技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力车的动力传递系统。更具体地,本发明涉及的一种混合动力车的动力传递系统使用三个轴和两个行星齿轮组以将动力从发动机传递到差速齿轮,与传统的使用链条的动力传递系统相比提高了动力传递效率、减小了系统体积以及便于安装在车辆中。并且本申请要求2005年11月28日在韩国知识产权局提交的申请号为10-2005-0114388的韩国专利申请为优先权,在这里引用其全部内容。
背景技术
在传统的混合动力车中,如图1所示,具有发动机10、驱动电机20和发电机30。
发动机10是通过燃料产生动力来驱动车辆并传递所产生的动力的组成部件。驱动电机20是在开始驱动时产生所需动力的组成部件(因为在低速时驱动电机的效率较高)。发电机30是用于产生电力和在发动机点火的组成部件。
因此,在开始驱动时使用驱动电机20,然后一起使用发动机和驱动电机输出的动力。
也就是说,一起使用发动机10和发电机30输出的动力。
根据这种传统系统,发动机10和驱动电机20的输出通过两个轴(第二轴400和第三轴500)传递到与差速齿轮相连的第四轴600,其中第二和第三轴布置在第一和第四轴之间,且偏移第一和第四轴。因此,第一轴100的旋转动力依次通过第二轴400和第三轴500传递到第四轴600。
另外,根据传统的混合动力车的动力传递系统,第一轴110和第二轴400通过链条800连接在一起,第一轴110的旋转动力通过链条800传递到第二轴400上。
因此,由于需要四个轴来传递发动机和驱动电机的动力到差速齿轮上,且两个轴通过链条相连,因此该动力传递系统占用空间较大。另外,由于只使用一个行星齿轮组来改变档位,所以可实现的档位有限。

根据本发明一实施例的混合动力车的动力传递系统包括驱动电机;第一轴,其与发动机相连以接收发动机的动力;第一行星齿轮组,其包括第一太阳轮、第一齿圈、与第一太阳轮和第一齿圈啮合的第一行星齿轮、以及支撑第一行星齿轮的第一行星齿轮架,且第一行星齿轮组与第一轴相连以接收第一轴或驱动电机的动力;偏移第一轴的第二轴;第二行星齿轮组,其包括第二太阳轮、第二齿圈、与第二太阳轮和第二齿圈啮合的第二行星齿轮、以及支撑第二行星齿轮的第二行星齿轮架,且第二行星齿轮组与第二轴相连;第三轴,其偏移第一轴和第二轴并且与差速齿轮相连;以及与第三轴相连的副齿轮(sub gear)。第一行星齿轮组与第二行星齿轮组相连,第二行星齿轮组与副齿轮相连,驱动电机或发动机的输出通过第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和副齿轮传递到第三轴上。

第一轴110与发动机10和驱动电机20相连。因此,当发动机10工作并产生动力时,动力被输入到第一轴110。
第一行星齿轮组120与第一轴110相连。该第一行星齿轮组120包括第一太阳轮121、第一行星齿轮122、第一齿圈123、以及旋转支撑第一行星齿轮122的第一行星齿轮架124。

首先说明第一行星齿轮组120。
在第一行星齿轮组120中,第一行星齿轮架124固定地连接在第一轴110上,并且作为输入元件以接收发动机的输出。另外,第一齿圈123作为输出元件。这里齿轮齿123b成形在第一齿圈123的外圆周123a上。
接着,连接在第二轴210上的第二行星齿轮组220与第一行星齿轮组120相连,并接收来自第一行星齿轮组120的旋转动力。在第二行星齿轮组220中,第二太阳轮221与第一齿圈124啮合并作为输入元件,第二齿圈224作为输出元件。第二行星齿轮架223是固定的且其旋转受到限制。
另外,可相对于齿圈224的同一旋转轴旋转的辅助齿轮230固定地连接在第二齿圈224上。
然后,副齿轮321固定地连接在第三轴310上,并和与第二齿圈223相连的辅助齿轮230啮合。当副齿轮321在辅助齿轮230的旋转作用下转动时,第三轴310随着其一起转动。因此,辅助齿轮的扭矩通过第三轴310和与第三轴310相连的差速齿轮700传递到车轮上。

驱动电机200与第一行星齿轮组120的第一齿圈123相连。当驱动电机200工作时,第一齿圈123作为输入和输出元件。
参见图2,辅助齿轮230固定地连接在第二齿圈224上,并将动力传递到固定地连接在第三轴310的副齿轮321上。然而齿圈223可直接与副齿轮321相连,而不是通过辅助齿轮230相连。
根据本发明的上述实施例,将传递动力的四个轴减少到三个轴,动力传递系统的整个体积减小。因此可有效地利用车辆空间。
另外,传统动力传递系统使用的链条在这里不再需要。因此可消除许多有关链条张力的问题,可有效地利用车辆空间。
另外,由于使用了两个行星齿轮组,可实现多种档位速度。
此外,由于齿轮齿和凹进部分成形在第一行星齿轮组的第一齿圈的外圆周,所以第一齿圈可直接与第二行星齿轮组的输入元件啮合。因此,可减小动力传递系统的整个体积,减少动力传递损失。
另外,由于动力传递系统整个体积减小而产生的紧凑结构,使得差速齿轮可布置在大约车辆中心的位置。因此可减小驱动轴的扭矩误差(torque deviation)。

1、一种混合动力车的动力传递系统,包括:
驱动电机;
第一轴,其与发动机相连以接收发动机的动力;
第一行星齿轮组,其包括第一太阳轮、第一齿圈、与第一太阳轮和第一齿圈啮合的第一行星齿轮、以及支撑第一行星齿轮的第一行星齿轮架,且第一行星齿轮组与第一轴相连以接收第一轴或驱动电机的动力;

第一行星齿轮组与第二行星齿轮组相连,
第二行星齿轮组与副齿轮相连,以及
驱动电机或发动机的输出通过第一行星齿轮组、第二行星齿轮组和副齿轮传递到第三轴上。
2、根据权利要求1的系统,其特征在于:
第一行星齿轮组中的第一行星齿轮架接收发动机的输出。
3、根据权利要求2的系统,其特征在于:
第一齿圈的齿轮齿成形在第一齿圈的外圆周上;以及
第一行星齿轮组通过成形在第一齿圈外圆周上的齿将动力传递到第二行星齿轮组。
4、根据权利要求3的系统,其特征在于:
第一齿圈与第二行星齿轮组的第二齿圈相连。
5、根据权利要求4的系统,其特征在于:
第二行星齿轮架是固定的,以及
第二齿圈可作为输出元件以将动力传递到第三轴上的副齿轮上。
