Abstract

本发明提供一种多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置,该装置可以再次利用混合有多种塑料废料的多种混合树脂,通过挤出成形可以成形出有用的塑料产品。据此,可以促进作为一般家庭、或者产业废弃物而被大量排出的塑料废料的再生。该装置从第一挤出机(1)向第二挤出机(2)送入混合有多种塑料废料的多种混合树脂废料,通过从设置在该第二挤出机的下游的模具(5)挤出,以此制造所希望的成形品(40),第一挤出机将多种混合树脂废料加热至170~190℃,同时,通过利用平行设置在圆筒(10)中的两根螺杆轴(11a,11b)将该多种混合树脂废料揉碎,以此将该多种混合树脂废料完全熔融,并送入第二挤出机,第二挤出机利用设置在圆筒(30)中的一根或者两根螺杆轴(31a,31b)推送该熔融树脂,同时,使温度逐渐降低,在128~160℃时从模具中挤出该熔融树脂。

Description

多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置
技术领域
本发明涉及多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置,该装置将混合有多种塑料废料的多种混合树脂进行再次利用,通过挤出成形而成形有用的塑料产品。
背景技术
在以作为一般家庭或者产业废弃物而被排出的合成树脂为主体的大量的废料中,混合有聚氯乙稀、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、尼龙、聚苯乙烯、聚邻苯二酸乙二酯、聚酯、氨基甲酸乙酯、环氧树脂、苯酚等的热可塑性或者热硬化性的各种合成树脂、或者这些树脂的共聚树脂以及有机低分子物和无机物。但是,以往,这种多种混合树脂废料,由于每种材料熔融温度各不相同,因此向注塑成形机中供给、再次成形塑料产品是很困难的。因此,如果不将每种材料分类,将不能再生利用。但是,分类需要很高的成本和高度的分离技术,此外完全分离是很困难的,因此以往大多数被送往处理场废弃,所以对环境造成了很大的破坏。
另一方面,下述的专利文献1~3公开了通过在合成树脂中混入木粉而制造具有木料的性质的木质粉碎物混合树脂成形品的制造方法,下述专利文献4公开了串联连接分别具有螺杆轴的两台挤出机,并利用第一挤出机将树脂颗粒加热至半熔融状态,利用第二挤出机将该树脂完全熔融混合的横向构架式两级挤出装置。

发明内容
但是,在要将如上述的多种混合树脂废料作为原料、利用上述以往的挤出装置进行成形时,特别是在三种或三种以上的合成树脂混合的多种混合树脂废料中,处于从模具中将所谓的“填塞物”挤出的状态,不能成形为需要的形状,即使可以成形出希望的形状,其表面也会呈凹凸状,失去产品价值。
因此,本发明着眼于在以往的挤出成形装置中、作为难以挤出成形多种混合树脂废料的原因,是由于原料的粉碎混合不充分以及温度设定、温度管理不适当的问题,并通过改善这些问题,发明了一种即使是混合有三种或三种以上的合成树脂的多种混合树脂废料也可以挤出成形,成形出物理性质优秀的有价值的塑料产品的装置。
因此,技术方案1所述的发明是一种多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置,其从第一挤出机向第二挤出机送入混合有多种塑料废料的多种混合树脂废料,通过从设置在该第二挤出机的下游的模具挤出,以此制造所希望的成形品,其特征在于,第一挤出机将多种混合树脂废料加热至170~190℃,同时,利用平行设置在圆筒中的两根螺杆轴将该多种混合树脂废料揉碎,以此将该多种混合树脂废料完全熔融,并送入第二挤出机,第二挤出机利用设置在圆筒中的一根或者两根螺杆轴推送该熔融树脂,同时,使温度逐渐降低,在128~160℃时从模具中挤出该熔融树脂。
此外,技术方案2所述的发明,在上述的挤出成形装置中,特征在于,第一挤出机的两根螺杆轴,随着向下游前进逐渐缩小地形成螺纹牙的螺距,同时,在两根螺杆轴的长度方向的大致中间部,以向两侧交替台阶状地突出的形状形成多个挤压体,该多个挤压体的外周面形成为偏心圆周面状,多种混合树脂废料通过被挟持在两根螺杆轴的该挤压体之间而被揉碎。
此外,技术方案3所述的发明,在上述的挤出成形装置中,特征在于,在第二挤出机与模具之间的材料挤出通道的中心部上,设置有具有通过使冷却介质流通而被冷却的冷却片的冷却器,使熔融树脂与该冷却片接触。
由于可以直接将混合有多种塑料废料的多种混合树脂废料作为原料,成形出新的塑料产品,因此,可以促进作为一般家庭或者产业废弃物而被大量排出的塑料废料的再生。

