态的成像区域Sar并且生成摄影图像的摄影图像数据。
管理中心3是用于执行对于本实施例的成像系统的一般控制的单元,其例如包括如图1所示的服务器4、登记器5和图像输出设备6。
登记器5例如包括诸如计算机的硬件。登记器5处理用于登记使用各便携终端1的客人的输入,并且将输入信息发送到服务器4。
图像输出设备6是诸如打印机的设备,所述打印机用于打印出存储在将在后面描述的服务器4中的摄影图像数据。
便携终端1、设施摄影机2和管理中心3中的服务器4构成成像系统,并且通过三个通信网络(设施内部网络CN1、设施-终端网络CN2和摄影机-终端网络CN3)彼此通信,其中每一个网络实现与预定设备的通信。
首先,设施内部网络CN1是用于在服务器4和安装在娱乐设施中的所有设施摄影机2之间进行通信的网络。该网络可以是无线通信网络或者有线通信网络。可以提供无线和有线通信。
设施-终端网络CN2是用于在服务器4和各便携终端1之间进行无线通信的网络。其通信距离(通信范围)被设置成使得服务器4和娱乐设施内的各便携终端1能够进行通信。
摄影机-终端网络CN3是用于在其中一个设施摄影机2和便携终端1之间进行短程无线通信的网络。
关于摄影机-终端CN3中的各设施摄影机2的通信范围来设置方向性,以便能够与位于成像区域Sar内的便携终端1进行通信,其中成像区域Sar对应于为设施摄影机2设置的成像视场。将所述通信距离设置成预定的短距离(例如大约几米或十几米)。
换句话说,摄影机-终端CN3被放置于设施摄影机2的成像视场内,并且在特定短距离内允许设施摄影机2和便携终端1之间进行通信。这意味着当携带便携终端1的客人来到成像视场内与设施摄影机2相距一定距离内时,便携终端1和设施摄影机2之间能够进行通信。
对于实现这些通信网络的实际通信模式没有特别限制。对于设施内部网络CN1而言,当前有多种模式的电缆LAN和无线LAN可用,对于设施-终端网络CN2而言也有多种模式的无线LAN可用。例如,即使当设施内部网络CN1和设施-终端网络CN2应用相同的无线LAN标准时,也可以通过执行多点传送和单点传送通信来防止设施内部网络CN1和设施-终端网络CN2之间的干扰。
此外,无线LAN能够被用于摄影机-终端网络CN3。也可以使用蓝牙、UWB(超宽带)以及其他技术。
参考图1,下面将讨论使用如此配置的成像系统的方法。
由娱乐设施的管理处有偿或无偿将便携终端1出租给客人。如图1所示的三个客人A、B和C例如是一起参观主题公园的朋友。客人A、B和C进入主题公园,并且决定借用便携终端1。当客人A、B和C申请租用便携终端1-1、1-2和1-3时,登记器5进行登记,以便使便携终端1-1、1-2和1-3分别对应于客人A、B和C。因为客人A、B和C是一组朋友,因此被租借给客人A、B和C的三个便携终端1-1、1-2和1-3被作为一组来登记以便管理。
通过例如输入到计算机来由登记器5登记各便携终端1。可以采取各种方式输入。例如,娱乐设施的工作人员可以输入包括分配给便携终端1的编号(终端)的必要项目。或者,可以通过读取器来读取附着到便携终端1上的IC标签或者附着到客人的入场券上的IC标签,以便输入和获取必要信息。
完成登记的客人A、B和C带着便携终端1-1、1-2和1-3在娱乐设施内四处走动。
在这种情况下,设施摄影机2对客人进行摄影的地方例如是娱乐设施中对客人具有吸引力和适合纪念性摄影的特色地点。被租借给客人便携终端1主要用于引导客人去到由设施摄影机2进行摄影和成像的地方(成像区域Sar)。因此,便携终端1具有显示部分,在该显示部分上,以预定显示模式显示用于引导客人前往成像区域的引导图像(比如地图)。客人浏览该引导图像,并且在设施中移动,同时搜寻想要的成像区域。在这种情况下,在成像区域Sar中所拍摄的摄影图像被编辑为像册并被分发给客人。
所述成像区域Sar是一个物理地点或者位置范围,其是通过限制目标的位置范围来生成的,以便在视场内的适当构图中拍摄主要目标(客人),其中所述视场几乎落在相应设施摄影机2的摄影图像框架内。换句话说,各成像点是由设施摄影机2成像并拍摄的客人的站立位置的范围。
在这种情况下,客人A与客人B、C分开。因为A希望在对应于设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar中独自摄影,所以客人A与客人B、C分开。
当客人A根据显示在便携终端1-1上的引导图像在所述设施内移动时,客人A来到距离对应于设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar的特定距离内。
如上所述,关于设施摄影机2-1,根据对应于设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar设置通信的方向性和通信距离。当客人A接近对应于设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar时,由客人A所携带的便携终端1-1落在设施摄影机2-1的通信范围内。从而通过摄影机-终端网络CN3新建立便携终端1-1和设施摄影机2-1之间的通信。
在本实施例中,当如上在便携终端1和设施摄影机2之间新建立通信时,执行预定的设备操作,以便正确引导携带便携终端1的客人来到成像区域Sar(向客人通知成像区域的位置)。
所述引导操作可以具有某些模式,并且将在下面讨论引导操作的例子。例如,采用至少一个例子或者对两个或多个例子进行组合。
在第一个例子中,当成像区域较暗时,通过发光设备对客人所站的成像区域Sar进行照明。
可选择地,从便携终端1中输出的声音向客人通知成像区域Sar的存在。例如间歇地输出短促的蜂鸣电子声音,并且根据与成像区域Sar的距离改变输出电子声音之间的时间间隔。例如,当客人更接近成像区域Sar时,缩短输出电子声音之间的时间间隔。
可选择地,包括在便携终端1中的LED(发光二极管)闪烁,并且根据与成像区域Sar的距离改变闪烁之间的时间间隔。
可选择地,间歇性地操作包括在便携终端1中的振动器,并且根据与成像区域Sar的距离改变振动之间的时间间隔。
可选择地,包括在便携终端1中的显示部分以预定显示模式显示与成像区域Sar的距离。
可选择地,通过摄影机-终端网络CN3把由设施摄影机2在该时间拍摄的移动摄影图像(监视器图像)发送给便携终端1。在便携终端1上显示所接收的监视器图像。携带便携终端1的客人将所显示的监视器图像与客人的周围环境进行比较,以便搜寻可以将客人定位在对应于该监视器图像的视场内的位置。
