技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力车辆的动力传动系。
背景技术
通常,采用发动机和电动机作为动力源的混合动力车辆传动系可以通过将两种动力传递向差速装置传递而实现为多种动力传动系。
在混合动力车辆中,动力通过电动机向变速箱传递,同时发动机运转,而向变速箱传递的动力转速在任意传动比下改变,然后传递给差速装置。
但是,这种混合动力车辆的传统动力传动系具有问题,即发动机舱的空间不足,从而在设计发动机、变速箱,和电动机时会有很多限制。
上述在该背景技术部分公开的信息仅用于加深对发明背景的理解,因此它可能含有不构成在该国中本领域普通技术人员已知的现有技术的信息。
发明内容
本发明致力于提供一种混合动力车辆的动力传动系,其具有总长度小,易于调节发动机和电动机动力传递的优点。
根据本发明实施例的示例性混合动力车辆动力传动系包括:第一轴,该轴上装有发动机、发电机和电动机,行星齿轮组也装在该轴上位于发电机和电动机之间;第二轴,该轴上装有与第一轴相连的第二轴从动齿轮,以从第一轴的行星齿轮组接收动力,还装有与第二轴从动齿轮同轴相连的第二轴主动齿轮,以与第二轴从动齿轮一起旋转;第三轴,该轴上装有与第二轴相连的第三轴从动齿轮,以从第二轴主动齿轮接收动力,还装有与第三轴从动齿轮同轴相连的第三轴主动齿轮,以与第三轴从动齿轮一起旋转;及第四轴,该轴上装有与第三轴相连的差速齿圈,以从第三轴主动齿轮上接受动力,还装有差速装置。
驱动第二轴从动齿轮的传动链轮可以一体地形成在第一轴行星齿轮组的齿圈外圆周上。
第一轴的传动链轮和第二轴从动齿轮可以通过传动链彼此相连。
第二轴和第三轴的末端都可以由差速器箱支撑。
第二轴主动齿轮可以制成小于第二轴从动齿轮,并布置成比第二轴从动齿轮更靠近发动机。
第三轴主动齿轮可以制成小于第三轴从动齿轮,并布置成比第三轴从动齿轮更靠近发动机。
差速装置可以布置成比差速齿圈更靠近发动机。
差速装置可以布置成比差速齿圈离发动机更远。

图1是表示根据本发明第一实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系的剖视图。
参考图1,将说明根据本发明第一实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系。
如图1所示,根据本发明第一实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系包括发动机10,发电机110,电动机112,和差速装置142。行星齿轮组PG布置在电动机112和发电机110之间,且动力传动系包括第一、第二、第三,和第四轴。
发动机10、发电机110,和电动机112装在第一轴上,而行星齿轮组PG布置在发电机110和电动机112之间。
例如,行星齿轮组PG可以实现为简单行星齿轮组,包括中心齿轮S,行星架PC,和齿圈R作为其操作元件。中心齿轮S可以通过动力传递部件与发电机110相连,行星架PC可以通过动力传递部件与从发动机接收动力的输入轴11相连,而齿圈R可以通过动力传递部件与电动机112相连。
第二轴从动齿轮120与第一轴相连,以从第一轴上的行星齿轮组PG接收动力,而第二轴主动齿轮122与第二轴从动齿轮120同轴相连,以与装在第二轴上的第二轴从动齿轮120一起旋转。
装在第二轴轴线上的第二轴主动齿轮122制成小于第二轴从动齿轮120,并布置成比第二轴从动齿轮120更靠近发动机10。

在这种结构中,第一轴的传动链轮114和第二轴从动齿轮120通过传动链116彼此相连。
第三轴从动齿轮130与第二轴主动齿轮122相连,以从第二轴主动齿轮122接收动力,而第三轴主动齿轮132与第三轴从动齿轮130同轴相连,以与装在第三轴上的第三轴从动齿轮130一起旋转。
装在第三轴轴线上的第三轴主动齿轮132制成小于第三轴从动齿轮130,并布置成比第三轴从动齿轮130更靠近发动机10。
第二轴和第三轴都布置在分动箱100中,且第二和第三轴的末端都由分动箱100支撑。
差速齿圈140通过与第三轴主动齿轮132啮合而与第三轴相连,而差速装置142装在第四轴上。
装在第四轴线上的差速装置142布置成比差速齿圈140更靠近发动机10。