具体实施方式
图1是表示本发明中的挤出成形装置的概况的俯视图,1是第一挤出机,2是第二挤出机,3是连接该第一挤出机的下游与第二挤出机的上游的连通路,4是设置在第二挤出机的下游的冷却区域,5是设置在其下游的模具。
第一挤出机1的结构如图2中的水平剖面俯视图、图3中的图2的放大图、图4中的A-A线剖面图、图5中的B-B线剖面图所示,在被水平支承的圆柱状的圆筒10中,在接近的状态下平行设置有两根螺杆轴11a、11b,该各个螺杆轴的一端经由齿轮箱12与电机13连接,通过驱动该电机,旋转驱动该各个螺杆轴。该各个螺杆轴11a、11b在外周形成有两条台状的螺纹牙,其一方的螺杆轴11a为右螺纹,另一方的螺杆轴11b为左螺纹,平行支承两根螺杆轴11a、11b,使其在达到螺纹牙彼此相互啮合状态的尺寸之前相互接近。
此外,在该各个螺杆轴11a、11b的长度方向的大致中间部上设置有挤压部14a、14b,同时,在其上游及下游分别形成的螺纹牙形成为其任何一个螺距随着向下游前进而逐渐减小的方式。该挤压部14a、14b如图3、图5放大表示,在该各个螺杆轴的两侧上,以交替台阶状地突出的方式形成有三个挤压体15、16、17,该三个挤压体15、16、17的外周面形成为偏心圆周面状。
18是设置在圆筒10的外周上的带式加热器,19是为了通入水等的冷却介质而在该圆筒10的壁部上形成的温度调节用的制冷剂通道。此外,20是设置在圆筒10的基部上面的原料投入用料斗,21是在圆筒10的长度方向大致中间部的上面上形成的排气孔。
第二挤出机2的结构为,在被水平支承的圆筒30中,在接近状态下平行设置有两根螺杆轴31a、31b,各个螺杆轴的一端经由齿轮箱32与电机33连接,通过驱动该电机,旋转驱动该各个螺杆轴。该各个螺杆轴31a、31b,如图6所示,与上述螺杆轴11a、11b相同,在外周上形成有台状的螺纹牙,但没有形成如上述螺杆轴11a、11b那样的挤压部。34是在圆筒30的基端部附近的上面上形成的排气孔,35是为了通入水等的冷却介质而在该圆筒30的壁部上形成的制冷剂通道。在该第二挤出机2的下游,在与模具5之间设置的冷却区域4上,如图7所示,设置有具有通过使冷却水流通而被冷却的冷却片36的冷却器37,其位于该材料挤出通道的中心部上。而且,38是用于将冷却器37固定在材料挤出通道的中心部上的支承杆。39是设置在模具5的外部上的抽出工作台。
在这样构成的挤出成形装置中,将从一般家庭中排出的容器状、板状、薄片状、棒状等的大小各种形状、混合有各种合成树脂材料的合成树脂废料粉碎,不将其分类地使其通过公知的造粒机(未图示),加工成直径为几毫米至几厘米的颗粒状,然后将该颗粒状的多种混合树脂废料投入料斗20中。而且,如图4中箭头所示,使螺杆轴11a、11b互相向相反的方向旋转,同时向带式加热器18通电,对圆筒10中进行加热,以此将该颗粒状的多种混合树脂废料加热至170~190℃。此时,两根螺杆轴11a、11b的螺纹牙在达到相互啮合的状态前接近,而且,螺纹牙形成为螺距随着向下游前进而逐渐减小的方式,因此随着该多种混合树脂废料被挟持在两个螺杆轴的螺纹牙之间并向下游推送,逐渐向该多种混合树脂废料作用很强的摩擦力,将其揉碎。因此,再加上在揉碎时产生的摩擦热,该多种混合树脂废料熔融、混合(mixing)。而且,通过在制冷剂通道19中通入水等的冷却介质,以此调整此时该多种混合树脂废料的加热温度。
此外,在该多种混合树脂废料被推送至设置在两个螺杆轴11a、11b的长度方向大致中间部上的挤压部14a、14b上时,利用挤压体15、16、17,向该多种混合树脂废料交替施加挤压力与切断力,进一步将该多种混合树脂废料切实地较细地揉碎。其后,在两根螺杆轴11a、11b的螺距逐渐减小的两个螺纹牙之间将该多种混合树脂废料进一步混合(mixing),通过使热量全部渗透至该多种混合树脂废料中,以此达到完全凝胶状态。如此,构成多种混合树脂废料的各种合成树脂处于完全熔融状态,混合在一起。此时,使该熔融树脂的温度达到稍高于构成该多种混合树脂废料的各种合成树脂的熔融温度的170~190℃。如此,料斗20中投入的多种混合树脂废料通过第一挤出机,处于完全凝胶状态,并通过连通路3被推送到第二挤出机2。
另一方面,第二挤出机2通过使螺杆轴31a、31b旋转,以此将从第一挤出机1推送来的熔融树脂进一步混合,同时进行推送,通过在制冷剂通道35中通过冷却水,将该熔融树脂逐渐冷却。在冷却区域4中,使该熔融树脂与冷却器37的冷却片36接触,将该熔融树脂冷却至128~160℃并在此温度下将该熔融树脂从模具5中挤出。据此,从工作台39上抽出板状、棒状等的规定剖面形状的挤出成形品40。
如此,本发明的挤出成形装置,在利用第一挤出机将多种混合树脂废料加热至170~190℃的同时,利用具有随着向下游前进螺距逐渐减小的螺纹牙的两根螺杆轴将其混合,并通过将该多种混合树脂废料挟持在挤压体之间,将其揉碎,熔融至完全凝胶状态。然后,再利用第二挤出机将该熔融树脂的温度降至128~160℃后从模具中挤出,以此可以使构成多种混合树脂废料的各种合成树脂成为一体,成形为塑料产品。在此,通过使从模具中挤出时的熔融树脂的温度低于经过第一挤出机时的加热温度,可以不损伤物理性质地使成形品的形状稳定,并可以成形为表面光滑的成形品。
而且,在第一挤出机中的加热温度不足170℃时,将不能完全将多种混合树脂废料熔融,如果第一挤出机中的加热温度超过190℃时,则将会出现过烧,产生大量的气体,使树脂的物理性质、强度劣化,因此第一挤出机中的加热温度必须设置为170~190℃。
此外,从模具中挤出时的熔融树脂的温度如果低于128℃,则将会损害熔融树脂的流动性,第二挤出机中的推送压力就会异常上升,同时成形速度将会极端减慢,因此不理想。另外,如果从模具中挤出时的熔融树脂的温度超过160℃,则将失去形状的保持性,很难成形为希望的形状。因此,从模具中挤出时的熔融树脂的温度必须设置为128~160℃。
此外,如该实施方式所示,具有2根螺杆轴31a、31b的第二挤出机2即使在冷却过程中,也是在两根螺杆轴之间将熔融树脂混合,因此不会使熔合后的种类不同的合成树脂分离,可以慢慢地冷却至可以成形的温度,然后向模具中推送。所以,希望第二挤出机2如本实施方式所示,采用具有两根螺杆轴的装置,但是在只具有一根螺杆轴的挤出机中,可以使用避免合成树脂分离的添加剂来解决该问题。
此外,在第二挤出机与模具之间的材料送出通道的中心部上设置有具有冷却片36的冷却器37,通过使熔融树脂与该冷却片接触,可以冷却该熔融树脂的中心部,消除与外周部之间的温度差,因此,熔融树脂的流动性在中心部与外周部上不会相差很大,同样可以从模具中挤出该熔融树脂。所以,虽然采用容易分离的多种混合树脂废料作为原料,但也可以很容易地成形具有圆柱状、板状或者中空筒状等复杂的剖面形状的塑料产品。
而且,对于从一般家庭中排出的多种混合树脂废料的成分的分析结果为:聚丙烯占31%重量,聚乙烯占47%重量,聚苯乙烯占11%重量,聚氯乙烯占1%重量,聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占1%重量,尼龙占2%重量,有机低分子物占3%重量,无机物占4%重量。根据本发明,如该例所示,即使是三种或三种以上的合成树脂混合的多种混合树脂废料,也不需要分类,可以直接作为新的塑料产品的原料进行再生。
此外,如上所述,例如在70%重量的、加工成颗粒状的多种混合树脂废料中,混入30%重量的、同样利用造粒机加工成颗粒状的木材,并将其作为原料,以此可以成形即使作为建筑材料也可以使用的优质的木质类合成树脂板等。
此外,按照适当的比例将旧纸、纤维等的纤维素类材料与该多种混合树脂废料混合,也可以成形出物理特性符合不同用途的塑料产品。而且,在该成形时,根据需要还可以添加增强剂、稳定剂、耐光剂、阻燃剂等物质。