例如,客人A跟随如此提供的引导,从而客人A能够被正确地定位在设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar内,并且能够将其作为主要目标以预定构图通过设施摄影机2-1进行成像。如后面将描述的那样,当系统判定该状态出现时,该系统执行成像操作。
在本实施例中,在成像操作之前,携带便携终端1-1的客人A被通知将要执行成像操作。
在所述通知操作中,可以向客人A通知将要执行成像操作。在本实施例中,向客人A通知实际将执行摄影操作的时间。
可以将与引导到成像区域Sar相同的操作应用于通知成像时间。
换句话说,从便携终端1输出的声音向客人A通知成像的时间。例如,间歇性地输出短促的蜂鸣电子声音。当客人A接近成像时间时,缩短输出电子声音之间的时间间隔。
可选择地,包括在便携终端1中的LED闪烁。当客人A接近成像时间时,缩短闪烁之间的时间间隔。
可选择地,间歇性地操作包括在便携终端1中的振动器,当客人A接近成像时间时,缩短振动之间的时间间隔。
可选择地,在包括在便携终端1中的显示部分上以预定显示模式显示成像时间之前的时间。除了这样的显示之外,还显示由设施摄影机2拍摄的监视器图像,以便很容易地识别所拍摄的客人的状态。此时,可以与成像时间一起显示(或者作为声音输出)用于在最佳构图中对客人进行成像的引导,例如一则“您处于...的摄影点,请与...拍照”的消息。
在向客人通知成像时间的同时,可以在例如设施摄影机2-1中执行自动聚焦,以便获得适当的聚焦状态,在该状态中客人作为主目标被聚焦。用于实现自动聚焦的技术可以是包括反差方法(contrast method)在内的公知技术。
此外,当使用LED、振动器、声音等等以用于通知成像时间时,通知装置优选地不同于用于引导到成像区域Sar的装置。例如,当LED被用于引导时,优选地使用振动器或声音来通知成像时间,当以相同的方式提供所述引导和通知时,很难分辨是将客人引导到成像区域还是向客人通知成像时间。
当如上向客人通知成像时间并且达到该时间时,设施摄影机2-1执行成像操作。因为客人A在该时刻位于成像区域Sar内,所以在没有超出预定构图的情况下对客人A进行成像。此外,因为已经用上述方式向客人A通知了成像时间,所以在不会突然进行拍摄的情况下,客人A能够为成像时间摆好姿势。这样,客人能够容易地获得想要的摄影图像,而不是无用的图像。
当设施摄影机2-1执行成像操作时,在设施摄影机2-1中生成图像数据文件。该图像数据文件包括从各摄影图像产生的摄影图像数据。该图像数据文件的结构示例将在后面进行描述。该图像数据文件由静态图像数据和报头构成,其中所述静态图像数据是以预定格式、预定分辨率从各摄影图像中产生的,所述报头包括必要的信息,例如文件ID和在成像期间通过摄影机-终端网络CN3传送的便携终端1的终端ID。然而,在本发明的概念下,在图像数据文件中的摄影图像数据可以是运动图像数据,并且可以基于设施摄影机2-1的配置来产生作为运动图像的摄影图像数据(在后面描述)。
然后,设施摄影机2-1将所产生的图像数据文件经过摄影机-终端网络CN3发送给便携终端1-1,并且将摄影图像数据通过设施内部网络CN1发送给服务器4。
接收了来自设施摄影机2-1的图像数据文件的便携终端1-1在其中存储所接收的图像数据文件。此外,便携终端1-1在它的显示部分上显示所接收的图像数据文件中的摄影图像数据。当观看所显示的摄影图像数据时,客人A能够确认在设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar内完成成像,以及确认摄影结果。
接收了来自设施摄影机2-1的图像数据文件的服务器4在其中存储该图像数据文件。此外,该服务器4将通知信息发送给与客人A属于同一组的客人B和C所携带的便携终端1-2和1-3,以便向他们通知设施摄影机2-1已经对客人A(便携终端1-1)进行了成像。接收了所述通知的便携终端1-2和1-3以预定的输出模式执行通知操作,以便向携带便携终端1-2和1-3的用户(客人B和C)通知设施摄影机2-1已经对客人A进行了成像。
在本实施例的所述通知操作中,在便携终端1-2和1-3的显示部分上显示由设施摄影机2-1所拍摄的客人A的摄影图像。通过例如显示一则“...先生/小姐(客人A)已经在…(设施摄影机2-1的成像区域Sar)被拍摄”的消息或者输出该消息的声音来提供所述通知。
对于这样的通知,当将所述通知信息发送给便携终端1-2和1-3时,服务器4将包括已经从设施摄影机2-1发送来的图像数据文件的通知信息发送给便携终端1-2和1-3。便携终端1-2和1-3显示来自所发送的图像数据文件中的摄影图像数据。此外,便携终端1-2和1-3可以在其中存储已经被如此发送的图像数据文件。如下输出所述字符或声音消息:从例如存储在服务器4中的终端管理信息等识别客人A的姓名,指定对应于已经发送了所述图像数据文件的设施摄影机2的位置,以及基于所指定的信息产生作为消息的显示字符数据或者合成声音。
在这种通知模式中,携带便携终端1的客人可能常常未能发现所显示的图像。因此所述通知优选地是声音、振动器的振动以及LED的闪烁和发光的组合。
根据本实施例,当形成一个组的多个便携终端1当中的一个能够与设施摄影机2进行通信并且成像操作被执行时,属于该同一组中的其他便携终端1也被通知成像完成。因此,与仅仅向由设施摄影机2进行成像的便携终端1通知成像完成的情况相比,更加增强了娱乐性。
例如,在本实施例中的娱乐设施中,一组当中的多个客人可以移入两个或更多组中。在这种情况下,当同一组中的成员在远离其他成员的成像区域Sar内被成像并且其他成员被通知成像完成时,其他成员能够识别被成像的该成员的周围环境,从而增加了娱乐性。另外,在本实施例中,对于在成像区域Sar中完成成像的通知包含显示摄影图像,从而进一涉增强了娱乐性。
根据上述的解释,本实施例的便携终端1至少存储已经由设施摄影机2为携带便携终端1的客人所拍摄的摄影图像的图像数据文件,或者已经由设施摄影机2为属于同一组并且携带便携终端1的其他客人所拍摄的摄影图像的图像数据文件。
本实施例的便携终端1能够响应于预定操作来显示如上存储的图像数据文件的列表。例如,将包括在存储于便携终端1中的图像数据文件内的摄影图像数据内容显示为缩略图列表。例如,以预定的显示模式提供用户界面显示,以用于将每个缩略图(图像数据文件)指定为对于将被分发给用户的相册所必须的照片。
