技术领域
本发明涉及一种混合动力车的动力传递系统。更具体地,本发明涉及一种动力传递系统,其中链条张力不会传递到混合动力车的单排行星齿轮组(simple planetary gear set)中。本申请要求2005年12月1日在韩国知识产权局公开的申请号为10-2005-0116648的韩国专利申请为优先权,在这里引用其全部内容。
背景技术
通常,混合动力车的动力传递系统传递混合动力车的电机或发动机产生的动力。
图1示出了根据现有技术的混合动力车动力传递系统。图2示出了根据现有技术的混合动力车动力传递系统的行星齿轮和链轮。

如图3所示,根据本发明的第一实施例,混合动力车的动力传递系统包括第一轴301、第二轴303、单排行星齿轮组300、链轮305、动力传递部件307、以及轴承309。
第一轴301和第二轴303彼此平行布置,单排行星齿轮组300布置在第一轴301上。
链轮305接收来自单排行星齿轮组300的动力。
动力传递部件307连接链轮305和第二轴303,从而将链轮305上的动力传递到第二轴303。
轴承309支撑链轮305,这样链轮305不会在单排行星齿轮组300的方向移动。
根据本发明的实施例,动力传递部件307可为链条307,轴承309固定在动力传递系统的壳体(未示出)上。

单排行星齿轮组300包括太阳轮311、行星齿轮313和齿圈315。
齿圈315布置在行星齿轮313和链轮305之间,并且垫片(spacer)320布置在齿圈315和行星齿轮313以及齿圈315和链轮305之间。

本发明的第二实施例基本上与本发明的第一实施例相同,但是如图3和4所示,第二实施例还包括保持架317,其用于将电机的动力传递到单排行星齿轮组300中。
另外,根据本发明的第二实施例,在保持架317的内圆周上成形有槽401。
齿圈315的突起403安装在槽401中,这样动力就可以从保持架317传递到单排行星齿轮组300。
更具体地,在图3中齿圈315的左边突起403与保持架317上成形的槽401相连。

Claims (6)

1、一种混合动力车的动力传递系统,包括:
彼此平行布置的第一轴和第二轴;
布置在第一轴上的单排行星齿轮组;
接收来自单排行星齿轮组的动力的链轮;
与链轮和第二轴相连从而将链轮的动力传递到第二轴的动力传递部件;以及
支撑链轮从而链轮不会在单排行星齿轮组的方向移动的轴承。
2、根据权利要求1的混合动力车的动力传递系统,其特征在于:动力传递部件为链条。
3、一种混合动力车的动力传递系统,其包括:
单排行星齿轮组,其包括太阳轮、行星齿轮以及齿圈,并且单排行星齿轮组用于传递太阳轮或齿圈输入的动力;
保持架,其将动力传递到单排行星齿轮组;
与行星齿轮组相连的第一轴;
与行星齿轮组齿圈相连的链轮,该链轮接收行星齿轮组的动力并将所述动力传递到第二轴;以及
动力传递部件,其与链轮和第二轴相连从而将链轮的动力传递到第二轴上,
其特征在于:在保持架的内圆周上成形有槽,齿圈的突起安装在该槽中以便动力就可从保持架传递到单排行星齿轮组。