Claims (3)

1.一种多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置,从第一挤出机向第二挤出机送入混合有多种塑料废料的多种混合树脂废料,通过从设置在该第二挤出机的下游的模具挤出,以此制造所希望的成形品,其特征在于,第一挤出机将多种混合树脂废料加热至170~190℃,同时,利用平行设置在圆筒中的两根螺杆轴将该多种混合树脂废料揉碎,以此将该多种混合树脂废料完全熔融,并送入第二挤出机,第二挤出机利用设置在圆筒中的一根或者两根螺杆轴推送该熔融树脂,同时,使温度逐渐降低,在128~160℃时从模具中挤出该熔融树脂。
2.如权利要求1所述的多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置,其特征在于,第一挤出机的两根螺杆轴,随着向下游前进逐渐缩小地形成螺纹牙的螺距,同时,在两根螺杆轴的长度方向的大致中间部,以向两侧交替台阶状地突出的形状形成多个挤压体,该多个挤压体的外周面形成为偏心圆周面状,多种混合树脂废料通过被挟持在两根螺杆轴的该挤压体之间而被揉碎。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的多种混合树脂废料的挤出成形装置,其特征在于,在第二挤出机与模具之间的材料挤出通道的中心部上,设置有具有通过使冷却介质流通而被冷却的冷却片的冷却器,使熔融树脂与该冷却片接触。