因此,客人使得其所携带的便携终端1显示所述列表,并且在观看所显示的图像的同时指定(放置复选标记)将被包括在相册中的照片。对于该操作可以利用各种GUI(图形用户界面)配置。显示复选框以便与缩略图相对应,以及在将被包括在相册内的缩略图的复选框上放置复选标记。然后,便携终端1通过设施-终端网络CN2向服务器4发送命令,该命令用于请求登记已经被指定为将被包括在该相册中的图像数据文件。
如上所述,服务器4接收并存储通过设施摄影机2的成像操作所获取的图像数据文件。响应于接收到如上发送的登记请求命令,服务器4管理发送了该命令的便携终端1(客人)和所请求的图像数据文件,同时在该便携终端1和所述图像数据文件之间建立对应性。
例如,当离开娱乐设施时,有偿地或无偿地向客人提供相册。该相册是从各图像数据文件(摄影图像数据)中打印出的照片的集合,其已经由客人从所述显示列表中登记。
诸如打印操作这样的操作(其中图像数据被作为照片输出以产生相册)涉及服务器4和图像输出设备6之间的接口。具体来说,例如当向客人A提供相册时,将客人A的ID(例如和借给客人A的便携终端1的ID)输入到图像输出设备6。服务器4从所存储的图像数据文件中选择对应于所输入的ID的图像数据文件,并且将该图像数据文件发送给图像输出设备6。图像输出设备6打印出例如已经从服务器4发送来的该图像数据文件中的各摄影图像,以便产生相册。然后,将最终产生的相册提供给客人A。作为对于相册的替换,可以将图像数据文件(摄影图像数据)存储在预定介质中,并且将其提供给客人。
也可以向本例的便携终端1提供诸如数字静物摄影机(或者数字视频摄影机)的成像设备的功能。在这种情况下,通过便携终端1的成像操作所获得的图像数据(图像数据文件)也可以被存储在便携终端1中。在娱乐设施中,客人能够像普通摄影机那样使用其所携带的便携终端1,并且享受拍摄照片和视频的乐趣。由便携终端1所拍摄(成像)的图像也可以例如作为相册或者存储在介质中的图像而被提供给客人。
此外,由便携终端1所成像和存储的图像数据文件(摄影图像数据)可以通过各便携终端1之间的通信而被发送和接收,并且还可以被存储在另一端的便携终端1中。因此,当成员请求其他组的成员拍照时,不必将摄影机递给所述其他组的成员。首先通过其他组成员所携带的便携终端拍摄照片,然后将其发送到另一端,从而另一端的成员的照片能够被存储在另一端的便携终端1中。
下面将描述用于实现图1的系统操作的技术结构的例子。
图2示出便携终端1的结构实例的框图。
图2的便携终端1包括成像部分11。成像部分11包括例如用于成像的光学系统以及诸如CCD和CMOS传感器的图像拾取设备。该图像拾取设备把从该光学系统获得的摄影图像光转换为电信号,并且将其输出给图像信号处理部分12。
在图像信号处理部分12中,所输入的摄影图像光的电信号受到诸如增益校正的预定处理,并且被转换为数字信号。之后,对该信号执行包括预定编码/解码的数字图像信号处理。
例如,通过编码生成作为预定格式的数字图像数据文件的摄影图像。能够在控制部分15的控制下通过例如数据总线来传输如此产生的数字图像数据文件,并且将其存储在存储部分16中。当在显示部分17上显示存储在存储部分16中的数字图像数据文件时,图像信号处理部分12执行对应于所述编码方法的必要解码,并且将图像数据传输给显示部分17。然后,在显示部分17上显示所输入的图像数据的图像。
设施-终端通信部分13是包括用于通过设施-终端网络CN2进行通信的硬件设备的部件。在娱乐设施中,设施-终端网络CN2允许在服务器4和便携终端1之间进行无线通信,并且将设施-终端通信部分13配置成允许进行这样的无线通信。
摄影机-终端通信部分14是用于允许通过摄影机-终端网络CN3进行通信的部件。控制部分15也控制各通信部分的操作。如上所述,摄影机-终端网络CN3能够在其中设施摄影机2和位于该设施摄影机2的定向范围内的便携终端1之间进行短距离无线通信,并且响应于这样的通信来配置该摄影机-终端通信部分14。
控制部分15被配置为例如微型计算机,其包括CPU(中央处理单元)、ROM和RAM,并且在便携终端1中执行多种控制处理。例如,CPU实际运行存储在ROM中的程序,以便能够实现控制部分15的控制处理。
假设为每个便携终端1提供唯一的ID(终端ID)。各终端ID被存储在ROM中,从而各终端ID被存储在控制部分15中。
如上所述,存储部分16是用于存储图像数据文件等等的部件。存储部分16的具体配置不应当被特别限制,但是优选地使用可重写设备。目前,可以使用诸如闪存存储器和HDD(硬盘驱动器)的非易失性存储器设备。例如,存储部分16可以是在便携终端1中固定的不可交换的部分,并且可以包括预定的可移动存储介质和对应于该存储介质的驱动器。
显示部分17是包括预定显示设备的部件。显示部分17根据控制部分15的控制而被驱动,以便显示图像。由于本实施例的显示部分17显示摄影图像,所以优选地使用足以显示摄影图像的显示设备。目前,可以使用液晶显示器等等。
声音输出部分18是用于输出例如由控制部分15合成的电子声音或者合成的人声的部件。控制部分15将例如要从声音输出部分18中输出的声音数据(音频信号数据)经由数据总线传输到声音输出部分18。声音输出部分18接收所传输的音频信号数据、通过DA转换等等放大该数据并且最后通过扬声器把该数据作为声音输出。
在这种情况下,操作部分19共同指示包括在便携终端1中的各操作元件和操作信息信号输出部件,其中所述操作信息信号输出部件响应于各操作元件的操作产生并输出操作信息信号。当显示部分17的显示屏是触摸板时,该触摸板的配置也被包括在操作部分19中。
响应于构成操作部分19的操作元件等等的操作而产生的操作信息信号被输入到控制部分15。控制部分15响应于所输入的操作信息信号来执行必要的控制处理。
通知功能部分20是具有向用户通知待通知事项的功能的部件,其通过除了在显示部分17上进行显示和从声音输出部分18输出声音之外的其他方式进行通知。在本实施例中,例如提供振动器20a或LED 20b。
控制部分15控制通知功能部分20的通知操作。例如,当把振动器20a作为通知功能部分20操作时,控制部分15根据使振动器20a振动的方式来输出用于使振动器20a振动的控制信号。响应于该控制信号,振动器20a驱动该振动器的电动机,以便使振动器20a振动。