根据本发明第二实施例的动力传动系的基本结构与根据本发明第一实施例的动力传动系的基本结构一样,因此省略对相同部分的说明。
如图2所示,在根据本发明第二实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系中,装在第三轴上的第三轴主动齿轮232制成小于第三轴从动齿轮230,并布置成比第三轴从动齿轮230更靠近发动机10。
此外,差速齿圈240通过与第三轴主动齿轮232啮合而与第三轴相连,而差速装置242装在第四轴上。
与第一实施例不同的是,在第二实施例中,布置在第四轴轴线上的差速装置242,布置成比差速齿圈240离发动机更远。
通过这种结构,根据本发明第二实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系的总长度小于根据本发明第一实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系的总长度。
如上所述,本发明的实施例涉及一种采用发动机和电动机作为其动力源的混合动力车辆,且如图1和图2所示,动力传动系具有四个轴。
在本发明的实施例中,电动机、发电机,和发动机的动力分配由行星齿轮组控制,且传动链轮一体地形成在行星齿轮组PG的齿圈R外圆周上,以向第二轴传递动力。
也就是说,行星齿轮组布置在电动机和发电机之间,且传动链轮一体地形成在行星齿轮组的齿圈外圆周上。
此外,如图2所示,齿圈外圆周由轴承240支撑。
由于这种结构,根据本发明实施例的混合动力车辆动力传动系具有显著减小的总长度。
此外,动力从第二轴向第三轴,以及从第三轴向第四轴传递都由齿轮实现,且动力传递向发动机方向进行,从而易于实现混合动力车辆传动轴的等刚度。
如上所述,在本发明的实施例中,电动机、发电机,和发动机的动力分配由行星齿轮组控制,且驱动车辆所需的驱动力矩通过与行星齿轮组齿圈相连的传动链传递给第二轴。
第三轴通过减速齿轮与第二轴相连,并通过减速齿轮减小从第二轴传来的动力的速度,然后通过装在第四轴上的差速器将动力传递给车轮(图中未表示)。
尽管已经结合现有的实施例对本发明作了说明,但可以理解本发明并不局限于公开的实施例。相反,本发明涵盖各种包括在下文所附的权利要求的精神与范围中的改进和等价的布置。
如上所述,在根据本发明实施例的混合动力车辆动力传递系中,传动链轮一体地形成在行星齿轮组的齿圈外圆周上,以驱动传动链,从而动力传动系的总长度可以显著减小。而且,第二轴和第三轴的动力传递齿轮布置在更靠近发动机的一侧,从而易于实现减速传动比的结构。
此外,易于实现混合动力车辆传动轴的等刚度,从而可以获得在噪声和耐用性方面的有益效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种混合动力车辆动力传动系,包括:
第一轴,该轴上装有发动机、发电机和电动机,且行星齿轮组也装在该轴上位于发电机和电动机之间;
第二轴,该轴上装有与第一轴相连的第二轴从动齿轮,以从第一轴的行星齿轮组接收动力,还装有与第二轴从动齿轮同轴相连的第二轴主动齿轮,以与第二轴从动齿轮一起旋转;
第三轴,该轴上装有与第二轴相连的第三轴从动齿轮,以从第二轴主动齿轮接收动力,还装有与第三轴从动齿轮同轴相连的第三轴主动齿轮,以与第三轴从动齿轮一起旋转;及
第四轴,该轴上装有与第三轴相连的差速齿圈,以从第三轴主动齿轮上接受动力,还装有差速装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的动力传动系,其中
驱动第二轴从动齿轮的传动链轮一体地形成在第一轴行星齿轮组的齿圈外圆周上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的动力传动系,其中,第一轴的传动链轮和第二轴从动齿轮通过传动链彼此相连。
4.根据权利要求3所述的动力传动系,其中,第二轴和第三轴的末端都由差速器箱支撑。