图3示出设施摄影机2的结构实例的框图。
设施摄影机2也包括成像部分21和图像信号处理部分22。同样,在本例中,成像部分21包括用于成像的光学系统以及诸如CCD和CMOS传感器的图像拾取设备。该图像拾取设备将从该光学系统获得的摄影图像光转换为电信号,并且将其输出到图像信号处理部分22。
在图像信号处理部分22中,所输入的摄影图像光的电信号受到诸如增益校正的预定处理,并其被转换为数字信号。在此之后,对该信号执行包括预定编码的数字图像信号处理。通过编码产生作为预定格式的数字图像数据文件的摄影图像。
设施内部通信部分23是包括允许通过设施内部网络CN1进行通信的硬件的部件。摄影机-终端通信部分24是用于允许通过摄影机-终端网络CN3进行通信的部件。通过摄影机-终端网络CN3,应当根据对应于成像区域Sar的方向性和距离在设施摄影机2和便携终端之间实施无线通信。因此,在设施内部通信部分23中,对方向性和无线电场强度等进行设置,以便允许进行受到对应于成像区域Sar的方向性和对应于成像区域Sar的固定范围内的距离的限制的无线通信。
控制部分25例如被配置为微型计算机,其包括CPU(中央处理单元)、ROM和RAM,并且在设施摄影机2中执行各种控制处理。
假设也为每个设施摄影机2提供唯一的ID(摄影机ID)。各摄影机ID被存储在内部ROM中,从而在控制部分25中存储各摄影机ID。
在设施摄影机2中包括照明驱动部分26和发光设备27,在如图1所解释的情况下,通过充当到成像区域Sar的引导的照明来指示成像区域Sar的位置。
照明驱动部分26驱动发光设备27,以便根据控制部分25的控制对光进行开/关。
图4示出服务器4的结构实例的框图。
在本例中,存储部分41具有相对较大的容量,因为必须在预定周期内至少存储通过娱乐设施中的各设施摄影机的成像操作获得的图像数据文件。例如,目前的存储部分41可以包括诸如HDD的存储设备。虽然存储部分41被表示为单个块,但是在实际的配置中可以将多个存储设备连接在一起。
如后面所要描述的那样,存储部分41还存储用于管理所出租的便携终端1的终端管理信息。
设施内部通信部分42包括允许通过设施内部网络CN1进行通信的硬件。设施-终端通信部分43包括允许通过设施-终端网络CN2进行通信的硬件。
控制部分44包括由CPU、ROM和RAM构成的计算机,并且在服务器4中执行各种控制处理。
接口45包括用于将数据传输到例如与管理中心3中的服务器4相连接的登记器5和图像输出设备6的硬件。
图5A示意性地示出存储在服务器4的存储部分41中的终端管理信息的结构实例。
所述终端管理信息是信息(终端信息)的集合,其中,对于各便携终端1的各终端ID当中的每一个而言,组ID、用户信息和文件链接信息被彼此关联在一起。终端ID是为每个便携终端1指定的唯一ID(标识符)。组ID是根据预定规则分配给由具有终端ID的便携终端1构成的每一组的唯一ID。在图1中,便携终端1-1、1-2和1-3形成一组,并且为该组分配单独的组ID。通过以预定的结构存储关于携带相应ID的便携终端1的用户(客人)的必要信息来形成用户信息。组成用户信息的各信息项例如包括用户的姓名、生日和年龄。
如图5(b)所示,通过存储各图像数据文件的文件ID来形成文件链接信息,其中已经从具有相应ID的便携终端1请求对所述图像数据文件进行登记以便存储。
当把便携终端1租借给客人并且由登记器5执行输入以便进行登记时,在终端管理信息中新登记包括终端ID、组ID、用户信息和文件链接信息的终端信息。
图6示出图像数据文件的结构实例。为了进行确认,通过设施摄影机2的成像操作来产生图像数据文件。如图6所示,所述图像数据文件例如包括报头和跟在报头之后充当实际数据的图像数据(摄影图像数据)。
在本例中,通过以预定结构存储文件ID、目标的终端ID和各种附加信息来形成报头。
文件ID是分配给每个文件的唯一标识符。在本实施例中,当设施摄影机2生成图像数据文件时产生文件ID,因此必须避免为多个设施摄影机2生成的文件ID之间的重叠。为了这个目的,例如文件ID可以包括诸如对应于每个设施摄影机2的摄影机ID的唯一值。
目标的终端ID是便携终端1的终端ID,当执行成像以产生当前图像数据文件时,启用该ID与设施摄影机2进行通信。
所述附加信息是包括例如文件创建日期和时间、图像数据的格式以及文件大小的各种必要信息。
图像数据是在执行成像以产生当前图像数据文件时基于摄影图像所获得的摄影图像数据。
图7示出用于实现将由设施摄影机2执行的操作的处理的流程图。例如,当设施摄影机2的控制部分25运行所存储的程序以便被安装在内部ROM中时,可以获得图7的处理。
首先,如步骤S101所示,设施摄影机2准备通过摄影机-终端CN3与便携终端1新建立连接。如图1所说明的那样,当客人携带便携终端1进入对应于成像区域Sar的通信范围时,执行处理以便在设施摄影机2的摄影机-终端通信部分24和便携终端1的摄影机-终端通信部分14之间建立通信。因此,在步骤S101中得到肯定的判定结果,并且所述处理前进到S102。
在步骤S102中,执行处理以便获取在其中建立通信的便携终端1的终端ID以及获取必要的设置信息。对于这个处理,设施摄影机2将来自摄影机-终端通信部分24的命令发送给便携终端1,以便请求发送终端ID和设置信息。
图8的流程图示出便携终端1响应于命令的发送所执行的处理。当便携终端1的控制部分15运行存储在内部ROM中的程序时,也实现图8的处理。
在图8中,首先在步骤S201中,便携终端1准备接收从设施摄影机2发送的用于请求发送终端ID和设置信息的命令。当摄影机-终端通信部分14接收到该命令并且通过例如数据总线将其传输给控制部分15时,执行步骤S202的处理。换句话说,响应于该命令,执行控制以便从摄影机-终端通信部分14发送所述终端ID和设置信息。由设施摄影机2接收被如此发送的终端ID和设置信息,以便完成图7的步骤S102的处理。
在这种情况下,在步骤S102的处理中所获得的设置信息包括用于设置应当接收或拒绝设施摄影机2的摄影(成像)的摄影允许/禁止信息。响应于用于允许/禁止摄影的操作,能够设置摄影允许/禁止信息的内容。由客人对便携终端1执行该操作。
因此,在接下来的步骤S103中,参考在步骤S102中所获得的设置信息中的摄影允许/禁止信息来判定是否拒绝摄影。在表明拒绝摄影的肯定判定结果的情况下,所述处理完成。在表明允许摄影的否定判定结果的情况下,所述处理前进到步骤S104。
在步骤S104中,在需要时执行用于引导到成像区域Sar的处理。
在图1中的说明中,讨论了关于将客人正确引导到成像区域Sar的系统操作的一些例子。步骤S104的处理随着引导操作而变化。
例如,在发光设备照明成像区域Sar中的站立位置的情况下,控制部分15控制照明驱动部分26以便打开发光设备27。
此外,在便携终端1通过声音、LED、振动器等等来引导客人的情况下,在步骤S104中设施摄影机2控制便携终端1,以便在便携终端1上执行引导。对于该处理,例如设施摄影机2中的摄影机-终端通信部分24检测所接收的场强度。利用所接收到的场强度,把当前与设施摄影机2进行通信的便携终端1与到成像区域Sar的距离相关联。然后,根据所检测到的所接收的场强度来设置输出电子声音之间的时间间隔、LED的闪烁之间的时间间隔、振动器的振动之间的时间间隔等等,并且从摄影机-终端通信部分24发送命令,以便根据所设置的时间间隔来输出电子声音或者驱动LED 20b或振动器20a。便携终端1响应于该命令来控制声音输出部分18、通知功能部分20(振动器20a、LED 20b)等等,以便由便携终端1执行用于引导的预定操作。
或者,根据由设施摄影机2检测到的所接收的场强度来估计到成像区域Sar的距离,并且向便携终端1通知所估计的距离,以及对其进行指示以便显示该距离。便携终端1通过使用所通知的距离信息以预定显示模式显示到成像区域Sar的距离。
或者,关于当前由设施摄影机2所成像的图像(监视器图像)的数据通过摄影机-终端网络CN3被发送给便携终端1。便携终端1解码所发送来的关于该监视器图像的数据,并且在显示部分17上将该数据显示为引导图像。
在执行步骤S104的处理的同时,设施摄影机2在步骤S105等待这样一个状态:其中,便携终端1进入对应于成像区域Sar的通信半径,并且携带便携终端1的客人能够作为目标而被成像。当在步骤S105中获得关于便携终端1进入对应于成像区域Sar的通信半径的肯定判定结果时,所述处理前进到步骤S106及后面的步骤。
在步骤S106中,设置成像等待模式。例如,从设置了成像等待模式开始经过了固定时间之后,执行设施摄影机2的成像操作。当在步骤S106中设置成像等待模式时,通过摄影机-终端网络CN3向便携终端1通知该成像等待模式的启动,这在下面的步骤S107的处理中指示。
图9示出便携终端1响应于步骤S107中的通知所执行的处理。
在图9中,首先,在步骤S301中,便携终端1等待接收成像等待模式的通知。当判定该通知已经被接收时,所述处理前进到步骤S302。
在步骤S302中执行必要的处理,以便向用户(客人)通知通过便携终端1进行成像的时间。
与步骤S104中的处理一样,步骤S302的处理随着对于成像时间的通知而变化。例如,假设当在设施摄影机2中设置了成像等待模式时,对于该成像等待模式的通知被接收。当闪烁LED以通知成像时间直到成像时刻时,每当过去了预定时间就将LED的闪烁间隔缩短预定时间。在成像时刻,LED的闪烁停止。
说明回到图7。
在步骤S107中向便携终端1通知了成像等待模式之后,设施摄影机2在步骤S108中等待预定等待时间的过去,直到步骤S108中的成像时刻。在实际的操作中,在等待时间期间可以控制成像部分21以便执行自动聚焦控制、自动曝光控制等等。
当在步骤S108中判定该等待时间已经过去并且设施摄影机2达到成像时刻时,所述处理前进到步骤S109,成像部分21和图像信号处理部分22被控制,由成像部分21执行成像操作,并且由图像信号处理部分22处理对应于从成像部分21获得的摄影图像的信号,以便获得摄影图像数据。然后,通过将报头添加到如此获得的摄影图像数据上来产生图像数据文件。
在接下来的步骤S110中,通过摄影机-终端网络CN3把在步骤S109中所产生的图像数据文件发送到便携终端1。此外,如接下来的步骤S111中所示,通过设施内部网络CN1把在步骤S109中所产生的图像数据文件发送到服务器4。
在已经在步骤S110的处理中从设施摄影机2接收了所述图像数据文件的便携终端1中,在控制部分15的控制下,将所接收的图像数据文件存储在存储部分16中,以便以预定的管理格式来管理该文件。
图10示出服务器4响应于在步骤S111中从设施摄影机2发送图像数据文件而执行的处理。
在图10中,首先在步骤S401中,服务器4等待接收所述图像数据文件,该图像数据文件是在步骤S111的处理中从设施摄影机2发送来的。在关于接收到该图像数据文件的肯定判定结果的情况下,所述处理前进到步骤S402及后面的步骤。
在步骤S402中,在存储部分41中存储已经在步骤S401中接收到的图像数据文件,以便以预定的管理格式来管理该文件。
在接下来的步骤S403中,参考在步骤S402中新存储在存储部分41中的图像数据文件的报头(图6),识别由该报头所表示的目标的终端ID。
随后,在步骤S404的处理中,参考存储在存储部分41中的终端管理信息来获得与在步骤S403中识别的终端ID属于同一组的终端ID。对于这个处理,例如对具有图5的结构的终端管理信息进行搜索,以便找到存储有在步骤S403中被识别的终端ID的终端信息。然后,对该终端管理信息进行搜索,以便找到存储有与在所述终端信息中存储的组ID相同的组ID的另一终端信息,并且获得存储在该另一终端信息中的终端ID。
在接下来的步骤S405中,对设施-终端通信部分43进行控制,以便通过设施-终端网络CN2来呼叫在步骤S404中所获得的终端ID。
具有在步骤S404中所获得的终端ID的便携终端1对步骤S405的呼叫做出响应。对所述呼叫做出响应的便携终端1在图1的说明中是便携终端1-2和1-3。当便携终端1对所述呼叫进行响应并且在便携终端1和服务器4之间正确地执行必要的事务时,在便携终端1和服务器4之间通过设施-终端网络CN2建立连接。
在步骤S406中,服务器4等待建立连接。当判定连接被建立时,所述处理前进到步骤S407。
在步骤S407中,响应于步骤S406,将其他终端摄影通知信息发送给为之建立连接的便携终端1。所述其他终端摄影通知信息是用于向一组中的携带便携终端1的其他客人通知已经由设施摄摄影机2对该组中的一个客人(便携终端1)进行了成像的信息。在图1的说明中,所述其他终端摄影通知信息是用于向便携终端1-2和1-3通知已经由设施摄影机2对便携终端1-1进行了拍摄(成像)的信息。
在本实施例中,如图1的说明中所讨论的那样,伴随着对摄影图像的显示,向其他便携终端1通知已经由设施摄影机2对其中一个便携终端1进行了成像。因此,在步骤S407中,执行用于发送所述其他终端摄影通知信息的处理,以便实现这样的通知模式。
在这种情况下,读取在步骤S401和S402中被接收并被存储在存储部分41中的图像数据文件,并且该图像数据文件被包括在所述其他终端摄影通知信息的结构中。此时,在必要时可以改变将被包括在所述其他终端摄影通知信息中的图像数据文件的格式、结构等等。然后,存储用于通知便携终端1已经作为目标被成像的命令,同时充当目标的便携终端1的终端ID(在步骤S403中被识别)和所述图像数据文件等等被用作操作对象。该命令被包括在所述信息的结构中,以便生成所述其他终端摄影通知信息。
图11的流程图示出在便携终端1上指定用于列表显示的图像数据文件或者取消所述指定的处理。
例如,当用户(客人)在操作部分19上执行预定操作以便显示列表时,控制部分15在步骤S501中启动用于显示该列表的控制。
在步骤S501的实际处理中,例如便携终端1的控制部分15从存储部分16中读取用于列表显示的图像数据文件,并且生成该图像数据文件的(摄影)图像数据的缩略图,同时在必要时使用图像信号处理部分12的预定信号处理功能。然后,控制部分15通过使用所产生的缩略图来生成用于列表显示的显示图像数据,并且对显示部分17进行控制以便根据所述显示图像数据来显示图像。
在如此提供的列表显示中,如上所描述,显示对应于每个缩略图的复选框等,以便能够指定将被包括在相册中的照片。在步骤S502中,判定是否执行所述指定(例如,标记复选框)。此外,判定是否取消所述指定(例如,复选框被去标记)。简而言之,在步骤S502中判定是否指定将被包括在相册中的照片,或者判定是否取消所述指定。
在表明没有在步骤S502中执行所述指定或取消的判定结果的情况下,跳过步骤S503的处理,所述处理前进到步骤S504中。相反地,在表明已经执行了所述指定或取消的判定结果的情况下,所述处理前进到步骤S503,以便执行用于改变在所述列表显示上的指令显示的显示控制,从而使得所述显示反映已经通过在步骤S502中执行所述指定或取消而改变了的设置内容。例如,当在步骤S502中判定在列表显示中标记对应于缩略图的复选框时,在步骤S503中显示带有标记的该复选框。在步骤S503的处理完成时,所述处理前进到步骤S504。
在步骤S504中,判定是否在操作部分19上执行用于确认所述指定或取消的操作设置内容的预定确认操作。在否定判定结果的情况下,所述处理返回到步骤S501中。在肯定判定结果的情况下,所述处理前进到步骤S505。
在步骤S505中,对步骤S504的确认处的设置内容和先前确认处的设置内容进行相互比较,并且识别关于所述设置内容的差异信息。然后,根据该差异信息产生用于请求图像登记/注销的信息(命令),并且通过设施-终端网络CN2将其发送给服务器4。
例如,假设在先前确认的设置内容中将三个图像数据文件A、B和C指定为将被包括在相册中的照片,而在当前设置内容中将图像数据文件A、C和D指定为将被包括在相册中的照片。在这种情况下,获得“注销图像数据文件B的登记并且新登记图像数据文件D”的差异信息。因此,根据所述差异信息生成用于请求注销图像数据文件B的登记的命令和用于请求新登记图像数据文件D的命令,以便作为用于请求图像登记/注销的信息。这些命令包括用于指示图像数据文件的新登记或注销以及充当源的便携终端1的终端ID的信息。此外,所述命令包括将被新登记或注销的图像数据文件的文件ID。然后,这些命令被传送到设施-终端通信部分13,并且通过设施-终端网络CN2被发送到服务器4。
当在操作部分19上执行用于终止列表显示的预定操作(未示出)时,终止在显示部分17上的列表显示,并且完成图11的处理。
图12的流程图示出服务器4响应于如上发送的图像登记/注销请求信息的处理。
在图12中,首先在步骤S601中,服务器4等待通过设施-终端网络CN2接收所述图像登记/注销请求信息。当接收到该图像登记/注销清求信息时,所述处理前进到步骤S602。
在步骤S602中,获得所述源的便携终端1的终端ID和图像登记/注销的目标文件的文件ID。所述终端ID和文件ID被包括在所接收的图像登记/注销请求信息的结构中。
在接下来的步骤S603中,对存储在存储部分41中的终端管理信息进行搜索,以便找到对应于在步骤S602中获取的终端ID的终端信息,并且读取存储在所取回的终端信息中的文件链接信息。
在步骤S604中,基于在步骤S602中所获取的文件ID来更新该文件链接信息。换句话说,当在步骤S601中所接收的请求信息指示登记时,执行编辑,以便把在步骤S602中所获取的文件ID添加到该文件链接信息中。当在步骤S601中所接收的请求信息指示注销登记时,执行编辑,以便把在步骤S602中所获取的文件ID从该文件链接信息中删除。
当产生由设施摄影机2所拍摄的照片的相册时,例如,包括由请求该相册的客人所携带的便携终端的名字或ID的用户信息被用作搜索条件,并且从所述终端管理信息中取回对应于该客人的终端信息。然后,获取存储在所取回的终端信息中的文件链接信息,并且从服务器4的存储部分41中读取并获得由登记在该文件链接信息中的文件ID所指示的图像数据文件。随后,使用所述图像数据文件的图像数据来产生该相册。
在本发明的原理下,可以适当改变所述成像系统的前述配置和操作。
例如,在图1所描述的系统操作中,向便携终端1-2和1-3通知设施摄影机2“已经拍摄了”属于同一组的便携终端1-1。此外,根据本发明的另一个实施例,可以向便携终端1-2和1-3通知设施摄影机2“将要拍摄”属于同一组的便携终端1-1。
对于这样的通知,例如在图7的步骤S107中由设施摄影机2所执行的处理中,向能够通过摄影机-终端网络CN3进行通信的(将被成像的)便携终端1通知所述成像等待模式,并且将该成像等待模式与将被成像的便携终端1的终端ID一起发送到服务器4。响应于该通知,从服务器4通过设施-终端网络CN2向与随该通知一起被接收的终端ID属于同一组的各便携终端1提供一个通知:该将被成像的便携终端1“将要被成像”。在该时刻,例如,将监视器图像从设施摄影机2发送到服务器4,并且从服务器4将该监视器图像发送到除了将被成像的便携终端1以外的各便携终端1。因此,在被通知的各便携终端1上,可以作为监视器图像观看将被成像的客人的状态,从而增强娱乐性。
例如,本实施例的便携终端1具有成像功能。因此,通过便携终端1的成像操作所获取的图像数据文件也可以被发送到服务器4,并且在其中被存储和管理。例如,可以将所述图像数据文件包括在相册的照片中。
由于本实施例的便携终端1对应于本发明的终端,因此成像功能不是必须的。简而言之,可以在便携终端1中省略成像功能。
图13示出基于本发明的原理的系统配置的另一个例子。
图13的系统配置被配置成用于在体育比赛日、运动会上举办田径比赛的情况。该配置主要包括运动员终端100(100-1、100-2和100-3)、固定摄影机200和移动摄影机300。运动员终端100被附着在运动员的衣服上。在这种情况下,例如具有最小尺寸和重量的所谓IC标签是优选的,因为该IC标签不妨碍运动员的运动。在图13中,运动员A、B和C在环形跑道上进行比赛,并且分别带有运动员终端100-1、100-2和100-3。
固定摄影机200是以固定方式放置在田径场上的成像设备(或者可移动地放置在轨道上等等)。在本例中,关于成像视场,包括终点的固定范围对应于所述成像区域Sar。
移动摄影机300例如是由观众所携带的成像设备。
下面将讨论该系统的基本操作。
在基本操作中,本发明的终端是运动员终端100和移动摄影机300。此外,本发明的成像设备是固定摄影机200。另外,本发明的管理设备是固定摄影机200。换句话说,在图13中,成像设备的功能和管理设备的功能由相同的设备来实施。在这种情况下,基本上可以省略用于在成像设备和管理设备之间进行无线通信的第三通信装置(图1的设施内部网络CN1)。在这个配置中,当在成像设备的功能和管理设备的功能之间进行接口时,所述第三通信装置是作为固定摄影机200中的硬件或软件的内部接口。
在图13中,假设运动员终端100-1和移动摄影机300-1形成一组。此外,运动员终端100-2和移动摄影机300-2形成一组。在这种情况下,由固定摄影机200成组地管理各终端(运动员终端100、固定摄影机200)。用于组管理的具有预定结构的信息被存储在固定摄影机200中。在图1的例子中,图5的终端管理信息对应于该信息。
在基本操作中,摄影机-终端网络CN100允许在固定摄影机200和运动员终端100之间进行通信,并且摄影机间网络CN200允许在固定摄影机200和移动摄影机300之间进行通信。
摄影机-终端网络CN100是等同于本发明的第一通信装置的网络,并且对应于图1的例子中的摄影机-终端网络CN3。摄影机间网络CN200是等同于本发明的第二通信装置的网络,并且对应于图1的例子中的设施-终端网络CN2。
如上所述,对应于本发明的第三通信装置的网络(图1的设施内部网络CN1)被包括在充当成像设备和管理设备的固定摄影机200中。
在这种情况下,固定摄影机200的摄影机-终端网络CN100的通信范围包括方向性和终点周围的距离范围。这样,当田径运动员跑近终点时,运动员的运动员终端100和固定摄影机200能够彼此通信。在图13中,在运动员A、B和C当中,运动员A和B跑近终点,因此运动员A和B的运动员终端100-1和100-2以及固定摄影机200能够彼此进行通信。

随后,响应于所述成像操作,固定摄影机200识别移动摄影机300,该移动摄影机300与允许通过摄影机-终端网络CN100与之进行通信的运动员终端100属于同一组。对于该处理,响应于该成像操作,固定摄影机200从允许通过摄影机-终端网络CN100与之进行通信的运动员终端100获取终端ID。然后,固定摄影机200从存储在固定摄影机200中的组管理信息中识别移动摄影机300的ID(移动摄影机ID),该移动摄影机与所获取的终端ID属于同一组。
随后,固定摄影机200通过摄影机间网络CN200将通过成像所获得的摄影图像数据(图像数据文件)发送给其ID被如上识别的移动摄影机。
在已经接收了所发送的摄影图像数据的移动摄影机300中,显示并且存储所接收的摄影图像数据的图像。在图13中,通过固定摄影机200的成像操作所获得的摄影图像数据被发送给移动摄影机300-1和移动摄影机300-2,其中移动摄影机300-1与运动员终端100-1属于同一组,移动摄影机300-2与运动员终端100-2属于同一组。
这样的系统操作具有下面的优点:
在本例中,固定摄影机200从跑道内侧对终点的附近进行拍摄。在跑道外侧的携带移动摄影机300的摄影者无法以这样的构图对运动员进行拍摄。然而,在上述系统操作中,在移动摄影机300中获得由固定摄影机200拍摄的图像。另外,摄影图像数据不是被无差别地从固定摄影机200中发送出去的,移动摄影机300仅仅获得与其属于同一组的运动员终端100的摄影图像数据。具体来说,例如当携带同一组的运动员终端100的运动员是一个小孩儿,并且携带移动摄影机300的摄影者是孩子的父母时,仅仅在移动摄影机300对孩子进行成像的时刻才将摄影图像数据发送到摄影者的移动摄影机300中,其中所述摄影者是孩子的父母。因此,不向移动摄影机300发送其他孩子的不必要的摄影图像数据。
此外,在上述系统操作中,从固定摄影机200和运动员终端100能够彼此进行通信的时刻直到执行成像操作的时刻,可以向移动摄影机300通知固定摄影机200将要对运动员进行成像。通过例如发送固定摄影机200的监视器图像来提供该通知。
在图13的系统中,还可以利用下面的系统操作:
在系统操作的具体说明中,本发明的终端对应于能够成为目标终端的运动员终端。由摄影者A携带的移动摄影机300-1对应于本发明的成像设备。此外,由摄影者B携带的移动摄影机300-2对应于本发明的非目标终端。换句话说,在这种情况下,根据环境,移动摄影机300充当本发明的成像设备或者非目标终端。在这种情况下,固定摄影机200对应于本发明的管理设备,并且不特别使用其成像功能。因此,可以提供专用服务器来代替固定摄影机200。
此外,在这种情况下的移动摄影机300具有根据本发明的该实施例的成像设备的功能,因此,该移动摄影机300被配置成通过摄影机-终端网络CN100与运动员终端100进行具有方向性的短程无线通信。在这种情况下,通过摄影机-终端网络CN100与移动摄影机300的通信的方向性对应于移动摄影机300的成像视场。
假设摄影者A待在终点周围,以便以优选的构图来拍摄跑向终点的运动员。另外,假设摄影者A的孩子是运动员A,并且由固定摄影机200在同一组中管理由摄影者A所携带的移动摄影机300-1和运动员A的运动员终端100-1。此外,假设摄影者B的孩子是运动员B,并且由固定摄影机200在同一组中管理由摄影者B所携带的移动摄影机300-2和运动员B的运动员终端100-2。
在该状态中,当作为摄影者A的孩子的运动员A领先其他运动员跑近终点时,摄影者A准备摄影。此刻,移动摄影机300-1的成像视场在终点周围。另外,假设正当运动员A通过终点时执行摄影。此外,假设处在第二位的运动员B略微落后于运动员A。
在该状态中,在摄影者执行摄影的时刻,移动摄影机300-1能够通过摄影机-终端网络CN100与运动员B的运动员终端100-2以及运动员A的运动员终端100-1进行通信。这意味着移动摄影机300-1的成像视场不仅仅包括运动员A(运动员终端100-1),而且还包括运动员B(运动员终端100-2)。另外,假设在该时刻移动摄影机300-1除了获得运动员终端100-1的终端ID之外还获得运动员终端100-2的终端ID。
和图1中的设施摄影机2一样,已经如上执行了成像的移动摄影机300-1产生包括摄影图像数据的图像数据文件。然后,移动摄影机300-1将该图像数据文件存储在移动摄影机300-1的存储部分中,并且通过摄影机间网络CN200将该图像数据文件发送给充当服务器的固定摄影机200。该图像数据文件的报头存储运动员终端100-1和100-2的两个终端ID以作为目标的终端ID。在这种情况下,该图像数据文件还存储产生该文件的移动摄影机300的ID(移动摄影机ID)。
已经接收了该图像数据文件的固定摄影机200参照存储在该固定摄影机200中的组管理信息来识别与所述目标的终端ID属于同一组的各移动摄影机300的移动摄影机ID,其中所述终端ID被存储在所接收的图像数据文件的报头中。虽然如此识别的移动摄影机ID还包括产生该图像数据文件的移动摄影机300的移动摄影机ID,但是后者被排除在外。
然后,固定摄影机200向具有被如上识别的ID的移动摄影机通知:移动摄影机300-1已经执行了成像操作。在该通知中,例如以一种传送方式将从移动摄影机300-1发送来的所述图像数据文件发送给在目的地处的移动摄影机。
作为该操作的结果,在图13中,将所述图像数据文件发送给移动摄影机300-2,该移动摄影机300-2与运动员终端100-2作为同一组被管理。
从摄影者B看来,由摄影者A用移动摄影机300-1拍摄的图像被发送给摄影者B。当显示所发送的图像数据文件的图像时,摄影者B观看运动员B(即摄影者B的孩子)。换句话说,在该系统操作中,即使当摄影者不对同一组中的运动员进行拍摄时,该摄影者也会获得所传送的由其他人拍摄的图像。例如,在图13的状态中,摄影者B远离终点,因此无法拍摄跑近终点的孩子(运动员B)。然而,因为如上所述获得了由摄影者A拍摄的图像,所以即使当摄影者B远离终点时,也能够获得孩子通过终点的图像。
因此,在图13的例子中,在这样的技术概念下实施系统操作:向同一组中的除目标终端以外的非目标终端通知将要拍摄或者已经摄影了该目标终端,从而摄影者能够获得在过去很难由他/她本人获得的摄影图像。
图13所描述的系统操作可以基于用于实现图1所描述的系统操作的技术配置来实现,因此省略对其的解释。
本发明不限于上述系统配置和算法等等,并且能够根据实际应用适当地对其进行改变。
本领域技术人员应当明白,在所附权利要求书或其等效表述的范围内,根据设计需求和其他因素,可以做出各种修改、组合、子组合和变更。

Claims (5)

1、一种成像系统,至少包括:
为相应的移动目标提供的终端;
成像设备;以及
管理设备,其中
该管理设备包括:
管理装置,用于管理一组中的多个特定终端;
第一通信装置,用于在短程物理通信的覆盖区之内、在该成像设备和该组中的至少一个终端之间实施具有方向性的无线通信;
第二通信装置,用于在该终端和该管理设备之间实施无线通信;
第三通信装置,用于在该成像设备和该管理设备之间实施无线通信;
执行成像操作的成像装置,通过该成像操作,在该成像设备和该终端之间能够通过第一通信装置进行通信的状态下,该成像设备能够在对应于第一通信装置的通信范围的成像视场中获得摄影图像数据;
通知装置,用于使目标终端和非目标终端二者或者仅仅使预定的非目标终端通知该成像装置将要执行成像操作和/或已经执行了成像操作,其中该目标终端充当能够通过第一通信装置与该成像设备进行通信的终端,该非目标终端充当与该目标终端属于同一组的除了该目标终端以外的预定的一个或多个终端。
2、如权利要求1所述的成像系统,其中,所述通知装置包括:
图像发送装置,用于通过第一通信装置、第二通信装置和第三通信装置中的必要通信装置将所述摄影图像数据作为用于通知的信息的至少一部分发送给所述目标终端和/或非目标终端,其中所述摄影图像数据是通过所述成像设备中的所述成像装置的成像操作而获得的;以及
显示输出装置,用于在所述目标终端和/或非目标终端上显示所接收的摄影图像数据。
3、如权利要求1所述的成像系统,其中,当提供将要执行成像操作的通知时,所述通知装置提供成像时间的通知。
4、如权利要求1所述的成像系统,其中,通过所述非目标终端提供通知的所述通知装置包括:
第一通知信息通信转置,用于通过第三通信装置将通知信息从所述成像设备发送到所述管理设备;
第二通知信息通信装置,用于通过第二通信装置将所述通知信息从该管理设备发送到该非目标终端,其中该管理设备已经通过第一信息通知装置接收到相当于通知的信息;以及
通知输出装置,用于在该非目标终端上以预定模式执行通知的输出操作,其中该非目标终端已经通过第一信息通知装置接收到该通知信息。
5、一种用于成像系统的系统控制方法,该成像系统至少包括为相应的移动目标所提供的终端、成像设备和管理设备,该方法包括:
管理步骤,用于管理一组中的多个特定终端;
第一通信步骤,用于在短程物理通信的覆盖区之内、在该成像设备和该组中的至少一个终端之间实施具有方向性的无线通信;
第二通信步骤,用于在该终端和该管理设备之间实施无线通信;
第三通信步骤,用于在该成像设备和该管理设备之间实施通信;
执行成像操作的成像步骤,通过该成像操作,在该成像设备和该终端之间能够通过第一通信步骤进行通信的状态下,该成像设备能够在对应于第一通信步骤的通信范围的成像视场中获得摄影图像数据;
通知步骤,用于使目标终端和非目标终端二者或者仅仅使预定的非目标终端以预定模式通知在该成像步骤中将要执行成像操作和/或已经执行了成像操作,其中该目标终端充当能够在第一通信步骤中与该成像设备进行通信的终端,该非目标终端充当与该目标终端属于同一组的除了该目标终端以外的预定的一个或多个终端。
